The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 5 at the large kitchen bar, and the over-sized dining table seats 8 comfortably.
The main floor has a King Master Suite with a private bathroom, TV w/Direct TV, and walk out patio to the private Hot Tub. The connecting master bath features an amazing soaking tub, and a large tile shower. Just down the hallway is another King master with its own private bath. On the opposite side of the 1st floor is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a 1/2 bath off the hallway.
Upstairs you will find 2 additional King bedrooms. The third bedroom upstairs is a great place for kids with 2 Double beds, 2 Twin beds, a comfortable couch, a large flat screen TV with Direct TV, and an XBox gaming console! There is a guest bathroom on the 2nd floor with double sinks and a shower.

We had a nice time with family.Nice, secluded lot with large driveway. Pros: room for 16, nice master, fun game room, hot tub, registration process worked smoothly.Cons: not enough dining room chairs (only six at the large table and 4 bar seats, downstairs half bath has a funky sink/faucet that is not quite fitted right and makes a mess. Kitchen placement of refrigerator & pantry make for a tight fit. Cabinet under kitchen sink needs some tlc. Also, we were blasted with emails about policies just days before about what not to do & fines about parking...over the top. Made us unnecessarily worry that we made a bad decision with our reservation.

It was great, except of not working dishwasher and so hot water for all faucets, they burn all hands all the time. First night we didn't have outside fire pit. We enjoyed the time with our family and friends. The cleaning was good but not excellent because when we clean countertop and Ground, they were so dirty.

Our family is mostly grown up now, so we needed bedrooms for couples and this property was one of the few with enough bedrooms for our group. The bonus room was great for our 4 teens! This was our third stay at Buttercup Manor. That probably sums up how we feel about this place. The layout is perfect for our large, three generational family. We enjoyed big meals (kitchen is great!) and board games around the dining room table. The game room, hot tub, and fire pit were enjoyed by all. Super clean. The management company is wonderful. We’ve left something behind (more than once) and they were very helpful getting the items back to us. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

With 3 bedrooms upstairs, it would have been nice to have a second bathroom. The management team was very responsive. We had some issues with the hot tub that were addressed right away.

We had a large group of people (5 families) for a little college reunion. Even though there were a lot of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other. There were plenty of communal spaces including the great room, garage game room, and back patio. We also enjoyed the amenities around the resort including the playgrounds, walking paths, golf, and wine bar. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Excellent family retreat
We were a party of 10 adults and six children, ages 2-11. The house was exactly what we hoped for, size wise and amenities. The hot tub and game room were especially a hit for the children!

A wonderful stay
The house was beautiful and clean and spacious for our group. A few quirks in the house like the flush handle in the main bathroom kept falling off the chain and the refrigerator had a small leak out of the freezer but nothing that we needed assistance for. The game room and the bunk room were a hit with the kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us all!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Buttercup Manor. The one major problem was that the home had been smoked in. We used air fresheners and candles to try and cover up the smell, but it didn't really help. Besides the smoke it was very clean, well stocked and as listed. Great neighborhood and close to amenities. Only other issue with the home was the backdoor was very challenging to open and close.

Another great stay
This is the second time we have rented this house…. Because it is perfect in every way. Clean, spacious, and comfortable with a hot tub, fire pit, and game room. We enjoyed preparing all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen and eating around the big, beautiful dining room table. We took long walks, built a snow castle, lounged in front of the fireplace, and visited the winery …. Something for everyone in our three generational family. We hope to do it again next year.

Great 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
We loved Buttercup Manor! The property was very clean and had all the space and amenities that we wanted. Our grandkids range in age from 5 to 18 and there was something for everyone at the property and the Suncadia area. The only criticism would be that it wasn't clear in the description that "pool access" did not mean the Suncadia pool. We ended up paying extra for the Roslyn Ridge pool which was excellent and a little further. The staff there was very pleasant and helpful.

Highly recommend this Suncadia home
My extended family of 14 and I just returned from Suncadia and had a fabulous visit staying at the Buttercup Manor home. Everything was as advertised and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious with large bedrooms, a really cool outdoor space with plenty of seating for dining plus gas firepit and of course the hot tub. We had 7 childresn under the age of 12 staying and they loved the garage/game room and also the kids' room with bunk beds and XBox. The kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking and all beds were very comfortable. While we would have loved to have acces to the Suncadia pools the Roslyn Ridge pool was very nice and modern, just a bit of a drive (19 minutes) to get there. Only minor complaint is that the Wifi wasn't great so streaming shows on the TV often was challenging and there would be pauses/buffering occasionally but we had many devices so maybe just not enough bandwidth to go around. I highly recommend this house for a large family or families looking to enjoy Suncadia.
