This property is a ground level floor, first floor with access to the heated outdoor community pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, hiking trails, pond for catch/release, and the beach just right at your finger tips. This property accommodates 6 guests with a 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom, and homie island vibes throughout. This complex offers a great heated outdoor pool and hot tub to take a load off and relax. Plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan!

This condo was so beautiful from the beachy decor of the entire home to the location, this home is just a short walk from the beach. The pool was a big hit for our little ones after a long day at the beach. Host has a huge array of beach necessities on hand which was so convenient for those who forget those last minute items. 10 out of 10 recommend we will definitely be booking another stay here!

We checked in Friday night and stayed till Monday. In our group it was 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. We loved that it’s on the first floor and each bed room was a king size bed and full bathroom. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, and the fact that the unit has a washer and dryer inside was a big Bonus we got to wash everything before we left so we didn’t have to do laundry back home. The property is in a great location it’s minutes away from whitecap beach but we spent most of our time in Malaquite beach which is just a 20 min drive from the property. Laura was great, she kept us in the loop for check in and check out and checked in before our trip to make sure we got all the info needed. First time we stayed and already looking forward to another trip.

We stayed in this condo for three months (Jan-March) and loved it all. It is such a short walk to the beach. or you just put your beach chairs in the car and drive straight on the beach (that was a new, cool experience for us) and you're there in 1 minute. This was really the most convenient beach stay we've ever had. Condo was also super nice. It had everything we needed, no complaints at all. Laura (the manager) was awesome. Very attentive and responsive. we loved the pool (heated), hot tub, gym... would definitely stay in this complex and condo again.

We were 4 of us . All ladies , 2 adults ( 87 year old grandma) & 2 teens with our dog. Safe location & very close to the beach. Very responsive manager. Bought us a brand new electric Kettle as we drink Tea instead of coffee. They immediately accommodated us. Place was clean & reasonably stocked. We did cook & used the pool ( heated), hot tub & gym. Sauna was not working. Overall great location. Very safe for female stay!!

The condo was very clean. Probably the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed at. Was graciously stocked with stuff until you purchased your own. We were on the first floor and it was quiet! Close to the beach and east access to the pool. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property!

This is the best place to stay for a family with small children. It was very comfortable for myself and our 2 boys (4&7). King beds are not tall, so perfect for the kids to share with the addition of a portable mesh toddler bed rail. 1 block from the beach. Quiet. Easy to park. Pool and fishing pond with dock. Laundry was a big bonus. Many local restaurants nearby. Definitely will come back!!

The complex has a heated pool and spa, and was one of its best features, since the weather was a little cool and breezy. The unit is located in walking distance to the beach. The property manager was responsive when we notified her that there was limited silverware for 4 people. We were disappointed with the overall cleaniness of the unit, as well as the noisy upstairs neighbors.

This property had all the amenities we could want. We loved sitting on the outside deck/patio-great afternoon sun and privacy. The beach was very close-walking distance- and there was a variety of restaurants. Being dog friendly was another plus for us. We would recommend this unit to others.

There were a couple of items/circumstances that kept this trip from being great.
The condo was fully stocked and mostly comfortable but we had lousy neighbors on the top floor. Very thin floors or inconsiderate neighbors.
The other was the view, Mustang Island must not have many properties where you can see or be close to the water. Our view was empty fields and the complex garbage cans.
Owner’s rep was quick to respond to our needs.

My wife, her sister and I needed some rest. We are senior and it was great for us. No stairs to climb, except for a few steps to get into the building. We brought our two small dogs. The beach is a very short drive from the apartment. A supermarket is very close and places to eat as well. The place is very well located. The apartment has everything you need, except for toiletries. That was a surprise. On the negative and this is not the owner’s fault: The people upstairs were renovating and therefore there was noise upstairs all day long, they worked very late. However this was only in this opportunity. Our bad luck. Otherwise the place is very quiet.

Great rental, everything as described & better. Great location! Have stayed at Beach Club twice before but this rental through VRBO was much nicer. Had a small issue with a breakfast bar stool that was immediate remedied. Wish they would let you in before 4 when Condo is ready as many others do. Great location, great property. Nice ammenities.

I had a noise complaint and reached out to try and get some help with the people staying above us. The lady was very nice, but instructed me to go knock on the guest door and ask them to keep it down. I was shocked that I was directed to do there job! I did not go knock however the next day was much more quiet! It's really a nice place just wished that when the listing said walking distance didn't mean up one street and down another!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and very clean. It is about a 1 minute drive to the beach but also close enough to town to enjoy a quick trip to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at the Beach Club Condos theee times, and this was our favorite condo and host. Very attentive and welcoming. Everything is communicated and clean. Only recommendation would be some extra blankets that aren’t for pets.

THE GRASS AREA OUTSIDE THE CONDO ARE HORRIBLE. OTHER THEN THAT WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME AND WOULD RESERVE THIS PLACE AGAIN!

There are “militant” instructions in each room that are demeaning for an adult renting the unit (ex: black towels are to be used when you are on your period, listing each item in the room- including decor- so that you don’t steal anything). If I was a partying high-schooler on spring break, these might be necessary. For an adult couple with children, this is completely unnecessary. I own a home… I know how to take care of one. While Laura was quick to respond, she was very rude. Our plans changed so I inquired about adding days to our reservation. Her response was “are you trying to change your reservation? Is that what you’re getting at?” That’s a really rude way to react to someone wanting to give you more money.When I called about accessing the keypad on the front door (despite several attempts I couldn’t get the numbers to appear), she did walk me through using it, but made sure to add she had already sent me the instructions (she did- but if I had seen them I wouldn’t have been calling her). She did the same thing regarding parking spaces. The property was as advertised and we appreciated the child's chair and beach toys that we borrowed. The thing that was odd was that there were no flat sheets on either bed and no linens for the foldout couch. When the little one wanted to sleep on the couch she couldn't because we didn't even have flat sheets that we could use to cover the mattress. Without that I wouldn't permit her to sleep there. We also thought it was odd that we had to strip the beds and start a load of laundry for the cleaning crew. As my niece put it, "do they work here or do we". The rest of the check out instructions were completely understandable. Lastly, the thermostat needs a lot of instructions posted. We barely got it to work. Finally, when I talked to the property manager it was so easy, but from booking through when I got a property manager's number Vrbo had no record of my trip or reservation that I could access. Difficulty having access to my reservation information could lead me to avoid using Vrbo in the future. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and had a great time.

There was just the right amount of space for our family of 5. We brought a toddler air mattress and put it in the closet of the master and of course kept the door open. He loved his own room. Within walking distance of the beach, but it’s quite a trek with little ones so bring a wagon or purchase and parking permit and drive. Loved that there was table and bar seating and extra seats on the patio. Quirks include owner controlled temperature settings, militant instructional signs in every room- including lists of items found in the room, and special towels for if it’s your time of the month.
