Summer House has it all! Upon entering this sprawling, vacation home, you're welcomed by southern, rustic, and nautical décor. You’ll be near a beach access and enjoy all that the beachside resort community of Cinnamon Shore has to offer.
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Relax in the main gathering space, located on the second floor so you can enjoy fabulous views of the community through the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that wrap around the living and dining room areas. Take advantage of the fully stocked, chef-style kitchen with ample seating around the granite counter and bar and at the large farm table, which seats 10. Family or friends can keep you company from the open-concept family room while you prepare a large meal together. Step out onto the veranda and sit back while you grill or dine together.
Downstairs, another den makes an alternate spot to relax or entertain, in a space with a large television, mini refrigerator, wet bar and front and side porch access.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, two large master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and the handsome bunkroom that sleeps four allow your group to be comfortable, while playing or accessing the porches overlooking the beach boardwalk. Relax in another large master bedroom on the second floor. This one features a luxurious private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and its own deck. Climb the stairs to the charming, third-floor tower loft and discover even more ocean and beach views. The raised twin bed is decorated as if it belongs in a ship’s stateroom, and guests can step onto a balcony to greet another day in Port Aransas.
This lovely home also offers a private getaway above the garage in the carriage house. This master suite features a queen bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and sitting area. Step out onto the private deck with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking Kiera’s Pool.

Barefoot Beach is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Barefoot Beach the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. My family and another family, total of 4 adults and 6 children stayed here for a long weekend and it was incredible! We also had 2 nannies come with us who stayed in the detached carriage house. More than enough space for all of us. The house was very clean and the fully stocked with kitchen for cooking was a plus. The master on the 2nd floor has a huge walk-in closet perfect for an infant's pack-n-play. You can't beat the location of this house - right next to the pool and across from the beach access. We will be renting Summer House 181 again!

3 generations filled this home. 3 Masters, bunk house for 4 and a separate suite perfect for all ages. Good - so close to the beach and pools. The bad-so close to beach and pools - busy street corner. Home is very functional, well equipped. Could use a new grill, but salt and sand takes its toll on metal. Would stay again with a large group.

With one exception, all was most enjoyable! As I reported on arrival we had to wash all dishes since food was still caked on dishes and utensils. This is a great house, with a lot of room, and has close access to the pool and beach. We really had no complaints about the house. We've stayed at homes in Cinnamon Shore for several years now, and this was the first year I was upset with the service. The beach was closed, so carts could not use the boardwalk for access or drive on the beach. I completely understand that this was not Cinnamon Shore's fault, but their customer service during and after was lacking. Our cart was taken by one of the "courtesy drivers", and not returned. I contacted Cinnamon Shore's cart company (Top Deck) and they were great. They immediately refunded us for that day we were without one of our carts. But again, I never received a return call from Cinnamon shore management. In addition, the entire community's power went out for about 5 hours one night, including areas outside of Cinnamon Shore. Again, I understand that this was not Cinnamon Shore's fault. Our frustration came when trying to contact them during and AFTER our stay. We tried about 5 times, with no return calls or emails. Once we had left, they were no longer concerned with speaking to us.
For the price we paid (over $1300/night), I find this unacceptable. I wanted to speak with management and could never reach them. They may be growing so much that they aren't focusing on the customer as much now. Again, the house was GREAT, but my experience with Cinnamon Shore management and follow-up was lacking. I never write reviews, but felt this was necessary, as I was extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up once we left.

This home is spectacular! The owners attention to detail and beautiful furnishings were greatly appreciated. The beds were amazing and the carriage house bedroom is just right for that couple who craves more privacy. The location is very close to the boardwalk and a swimming pool. You can even see and hear the ocean from across the street. The kitchen was a real treat to cook in. My husband loved the six burner stove with a griddle and warming shelf. The kiddos enjoyed his pancakes almost every morning. We had 4 adult couples and 7 children in ages of 18 month up to 14 years of age. Everyone had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

great house. We love it. Exception: the bathrooms were not clean when we arrived (human hair in the rugs, etc). We wish there was not so much construction in the summer (house went UP across the street while we were there). Y-5 never worked in the house (we did not feel the technicians were efficient). The overall "hospitality" was lacking this year. NOt as helpful as in the last seven years of experience at Cinnamon Shores. Rapid growth makes it hard to keep up with personal attention.

This was our first time staying in the Cinnamon Shore development, and we are HOOKED. The property was supremely comfortable, casual, yet luxurious. The set up was great for our group of several families and elementary-aged children. The kitchen area was amazing and we loved cooking evening meals together and lazing around after a hot day. Highly recommend this place! We will be returning next year.

Gorgeous home that is very comfortable, clean and lots of room for extended family...toddlers, parents, Grandparents and an Aunt! Pool was perfect for little ones, and boardwalk location was close. We love the chair/umbrella rental, too. A few downsides (satellite dish rusted resulted in no working TVs) were remedied by staff (DVD player for movies provided).
