About this house rental

The property is 190 metres from the Cowes Boat Ramp and the beach. It has plenty of off-street parking, so you will not need to pay for parking at the boat ramp. Launch your boat and park your trailer back at the property.

Netflix is available in the main living area via an Apple TV which can also stream free to air TV and YouTube. Wireless internet is also available.

This is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for 4 to 5 families or small groups. .

With easy open plan living, the main living area is lovely and sunny and has polished timber floor boards, split system heating and cooling, a HUGE modular lounge, a BIG 60" flat screen TV and a BluRay player.

There is a central dining table with seating for 12 plus a further 8 bar stools at the kitchen bench, so there will be ample dining seating for everyone. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for up to 25 guests. There is an coffee machine, electric oven, a gas cook top, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Everything has been considered. There are 2 large fridges and a separate freezer only unit and plenty of platters and salad bowls for alfresco dining on the deck. The deck is accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. The backyard is fully fenced and private.

There is an outdoor setting and two gas BBQs that are perfect for Summer BBQs. There is also a small grassy area for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after the beach.

There are 4 Queen bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 2 bedrooms that each have 2 sets of tri bunk beds (i.e. 2 x double and 2 single in each room). Both bunk rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV for the kids.

There are 3 bathrooms with showers. The main bathroom also has a bath. There are also three toilets (2 of which are standalone).

The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. This house has everything you will need for a family summer holiday, weekend away or track events.

There is ample off street parking and plenty of room for a boat.

There is also a large self contained Games Studio with a split system, sofas, TV, BluRay player, Stereo and a pool table that has a top that converts the pool table into a dining table.

Stayed at this property with 16 family members. Arrival was easy and everything was there that you could possibly need. Kids enjoyed the pool table out in the back room. 15 min walk into town was easy. Great property and would recommend. Hosts were also great to deal with. Thanks again

The property was perfect for my extended family of 20 for a weekend away. The living area was spacious for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Rooms were neat and tidy, and overall cleanliness of the house was exceptional. The games room and outdoor areas are great additions. Perfect location in a quiet street, with only a 5min walk to the beach, and a 2min drive in to Cowes town. Communication with hosts was excellent and timely. Thanks again Mark and Donna for a wonderful stay, looking forward to coming back for a summer weekend soon!

This house is so well designed for big groups of family and friends with large living and eating areas inside and outside. The bedrooms are generously proportioned and the bathrooms are great and numerous! The assess to the beach is so easy and that is the point of a beach house holiday. Everything about the experience was easy and convenient and helpful from booking to paying and accessing the property, Mark and Donna are responsive and helpful and answer questions promptly. I am hoping we can book again next year, highly recommend!

We stayed here with 5 families for our parents 70th birthday! It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, the games room was a hit! Beds were comfortable and Mark was great to communicate with. Close to the beach and boat ramp. We loved our stay and will be back. 😊

The house is perfect for a big family or friends get together The layout is fantastic with a huge kitchen/meals & open living area in the middle of the house and multiple bedrooms & bathrooms at either end . The separate games & TV room is a bonus . Great location , 2 minutes walk to the beach & a 15 minute walk into Cowes

We had the most amazing stay at Donna and Mark’s house. The house is perfect for a group getaway. We had 8 adults and 8 children and there was more than enough space for us all. The outdoor area is excellent. The long driveway was perfect for the kids to scoot and rollerblade. The pool table was an added bonus. The house was super clean, the kitchen was huge and the dining spaces indoor and outdoor were great. Mark and Donna are fabulous hosts and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a fantastic week in Mark & Donna’s house (8 adults & 7 kids) - the huge open plan kitchen, living & dining was brilliant along with the multiple bathrooms & toilets. House was well equipped & the games room was a bonus. The long driveway with electronic gate meant children were always safe (was a great for scooters!). TV & sound system were high quality.The walk down to the beach was easy & the kids loved playing on the sand & when the tide was in was a beautiful spot to play in the water. Communication with Mark & Donna was exceptional throughout the whole process.

We are a big family of 20 and this was one of the few places I was able to find that would accommodate everyone. The distance to the beach and games room was a real winner for the kids and the house itself was well equipped for preparing meals. Donna and Mark were extremely helpful throughout and I would highly recommend staying here with a big group.

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Cowes boat ramp retreat. Everything we needed was provided, plenty of room for all our families. Everything was spotlessly cleaned too, which was great. The games room was a hit with our teens. Our contact with the owners was also great and they were very responsive. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

I recently booked this accommodation for a surprise birthday for 7 young families... and still had plenty of room. The rear entertainment bungalow was the best room, pool table, table tennis, music... spent both nights there! Literally 120m from the beach also.. took a walk on the beach to the pier.. LOVED THIS PLACE! Owner was really accommodating also!
