Centrally located in the inner-city community of Parkdale and conveniently located just steps away from Foothills hospital and the Bow River walking/biking pathways. Great cafes, restaurants, and public transit all within 2 blocks. Enjoy the wonderful hospitality during your stay, whether it be visiting family/friends, a quick weekend getaway to the Rocky Mountains, or appreciating the endless festivities that Calgary offers all year round!!

Spacious and bright oversized bungalow with Newly Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Master and second/third bedroom contain comfortable queen beds and the spacious living room offers a new sofa bed and comfortable work desk where you can sit back and relax. The spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a nice home cooked meal and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the evening. Enjoy the bright windows, open space, free Wi-Fi high speed internet access and two large screen TV's with digital cable. There is also free laundry for your convenience.

2 min walk to the Foothills Medical Center and Tom Baker Cancer Center.

5 minute drive to downtown, U of C, Alberta Children's Hospital, Kensington, and 20 min. drive to the Airport. Bow River bike/walking path, multiple bus routes are only 2-3 blocks away. Located close to the Trans Canada highway for an easy escape to the mountains, which is only 45 mins away!

Foothills hospital is just steps away, making this location ideal for students or medical professionals visiting the Foothills on an elective or other business. Also great for the working professional needing access to downtown or traveler looking to explore Calgary and escape to the scenic Rocky Mountains!!

Guests have complete private access to the spacious main floor. Enjoy the private west facing backyard and covered deck. Guests have free parking in the back or on street in the front.

If you're lucky to stay during the months of July and August when the raspberries are in full bloom, you'll be treated with an abundance of Raspberry bushes in the backyard, which you can pick daily and enjoy!! They are delicious!!

Loved the space, it was clean and lots of room for everyone to enjoy. Location was great! Quiet community but short drive to downtown and the river. Will definitely book again :)

We had a wonderful stay. The house is older but newly renovated inside. The outside (yard) could use some maintenance but this did not affect our stay. The only other thing we did not think of looking into when we booked was air conditioning. The weather was not overly hot so we were able to cool things down at night but if the weather was really hot it may have been different and air conditioning would have been needed. Keith was great to deal with and always very prompt in answering any questions. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 -16 year olds - the boys had the basement which worked out great. The only recommendation I gave to Keith was to purchase a larger coffee maker as the one there was way too small for 4 coffee drinkers. We would highly recommend this property.

Neighborhood is a mix of older homes and tear-down / rebuilds -- overall good neighborhood. Updated interior exceeds the curb appeal, as exterior could use some TLC. Inside, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We lacked some towels, and a bit taken aback that bedding only included comforter and fitted sheet (no top sheet or mattress pad). Hosts provided pre-arrival insights on the area, which is always thoughtful.

Really suitable for us because it was really close to visit our family in Calgary.. all around good accommodation.. very roomy and all appliances that we needed..we really enjoyed our stay..

My family and I had a great time at the property. Keith and Kim have a beautiful home in a great location. Lots of space for a family of 4. Will rent again if we are in Calgary again.

Top marks to Kim and Keith for prompt, friendly communications. Their home is an older house but nicely renovated inside and is in a friendly, convenient location. We stayed here to attend a family wedding in Calgary and particularly enjoyed the nearby riverside walking path on a beautiful fall day.
