About this house rental

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Whether you enjoy fishing, crabbing, water skiing, jet skiing or just finding a quiet cove to swim, Ocean City has it all. But let's face it, packing your boat and launching it every day can be a hassle. With this fantastic home, you can park your boat right in your back yard and enjoy it whenever you want! Speaking of backyard, relax after a fun day on the new larger back deck, just renovated and expanded earlier in 2023.

Located in Ocean Pines, this neighborhood features quiet streets for your kids to ride bikes, playgrounds, parks and community pools are available for your enjoyment. You'll be strategically located for attractions such as Assateague Island, Frontier Town, miniature golf, go carts, paintball and much more. Mom and Dad, you'll enjoy the fabulous bars/restaurants along with some of the best golf in the area!

This fabulous 3 BR 3 BA home has plenty of room for the family to spread out. It has 2 living areas with flat screen TVs in both. One of the TV's has a DVD player so regular TV can be watched in one room while a movie can be enjoyed in the other. The ample kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is ready for those morning breakfasts or a dinner night at home. There is also a grill for firing up some steaks or burgers! The bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping accommodations and with 3 bathrooms, you won't be waiting for everyone to get ready to go out!

So come enjoy the waterways of Ocean City and make your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Two vehicles will fit in the driveway.
* Maximum size boat for pier is 20'.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

It was a great stay, the property was clean, described as advertised. It was a great stay for my wife and kids. Clean, well stocked with everything you need and more. Instructions were concise and easy to follow. Then one complaint we had was the AC. Upon arriving the house was at 78 when lowered the AC, it did not get below 74 degrees at any point of our stay even at night, that with the exhaust fan on to vent the sitting hot air and run each fan in the home. I even tried to lower the temperature by a few degrees at a time, in order not to lock or seize up the system, that unfortunately did not work either. I let David know, he was aware on super hot days, the unit struggles to keep up. He suggested to lower it to 69 and check back, by that time it was morning of check out. Like I said that was our only gripe it was NOT a deal breaker. The kids were comfortable and loved the back deck and dock. This has been a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would 100% rent the property again.

This property was a great place to stay. The owner followed up within 24 hours. There were minor issues. We couldn't locate the paddles for the Canoe or umbrella for the outside table on the deck. There weren't any washcloths available to use. Luckily, more than half bought theirs; others had to use hand towels to bathe with. The minor issues weren't too bad to handle. Other than that, this property had everything you needed for a weekend trip. I will rent this property again. Mrs. Meredith and Family and Friends

Stayed for a week with my husband and children. Nice house loved the dock right out back to jump right on the boat. Close to ocean city but not right in the crowd. Quiet neighborhood.

The home is perfect for a small family of 8. Comfortable accommodations for 6 Adults. If you have a small boat under 22’ they have a nice pier..short boat trip to the waterways of Ocean City. You will enjoy the stay and location/home.

Was in town all week for my daughters nationals softball tournament. House could use some upgrades but overall very nice and has everything you need! Having the 2 living rooms was nice with teen children. Being on the water was a nice addition except it was blazing hot out back by the water during the day (welcome to the beach in July. Haha)

Property is somewhat dated (blinds, windows,deck, etc. loose corner molding) Prop Mgr could be more responsive (replaced bad toilet seat-we installed. & leaking shower head-never fixed, we reported it, later replaced it with new one-for term of rentsl.) Deck is most used space but needs floor and rails replaced-paint not enough. Good photos but misleading re living space. Show Sq ft next time. Water depth and dockage very limited, any boat over 12-15ft would be problematic. (I have 30yrs in Real Estate and property management and have owned and leased property in Ocean Pines. Perhaps I'm a bit picky, but you asked.)

This place was fantastic! It was clean, accurately listed, and the 3 full bathrooms were wonderful. If you have a boat or jet ski it’s really fun to use the dock in the back yard. The property manager was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Quiet neighborhood that offers great running roads if you like to jog. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my family and I would definitely come back again!

The home was spacious, comfortable and well stocked (kitchen equipment, hair dryers, multiple TV, games, and a gas grill). The kids enjoyed the dock and it is a very nice neighborhood for running. We were glad to have the beach pass for parking, as it was a very populated week at OC. The property management was excellent in response time and responded with friendly professional assistance with questions. I'd highly recommend this property for families with children.

The house and property was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Some of the house's fixtures may have been a little worn/dated (as you can see that in the pictures) however the house was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable Having three full bathrooms with good water pressure was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of plates, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, pots, measuring cup, spatulas, etc. It had both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig k-cup coffee maker. The deck was nice to grill on, and the little dock was a nice spot to relax. There were several local pools (for a small fee) and the Beach Club in Ocean City was a great place to spend the day. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors seemed friendly. The house's location is nice because it's not on a main road; however be aware that you'll need to bike or drive to most places within Ocean Pines. There's a lot to do within driving distance (shops, bay, beaches, golf, downtown Berlin). The host was very responsive to emails and questions. We really enjoyed our stay.
