Overall this is the best to stay in Fuji ,convenient,nice house with a lot of exciting facilities given,nice view of Mou

The location very near to the kawaguchiko station, safe and quiet area , nice view facing mount Fuji clearly and superb facilities given by property.

Only the sofa at living hall is too short and un comfortable to sit.

HUGE FUJI next your bed!! Strongly recommended

The location was number one. Right outside the house we could see the mt. Fuji which was very close look. Just 4-500m away there is a convenient store, and the lake kawaguchiko is 5 mins away by car. The facility was nice but the gas was stopped once so we had to reset it outside the house (but just once).

It would be nice if you had translated image for remote controls. I had to spend one night without heater in the rooms because we thought that the AC machine was just for cooling. (I figured it out with translation app for remote controls image!)

Exceptional

Huge house with so much space, large kitchen, huge TV with Netflix, outdoor deck and yard. Great location within walking distance to station, grocery store and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Free bikes were awesome for touring around.

Better blackout curtains and bedside tables would be nice in the bedrooms. There was a crazy storm one night and the wind whistled loudly through poorly sealed windows in the kids bedroom, keeping them up for much of the night. There was an outdoor sauna and hot tub in the front yard but we were told they weren’t available for use. We were told a security camera would be used during self checkin to ensure addition guests did not enter, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable not knowing when we were being watched and/or if there were other hidden cameras in the house.

Very good

Just walk out of the house and you will have a great view of Mount Fuji! We didn't rent a car so the bikes were very useful! Overall a great stay for our family. The design is a mix of traditional and modern Japanese. The staff were very attentive to messages so it was a great help when we needed to sort things out.

The couch could be improved as well as the dining table. Check in and Check out could be adjusted to give a better overall experience to the guests.

It was our peaceful vacation stay in this property we all love it

This property is very close to the station, and safe for the family, it’s huge space. we feel comfortable during our stay all rooms are well organized with heating and cooling systems.

cooking dishes some of them are not matched with our expectations. this is not big deal any way

awesome. we enjoyed our stay and definitely going to come back.

the property is really cozy and the location is close to fuji-q and train station. and also the Mt. fuji is visible. I also like that they have the bikes you could borrow for free.

Exceptional

The place was very quiet and cozy, supermarket are close by and close to tourist attraction places. Kitchen is huge and we did enjoy our dinner and breakfast with friends.

Great price, location and parking on site!

Loved the hammock! Excellent additional heaters! Great parking and location!

Tub was smaller (but deep)... so harder to let little kids play after their shower. Beds only made upstairs, (no futon sheets downstairs) assuming we’d sleep there, but wanted to sleep downstairs in one room.

Clean, quiet family home

Loved this cute property! We had 5 of us and it was plenty big, there was room for more! Very clean and well stocked. Could see Fuji right out the bedroom windows. Very easy to find, right down the road from the amusement park and the entrance to the actual mountain. Quick and easy drive to the expressway also.

Old house from outside, but reformed internally

Property was old but internally was reformed. Amenities and facilities ok.

The sofa was the only thing old and dirty. Lawn was pretty tall. Wished we had more towel and did not understand why they have the BBQ set included, but not allowed to do BBQ on property garden.
