About this house rental
This beautiful, modern design, professionally decorated and newly built (2012) house in Old Naples features 5 bedrooms plus a den and 4,5 bathrooms. (Sleeps 8-12). The house is in a gorgeous and peaceful family friendly part of Old Naples surrounded by beautiful trees and free from transit traffic and noise from landing air crafts. It is a 10 minutes’ walk to the beach and to the perfect setting for your family or corporate retreat.
MAIN FLOOR:
The main level features the master bedroom, with 2 walk-in closets and the master bathroom with separate sinks. It features a large living room + kitchen area connecting to the outside area with sliding doors making it possible to transform the area into one large inside/outside room. The gourmet kitchen has double dishwashers (Miele), double ovens (Viking), dual Sinks, coffee machine (Miele) and a gas stove (Viking). There are wooden floors, walk-in vine cellar, plasma television with surround sound and a laundry room.
POOL & GARDEN:
The outside area features a custom heated pool with sun shelf and custom heated spa. There is a covered outdoor relaxing/TV area with a gas fireplace as well as a covered dining area overlooking the pool. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill (Viking), refrigerator and water sink. Electric screens can be pulled down protecting the outside area from mosquito's at night.
UPPER FLOOR:
The upper level features four bedrooms with King size beds, where two of the rooms have wooden floor, their own suite bath and two of the rooms share a suite bath, but has walk-in closets. There is a balcony with sitting area outside and a TV/relaxing area inside plus laundry room.
OTHER
The house has a two-car air conditioned auto garage with plenty of storage and the fastest internet speed accessible in Naples (WIFI). The house is built in concrete blocks with smoke detectors. There is a small gym and a ping-pong table in the garage.

This is the second time our family vacations at this gorgeous Naples home. The neighborhood and location could not be any better, just a few blocks away from the beach in the exclusive Old Naples area. The house is extremely comfortable and decorated with impecable taste.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at the Ridge Lakes property. The house is on a quiet street, there was some construction going on down the street but we really couldn't hear any noise. The house feels much larger than the pictures. It's really the perfect location close to grocery shopping and getting around Naples. Oskar and his team were wonderful and responded to all communication in a professional and timely manner. We've stayed at other Old Naples properties and this was one of our favorites! Highly recommend.

This is a high end quality home that was great for our family. We walked to 5th Ave everyday in the mornings and took the bikes they provided to the beach often. Beautiful home, wonderful pool, friendly manager, and very spacious. 3 amazing bedrooms and 2 more that work well for kids. Kitchen was wonderful, screened in porch was amazing to not have to deal with mosquitos. Nice neighbors. Hope to come back again!

This is a beautiful, large home (5 bedrooms) in Old Naples. Close to the beach (10 minute walk), close to downtown, and in a wonderful, friendly neighborhood. Property is quite private in the pool area, the kitchen is well furnished, and overall it cannot be beat!

My fiancé and I rented this property to have a small, intimate wedding reception with close family and friends. The owner, Oskar, was extremely responsive and so helpful leading up to and during our stay. The house exceeded our expectations in every way and it will always have a special place in our hearts given the nature of our stay. All we can say is WOW! This property and the owners went above and beyond to welcome us into their home and make us feel comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had everything you would need and more! The backyard is so private and you feel your at a resort on a Caribbean island. The owners are super responsive to any questions, there were beach cruisers, the street is super quiet and very homey! The beach is so close you can walk or bike, your near everything although you wont even want to leave the house that's how awesome it is! I cant say enough good things about our experience at this property, the house is stunning! I didn't want to leave when our stay was up, and my only complaint is that its already booked for when we return and I'm not surprised. Once you stay here you wont want to stay anywhere else. The house is big, but comfortable. Luxurious yet beachy too! From tons of beach towels, to bikes to extra sheets, two washers and dryers, EVERYTHING you need and more. I can go on and on about this house and the experience all day long, it will not disappoint!!! Thank you to Oskar and Adrian for making our trip/stay so memorable I cant wait to come back! We just wrapped up our 2-week stay in this home & i cannot say enough wonderful things about both the house, homeowner, & property manager. We rented the home so 2 families from WI & OH could escape the winter & spend quality time together and this home gave us just that & more!
This home is super spacious. The rooms are large with en-suite baths. The kitchen, living, & dining is open & great for everyone in your family or group to enjoy being together. The outdoor living is where we spent most of our time together. Pool & spa as well as pool toys, lounge chairs, and towels provided made us feel like we were at a 5 star resort but had it all to ourselves. The backyard is beautifully landscaped & very private.
Both housekeeping & pool maintenance took great care in doing their work.
Oskar & Adrian were attentive & responsive if needed. This is the kind of place you can drop your bags & immediately start your vacation!
The kitchen is fully stocked. Anything you need to cook or bake is there.
The home is well maintained. The interior is beautifully designed. The house has been kept very clean! That is something that is super important to me.
We are already discussing a possible return for next year.

Once again,another great stay at Oscar's house in Naples.The communication with Oscar and his local manager Adrian was outstanding.When minor issues arose nothing was too much trouble for them to resolve quickly and efficiently.
The house is extremely light and spacious with a fabulous pool and the maintenance of the house,pool and gardens was excellent.This is an ideal home in which family of all ages can feel relaxed and comfortable.
The location is on the doorstep of wonderful beaches and downtown Naples with an endless choice of great restaurants.We would all recommend Oscar's home without hesitation and look forward to returning.

My family and I had a wonderful two week stay. We spent most of our time in the back yard. Great to have all of the covered outdoor living space! On the way to the airport, our son was already lobbying for another Naples vacation next year - at the same house!

PERFECT! That is the best word I can use to describe this absolutely amazing and beautiful home. My large extended family of 10 stayed in this home from 6/30/18 to 7/14/18. This home has everything you need and much much more. The kitchen/dining/living area is stunning. With 10 people staying in one house we never felt like we were on top of each other. This home is very spacious. The outdoor area really sets this home apart from all the rest out there. If we were not at the beach then we were outdoors. The pool is a great size and the outdoor kitchen/living area is amazing. The mosquito screens were an added bonus so that we were able to eat dinners outside every evening and not worry about all of the bugs. This house is just a few blocks from a great beach. It was a short walk that we took at least once every day we were there. We usually walked to the beach in the morning and hung out for a couple hours and then walked back to the house to make lunch. The kids (and the adults) loved using the pool while lunch was being made. In the evening we always walked down to the beach again to see the amazing sunsets. The owner (Oskar) was more than accommodating. His property manager (Adrian) was on call 24/7 for our entire stay. We ran into a few minor issues that Adrian resolved very promptly. He was very nice and always had a smile. We could not have asked for better service. We could not have asked for a better home to make special family memories in. We have taken many vacations as a family and this one has been our best by far. We highly recommend if you have the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous home that you do.You will not be disappointed. We have only been back home (in MO) a little over a week and cannot wait to plan our next stay.

We stayed in this beautiful house in October 2017 for 4 weeks. The house exceeded all expectations and met all our needs especially the enormous wine cellar . We took full advantage of the pool hot tub and the bikes .
Oskar the owner was very attentive and answered any questions we had promptly . The house is perfectly situated for a visit to Naples a gentle stroll to the beach or a 5 minute bike ride to 5th Avenue .
We would highly recommend this house and would certainly return ourselves .

Amazing! This is the best word to describe our experience renting this house.
The house is very nice, and has everything you may ask to have a wonderful time there.
Outdoor, everything to enjoy the florida weather: a big pool, external shower, summer kitchen and a big table outside, a nice area with sofas and Tv to relax, such as 4 bikes in the garage.
Indoor, all that you can ask for a nice stay: a a great Kitchen-living room-dining room huge open space, a very convenient office, a very separate master bedroom w bathroom and walk in closet downstairs, plus 4 bedroom and a big playroom with TV upstairs.
Everything is perfect for families with Kids.
Last but not least, Oskar, the owner, is very attentive and extremely helpful for anything we needed, and there is a local person in charge 24-7 to solve any possible issues.
Recommended to everybody that wants to spend a nice time in Old Naples.
For sure we will come back.

We were a bit nervous as we were the first to book/stay at this wonderful house. Our worries were unfounded, as the Swedish family was very accommodating and the house was even better than the pictures and description. Everything was as promised....even better. The house had everything needed for my family....the house and everything in it was brand new and impeccable. The location was perfect, about 3-4 blocks from the beach and very close proximity to all of Naples' wonderful amenities. We were in frequent communication with the owners who could not have been any nicer to deal with. They even sent us a detailed PDF document explaining all of the house features (including pictures and diagrams of the AC controls, television/media remotes, pool/spa heater and pumps, etc....). The kids even enjoyed spending time in the air conditioned garage playing ping pong and working out in their small gym. Another great feature is their outdoor patio area which has an outdoor living room complete with flat screen tv, fireplace (no use in July!), Viking gas grill, and even electric mosquito screens that were useful in the late afternoon.
Highly recommended.
