About this house rental

Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, “A Dream Come True” (Twin).

We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is young (constructed '08), spacious (2200 sq ft) and all bedrooms have new carpeting.

Features include 9’ ceilings, four bedrooms each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, pots/pans. Ceiling fans throughout the house.
Parking under the house.

It is the second house up from Ocean Blvd and beach access is directly across the street. Seven blocks south is the Pier with restaurants and shopping....an easy walk.

We think the layout of the house is perfect for family’s with a Master bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor is a second Master bedroom, bunk bed room (2 bunk beds), and a bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV. The house comes with washer and dryer with a separate AC unit on each floor.

If lounging is preferred, a private pool is in back with six foot privacy fence. The pool is not heated. On ground level is a picnic table and barbecue area. In the first floor living area is a sofa/love seat combo with 52” LCD TV or surf the Internet via WIFI. Departure cleaning is included. Linens are included.

We absolutely loved the house and the location. So close to the beach!! I wish we would’ve known about the construction next door as we were woken up early, couldn’t enjoy the many balconies during the day and the noise from the construction made it hard to enjoy the pool during the day. The workers even blocked us in our drive way and we had to go looking for them! Over all I would go back!!! Lovely place and location!

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the king size beds, balconies, and pool. Everything was clean and spacious, and the owners had great communication. We stayed at this home during a baseball tournament. This home is close to the Grand Park Athletic Complex. It is also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to get ice cream and see the town. Surfside is beautiful and quaint. We would love to return some time soon. Thank you!

Overall enjoyed our stay. The property was in good shape. Some minor issues the owner should look into like cleaning the showers and some of the appliances may need replacing.

We could not have been more happy with the House, Pool, and proximity to the Beach. Nice and quiet street. The property owner was extremely attentive and friendly to work with. We would definitely rent this House again and would highly recommend this property for the Family looking for a wonderful Beach Vacation!

What a fantastic vacation! This house was perfect. 4 adults and 4 teenagers ages 15-19. Even though a duplex, we couldn’t hear a thing from the other side. The most well stocked kitchen we have ever rented. Access to the beach was perfect. Home is well taken care of and clean. Hosts are very responsive to emails. Would definitely rent again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 NOTE: for those that have sun ninja tents, beach patrol will make you take it down. Even if it is a 10x10 size tent (max per ordinance). Just a heads up.

We loved the location right off the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We also loved the interior layout with two masters and room for loads of kids. It is a well maintained spacious house and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Property was just as described! Enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Walk to the beach was amazing - no more than 2 minutes! Close walk to some of SurfSide's restaurants. We had an issue with the lock on our first full day, but Karen was extremely responsive and someone was there within minutes to address it. We are definitely considering staying again next year!

This property worked perfect for our group of 2 families. It had everything we needed. We loved the location with so many things to do and places to eat nearby. Very short walk and easy access to the beach and the beach was not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at Surfside for 7 years, but this was our first time in this particular house. The owners were very responsive to a couple of logistical questions I had the first day. The six adult family members had more than enough private space to have quiet time, get in the pool, sit in the living room or sleep. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cups, etc. for your family meals for the week. Plenty of parking and space under the house for 3 SUVs. It was very easy to walk back to the house if I forgot something for the beach, not far at all. The Surfside community enforces a noise ordinance at night, so it was pretty peaceful all the time. I work in surgery, so I can be very critical about cleanliness. The house was clean and comfortable. It's the beach, so there's sand naturally, but other than that, the house is very clean. This house was perfect for our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

House good but needs a thorough cleaning. Significant amount of mold growing in bathroom showers. House not clean. Our family has been renting houses through VRBO at, Surfside Beach for at least 10 summers. This was the least clean house in which we have stayed. Otherwise, house was good. My family rented 28 Aug- 4 Sep. Renting was easy, host was accessible and very nice. Location proximity to beach is wonderful! Very family friendly, relaxing, and enjoyable. Private pool is a nice touch. Home is surface clean at best, and left my family and I underwhelmed especially based on other reviews. Still enjoyed the beach, but if you are a neat freak you might not be too happy.

We have rented different properties in the past, but this has by far been the best. Karen has thought of everything. If you can’t find it, you don’t need it!! The furniture isn’t cheap. Everything is good quality and looks nice. The beds are incredibly comfortable. That’s a rare find! Everything is extremely well laid out. We were 9 in our party (2 teenagers) and not once did we feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was a lovely extra treat with plenty of comfortable loungers for us older folks😂. The location was superb. Just a 3 minute easy stroll to the beach. We always go for two weeks and I felt like this was a home away from home!! I would highly recommend.

Amazing location, amenities and space. Very attentive host! We appreciated all the local info of the area. There was plenty of room for all of us and both teens and toddlers enjoyed themselves. Plus, there were multiple patios/balconies for adults to have some quiet time or take a work call. Couldn’t have been a more lovely and easy stay. Thank you so much Karen!
