About this house rental
I would like to assure you we are using the guidelines provided to us on disinfecting for the Covid 19 virus. None of our recent guest have told us they tested positive for the virus. I understand these are trying times for everyone. We do everything possible to make your stay comfortable, clean and fun. We are so happy when you choose our vacation home for your next get away!
It is located only minutes form Murfreesboro, The Diamond Mine, Lake Greeson and The Little Missouri River, referred to around here as "Little Mo".
The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. With two covered porches for enjoying your morning or afternoons. The master bedroom has a king size bed, master bath with garden tub, separate shower and two separate vanities with sinks. The living room is spacious with seating for ten with Roku tv, DVD, stereo, hide-a-bed couch and fireplace. The kitchen has a bar, dining room table, bistro table and chairs, total seating for 10. It has all major appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom so very quiet for all parties. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has bunk beds. They share a full bathroom with tub. We have a covered deck out back which is the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee to be enjoyed at the outdoor table and chairs. If you enjoy grilling, you will find the propane grill there as well. Along with a terraced backyard, we have a long park style bench for relaxing or you will also find a free standing fire pit and a place to put up a couple of hammocks that we furnish to add to your experience. We have re-purposed an old house that the original owner from the 40's built, who was a trapper and mink farmer, into an outdoor pavilion for relaxing and gathering. Be sure and ask me about that story. We left as much of his original work as possible to preserve its story. This is a wonderful place to stay as we have enjoyed it for years while watching our children and grandchildren grow up. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we have.

In the country but on main road, family gathering friendly. Nice outside porches for barbecues, hanging out

We needed a place with room for the whole family to gather, and a few of us to sleep. This setting allowed for that. It was a bit too close to the highway for my liking, but again did meet our needs. All was as described.

Plenty of space for our family of 4. The hammocks were nice and we liked being able to relax on the large sectional. Several of the fans need work, but overall really enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive to our questions.

I stayed with two teenage boys. The house is close to Crater of Diamonds and some local shops and restaurants. The home is well equipped and roomy.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great and it was very peaceful with the woods behind the house.

Enjoyed the view from back deck! Felt very spacious and our family enjoyed!

The place was just as described, we were very pleased with the layout and features . During our stay a violent storm took out all the power in the area for12+ hours, making it harder to enjoy the stay but we still had fun. The owner offered a free night stay should we return even though the power outage was out of his control.
My wife left her makeup there in a sentimental container and Sheila (owner) could not have been nicer, shipping it to us via UPS very quickly!
We were very impressed !

The house had all that we needed. There was 5 adults and there was plenty of space. The kitchen had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi worked great. We enjoyed the back porch. The fan that they have back there really kept the mosquitos away. The mattresses were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer was also wonderful to have. I will stay again🙂

Plenty of room for everybody. Large porches. Especially liked the chess board and chairs in the living room. Played chess untill it was very late.

This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel and we were super happy with our experience. Our host was very helpful and responsive, the house is super clean and comfortable, I love the decor! The house and yard are spacious and very well taken care of. We were visiting from Horseshoe Bend AR and had family from FL and Wi visiting with us and everyone had a wonderful time! Granddaughters were absolutely tickled that you have 2 little doll rocking chairs for their babies lol. Absolutely will come back! Thank you!

Convenient to town, rooms clean and comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. There IS WIFI (which was different than described in the email), which was a pleasant surprise.
The backyard backs to the woods and a covered porch, which was so peaceful and serene.
Owner is a very nice guy, who gave excellent advice. Our family enjoyed it very much.

Perfect place after a long day of diamond hunting. All the tools we needed for our diamond hunt were available to use. Very clean and conveniently located. The fire pit was a hit for s’mores.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was my mom,2 kiddos and my husband and I along with our Husky. Plenty of space in the house for everyone! The yard was gorgeous and tons of room to run! I forgot dog bowls and they had some there to use! The town was so neat with all the little shops! Charles was fantastic about communicating with any questions I had! Check in and check out we’re both super simple! 10/10 would recommend!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. A cozy spot to relax and unwind, and a very short drive to everything we wanted to take in. Less than 10 minutes from the marina and other great fishing spots on beautiful Lake Greeson, and about the same distance from a fun-filled day of digging for diamonds in the state park. The kids loved relaxing in the hammocks and cooking s'mores and pies over the fire, as well as exploring the woods behind the house. It's definitely on our list for a return trip!

It was a perfect place for the family. So nice to stay in a house instead of separate motel rooms. Bedding was clean and smelled fresh also. Just needs some lighting in the back.

The pictures listed do not give this property justice! There is so much more space than you can see. We were very comfortable and centrally located to diamond and crystal mines around! Looking forward to coming back again!

Much more spacious than the pictures depict. Very pleasant area, off a highway but not a busy one. Has a large yard/outdoor space in a country setting. Found it comfortable with the exception of the king bed, though that might have been a matter of taste. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, diamond mining tools, towels, blankets, TP, soap, etc. Washer and dryer worked great but bring your own detergent. There are a lot of great decor and knickknacks in the home, fishing/hunting themed. If you're highly opposed to either, do not stay there. Not the best place for unruly small kids, just because the decor is so tempting to their little hands. Very good host.

My stay was fabulous! Beautiful surroundings close to everything Murfreesboro has to offer. Host Charles was very knowledgeable about the history and sites I might find interesting! Their home was comfortable beautifully staged with every amenity. I wish I could have stayed longer! And will definitely be visiting this location again very soon!
