About this house rental

5 bedroom, 5 bathroom mountain home located in the Town of Dillon in the heart of Ski Country...Summit County, Colorado's playground. Large picturesque windows in the living room overlook Lake Dillon and feature a fantastic view of Keystone Ski Resort.

After a day of adventure, come home and grill dinner on the gas grill on the back deck while taking in the view. Or walk to one of the several restaurants in town (Scrappy's Pizza, Pug Ryans, The Vue). After dinner, enjoy a soak in the private outdoor hot tub, a game of pool or foosball, or relax and watch a movie in the comfort of the roomy living room complete with a gas fireplace.

Twelve (12) guests can sleep comfortably as detailed below: Bedroom 1 (Master, main level): 1 King with private Master bathroom. Bedroom 2 (upper level): 1 Queen, 1 Double includes a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 (upper level): 1 Queen with a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 (lower level/basement): 1 Twin over Queen bunkbed. Bedroom 5 (lower level/basement): 1 Queen. There is a bathroom in the basement with a tub/shower for the 2 bedrooms to share. There is an additional full bathroom available on the main level. **Pack n' Play & Booster/High Chair available.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with a crockpot, multiple size pots and pans, casserole dishes, double oven, microwave, spices.

Wireless internet is provided for those who must work or feel the need to keep in touch with what's going on in the rest of the world. Also provided is an attached HEATED GARAGE.

The Dillon Marina is a short walk down the road, right off the rec path. The Tiki Bar located at the marina, right on the water is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pug Ryan's Brewery is right down the street serving lunch, dinner and happy hour/apres ski! Scrappy's serves pizza and subs and is right next door to a ski/board rental shop and/or a bike rental. And The Vue Restaurant in the Homewood Suites Hotel has great views! Walk down to Elevation Bowl for a fun activity off the snow. There is also Cameez frozen yogurt, crepes and coffee a short walk away.

So much to do and it's all so close! Tennis & Pickleball courts, Dillon Town Park & Playground and Marina Park are walking distance, as well as, the Summit County Rec Path, which can take you to Keystone, Frisco, Copper and all the way to Breckenridge or even Vail. There are also 2 bus stops within walking distance for you to catch the FREE Summit Stage bus which goes all over Summit County.

This was a perfect location and home for our family group. Was perfect to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms to have our own space. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. View is gorgeous. Easy walk to the Marina for fishing and kayaking. Quick drive to Breck, Keystone, and Vail.

Overall great location and convenience to slopes and shops, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. Use of crock pot was essential and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful and big enough for us all! We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub in the evenings after the guys were done on the slopes. The location was easy to find and the property was accurately depicted. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets were some of the softest I have ever felt. If we bring another large group back to the area, I'd definitely check to see if this property was available again.

Beautiful surroundings, even better than we expected from the photos in the listing. Amazingly equipped kitchen with every serving dish and preparation tool imaginable. This was the first visit to Colorado for some of our friends. We were glad we chose this house.

We actually ended up not leaving as much as we had family in and a lot of snow came in. It was so much fun! And we realized we didn’t need to leave the house much. There was so much room for hanging out together! We had family get married at Sapphire Point and a reception at Saved By The Wine and we went to so many different places around the area and this house was located in the middle of it all! A few blocks from the underground bowling too! And so many places to eat. You can eat here easily too! Everything you could ever need is in the house or within a few minute drive. Perfect perfect place!!!

Tracy's Mountain Lake Home was perfect for our family ski trip. The house was massive, with plenty of extra space. The living room is very large, with plenty of seating. The hot tub and pool/foosball tables provided great after ski entertainment. The location was close to the major road to Keystone/A-Basin (and just a few miles from the main road to Brecks), yet far enough away that you didn't hear any traffic noise. Getting to the house is easy, you don't need 4WD (some places in the area are up steep hills). The living room is a huge wall of glass looking out over the lake and mountains: the view is spectacular. The living room has a fireplace which was great to come home to after a day of skiing. The house is next to 18 miles of trails around the lake, in case you don't feel like skiing for a day. The garage was large enough to fit the Suburban we rented and still have plenty of room for our skis. Inside there was more than enough closet space for all our coats, gloves, helmets etc... The kitchen had everything you could use. The washer/dryer were right off the kitchen. Finally, you are close to the restaurants and stores of Dillan, Silverthorne and Frisco so you don't run out of dining options. If you are looking for a large home with all the amenities close to the region's major ski areas, you won't be disappointed. We have already asked to reserve a week next year!

My wife and I, as well as some of our kids and grandkids (others stayed in a nearby home) gathered from around the country for a long-awaited reunion. It was an excellent week, due in part to this fine property we were lucky to stay at. It's as good as advertised. Two special notes: the property was very clean and there was lots of emply/available cupboard/storage space. They've done a superb job of cleaning everything out for an enjoyable stay. Also, the owner responded very promptly to our questions (we didn't have many, but prompt responses were much appreciated), and went the second mile by securing some needed infant furniture for both of the babies that stayed with us. I'll recommend this place very strongly to anyone who asks...

This home was great for our group - ages 17 months to 86 years. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler in our group and found the home spacious and comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous views from the deck and yard below - such a great place for morning coffee or even a workout outside. Very convenient to town, shopping, hiking, bike riding, and highways. Tracy was very prompt with communication and wonderful to work with. Only thing to keep in mind if booking...there is only 1 bedroom on the main floor. Those not staying in the master bedroom will have to use stairs to the upstairs or downstairs to get to rooms - not a negative, just FYI.

We had 2 families with 5 teenagers, and everyone really enjoyed the house. Tracy set it up so check-in was super easy. The entire week went off without a hitch. The deck was a huge hit, and we spent several evenings out there looking at the mountains and the lake. Kids really appreciated the hot tub, pool table and foosball table. Bedrooms were well set up, and plenty of bathrooms for all. Super easy access to restaurants and shops, and we walked to many of them, including the farmers market on Friday. We would happily stay in this house again in the future!

This was a really easy rental with simple checking-in and special procedures. Property owner responded promptly to all questions and the property was PERFECT for a getaway with our two twenty-somethings and their significant others. Kitchen/ dining area was the perfect place for sharing stories and making plans for the next day. Living room provided amazing views outside and easy warmth from the gas fired “wood stove” inside. Add plenty of parking for three cars with one (loaded with skis) inside the heated garage, and all our expectations were met. Thanks Tracy and Lewis!

We highly recommend this home! It accommodated all ages perfectly . Centrally located, it launched us to biking, hiking, paddling, bowling, adventure parking, hot springs enjoyment, and shopping. We could walk to many! At home we played games and ate together, always appreciating the view! For us, it was a terrific family house. The owners have thought of everything. We didn't do all we wanted to do... and loved our time in Dillon, we'd like to come back! We'd bring our tennis rackets next time... public courts, a park and playground are steps away.

We spent a week with family members from Michigan and California. The house was perfect. Beautiful views and home. Owners were very helpful and brought a garage door opener to us as soon as I let them know that the previous renters took the opener with them. We would definitely stay here again in the future! I/we really enjoyed our stay at #71135. This Summer home was spacious, more than enough room for the 8 of us. It was comfortable, open. The home is well equipped for for families of different ages. It has a pool table, foosball, games. Lot of room on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped.....always important. Everything worked; no problems. We would go back again.

We rented this house with two other families over Thanksgiving. It was such a warm, inviting home with stunning views of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we needed to make an amazing meal and there was plenty of space for adults and kids to hang out. We would definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Dillon - perfect for multiple family gatherings! The owners were so easy to work with, and we felt their love and attention to detail throughout the home. Everything was perfect - you could tell that this was their home rather than just a rental. It had personal touches, extras in the kitchen that were appreciated, and plenty of space for everyone. We went skiing, played in the fenced backyard (bonus for kids!), loved the hot tub, and had such an easy time cooking and feeding everyone. Thank you, thank you for opening your home to us! We loved it all and will definitely recommend it to our friends!

I needed a house that I could use for a celebration of my retirement. I love the Dillon area with all the activities available to folks. From walking along the walk/bike path to free concerts and dance lessons there is something for everyone to enjoy. The house was exceptional with top of the line kitchen equipment, washer and dryer, and very comfortable beds. The view was astonishing from the huge balcony. The hot tub eased the pains from trying to do too many physical activities. The owners were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
