Side B is being rented with private use of the pool and private use of all the fenced in area around the pool & unit. Again, the pool and pool area are not shared spaces, and side B truly does come with private use of these areas. Side B is 1325SF, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10. Side B is the only side referenced in this listing.
This ranch-style 2 Family Home (duplex) is located in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island just 3 blocks from the beach, 1 block from Holmes Beach town center, and less than a block from the free island trolley stop. Pets are welcome for a $100 non-refundable fee.

Home is nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen & a great room with full view of the pool. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed & a master bath. Bedroom 2 has a king bed & direct access/view of the smaller left side patio/yard space. Bedroom 3 has both a double/full bunk bed (2 full beds) & a twin bunk bed (2 twin beds), making it an ideal kid or whole family bedroom. The great room has a Samsung TV. ALL bedrooms have TVs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities & the great room has a sit-down dining area to accommodate all. The unit has a fully enclosed yard for your privacy. This fenced in area includes the pool, pool shed, a grill, a bar/tabletop area, a rear outside shower & an extra smaller side patio on the left side of the home with additional seating off Bedroom 2. WIFI & cable are ready for your use. Note: cable is streamed through the Spectrum App on all TVs. Netflix should already be loaded & ready on the living room TV but often guests log out of this. There is a portable DVD player & Bluetooth speaker in the living room for your use. There is also a fairly large laundry room in the home.

Relax & enjoy the privacy of your own pool. The entire yard is fenced in with a 6' privacy fence. The pool is heated by a heat pump.

Bridge Street, Anna Marie City Pier and The Rod & Reel Pier are all just 3 miles away.

We loved our stay at Carrie’s house. The house was well supplied and the pool area is amazing. Different seating options around the pool were really nice. About a 7 minute walk to the beach but we actually spent most of our time at the pool. Carrie was super responsive to questions. We definitely did not want to leave.

Pleasantly surprised with the nice back patio off the bedroom with king bed and doggy door access and fenced in area for fur baby if needed. Also outside shower was a nice plus. Nice updated shower in master bdrm w/ queen size bed. Full laundry room with an extra refrigerator if needed. 3rd bedroom had bunk beds and could easily fit 5. Overall I would say update needed for the stove and the main bathroom is a bit dated. We enjoyed our visit to this pool home. Property Manager is awesome. We would love to return and will recommend.

We were new to AMI and were very happy with the area and our lodging. This house is in a great walking location to the beach and some shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and easy to access. We really enjoyed the pool and outside space. The house was also well stocked with beach towels and toys (look in the shed). We were also lucky enough to be there for the holiday Jeep parade, which went right by the house. It was also great to have laundry facilities on site and there is an extra fridge/freezer in the laundry room. We did not need it on this trip, but it would be awesome if staying a longer time. The sliding doors to the pool do need repair and are not useable. Overall, it was a lovely property and we would recommend!

House was very clean and smelt amazing upon entry! It’s fully stocked and tastefully decorated! Beds were comfy and there is PLENTY of space! Love the privacy of the pool and no pool curfew! Kids and us had an absolute amazing time! Will def rent again! ♥️ Better than the pics! Carefully pay attention to the sliding glass doors those def need replaced but aside from that absolutely love it here!!

Great home for a family vacation

This house was great. It is well stocked, beds are comfortable, plenty of room for 5 people and the pool was perfect for my son to swim in before and after the beach. The outdoor shower is a great addition. The pool shed had a beach cart that made transporting items to the beach (very doable walk, we did it every day) very easy. The fish market and ice cream shop are a short walk away, as well as a handful of shops for some quick gifts. If you wanted to rent bikes or beach items, there is a shop that is just a few minutes walk away to rent items from.

Lovely Family Vacation Home
This is a lovely family home. We enjoyed that awesome pool everyday! We also went to the beach with the provided beach wagon. The grill was indispensable for dinner. Kudos to Carrie for her communications. She went out of her way to make our stay safe and wonderful. I highly recommend this vacation home and Carrie's kindness!

Fantastic House for a Family Vacation!
We were very happy with this house for our one week stay on Anna Maria Island. It is beautifully decorated and very functional! The location is wonderful with it being only a few minutes' walk from the beach and several very neat shops as well as close proximity to the trolly stops. The home came with everything you could need for a vacation: linens, towels, kitchen with everything for cooking, and more. We also loved having a private pool with plenty of deck furniture for everyone to have their space for relaxing! The owner was exceptionally helpful when needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous!
We just got home from the best vacation! This house was more than we even expected! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and 3 small dogs. The pool was an instant hit for everyone, but non stop entertainment for the 4 teenagers. The house was spotless. Not a speck of dirt anywhere and I never saw a single bug, which is unusual for Florida! Carrie had everything in the house that we needed.... plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper and many other things you don’t typically find in a rental. The beach was a short walk or bike ride (we rented bikes for everyone). The trolley was easy to manipulate and allowed us all to go our separate ways when we needed to. There are also places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. I just can’t say enough good things about it! Carrie responded quickly when I had a little run in with a plan tree and needed a place to get my light repaired and I saw her once out front, other than that, it’s like you are on the property by yourselves. We have never been back to the same place twice on our family vacation, but I think we came to the consensus that we can’t top this. We will be returning! Thank you, Carrie, for everything!

We loved staying in this house. So very well stocked. Nice location. Great pool. Close to beach. If you have lots of “stuff” to haul to beach there is limited parking really close by. Property manager is on site and super friendly and accessible if an issue arises. AMI is amazing! So beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!
We stayed with three young children, and four members of our extended family. The house was very clean, well kept and comfortable. Carrie was wonderful and though the kids got loud at times, there wasn't an issue for the owner. The beach is minutes away and very calm. We would love to return soon!

Adorable and comfortable home just a short walk from the beach. We truly enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating. The outdoor shower was a hit with our teen sons. The house was very close to a trolley shop and a short walk from shops and restaurants. The owner was responsive when we had a couple of questions. There was some road noise in the morning but it really didn’t bother us much and it wasn’t noticeable from the house unless the sliding door was open. It was a memorable week and we would definitely stay in this house again

*A little patio outside of one of the bedrooms feels like a great little private space for morning coffee or a read.
When we arrived we were a bit surprised by the sounds of cars passing by while sitting out around the pool. It really turned out to be a non-problem, though. The house is peaceful and silent. And we weren't exactly quiet while out in the pool anyway.
There are some places in walking distance--restaurants and a few shops. Same for the beach. It really is a great little spot--can't wait to come back!
