Fantastic view from private balcony.room was nice, bed quite soft. Nice short walk to a lovely beach.

Close to beach so we could hear the ocean all day and night. People who worked there were super friendly. Dog friendly which is great. It was clean and comfortable.

Make sure and check your room before you book it. The photo showed a kitchen on the site but it was only a mini fridge and a microwave.

Listening to the ocean waves while relaxing. 😊

We wanted to stay an extra day called them and they were able to get us in the same room for another night super friendly and helpful

The view was amazing but parking sucks and location was hard to find so to Vacasa never sending the address or anything tell I had already gone to 2 other hotels thinking it was the right one.

The view was amazing. Location is awesome. The room smelled clean, unfortunately the bedding had several hairs throughout the sheets and comforter, but they responded quickly to our issue. This room could use a new bed...very uncomfortable.

The room and view were amazing! Perfect for my birthday weekend. I did notice that the walls and baseboards were somewhat dirty but that’s to be expected at a beach hotel. We do wish the TV was a bit bigger. Also, the listing stated we would have arm chairs and we did not. Overall would stay again.

Overall it was a okay stay. The room was clean and updated looks like freshly painted or even redone recently. The View was beautiful. The only issues were there was a gas leak and they gave us option to leave and or stay they gave me a refund for one night exception of taxes and fees. That really wasn't an issue for us the issue was the bed the bed was so soft you can hardly lay on it it would fall in on you especially with two people in the bed extremely hard to sleep in and very uncomfortable didn't get much rest the whole weekend I asked for some sort of compensation and they said I was already compensated. The compensation was for the gas leak not the bed so if you don't like super super soft beds that you can barely roll around in I would hope they have other rooms with more firm mattresses

This place is fairly nice. Great views Clean for the most part, don’t look under the bed. We booked a room with little chairs for comfort and we got a table. Small coffee pot provided, no coffee, no filter, nothing extra!! The bed is EXTREMELY rock hard and you can hear the springs when you sit on it. My 17 year old woke up with sore back and we know most kids that age can sleep anyplace. We ended having to leaving after our second night because the bed was so terrible and we got no sleep. The fridge completely froze all our food, salads, drinks ect so we had little to eat and the fridge leaked on the floor. A fixed fridge and upgraded bed would make this place wonderful and enjoyable to be away from home. Needless to say with a terrible bed and no comfortable chairs it made for an exhausting time. I would say I will skip staying at this location regardless of the cost. This is my second bad experience with them, sadly.

I've stayed in a lot of locations across the US and this is the 1st of 2 terrible experience out of 3 Vacasa locations, but never-ever did I stay in one that didn't have a mattress. I left early from a 5 night stay after I tried to sleep on the boxspring the first night. I thought about buying a topper from a bed store but really was that my responsibility!? The hairdryer wouldn't work by the sink but the outlet did by the front door so I sat on the floor to dry my hair. The shower head screamed like barely letting the air try to escape from a party ballon. I was ready to slit my throat in about 45 seconds but with the low water pressure so low I would have left a lot of blood spatter for housekeeping & the place was really nice & clean when I arrived. The 200 lb dog below me barked & the guy spent several 10 minute session coughing up a lung. The fireplace was a nice touch & it actually worked. I'd have enjoyed it if there were a comfortable bed to lay in or cozy chair anywhere in the room to sit in. The view was great of course, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the building or the room. I have almost 1,000,000 viewers on my Google account as a local guide ... it'll be interesting to post the images & a review for a place not having a mattress, especially when what you do at a hotel is sleep. Hopefully you got a bit of a laugh outta my painful experience so you can decide for yourself to give it a try, or pass to the next !

The room is an adequate size for a studio. It was clean and had plenty of towels, etc. But it needs a paint job, furniture is worn and water marked, baseboards crumbling in some areas, tiles cracked and broken in entryway, microwave is tiny and hard to open, mattress is old and not comfortable and bedframe kind of wobbly.

Room has a great view with a balcony for fresh air but it got very warm at night with no ac and the bed was super hard to the point that I looked under the sheets to see if there was plywood or concrete underneath. Also the sheets were a little itchy and the floor had cracks in it. Need to do research before booking, I don't think it was worth $350 for 2 nights. Also there is no room cleaning during your stay.

The view was amazing. It was very quiet. The bed was hard as a rock!!! We would have gotten a better night sleep sleeping on the floor.

View is wonderful. Room is dingy. Overall it was clean, but the chipped and broken tiles and crawl space cover to the torn up baseboards and naked box spring and thin coverlet, my eye couldn't look past these items to feel it was clean...at least scrape the scotch tape remnants off the door...too many easily fixable things to rate this above a 2, but the view is really nice.

The place was a little funky but it’s relatively cheap and a good location. Private balcony is awesome. You’re really high above the water - 3 flights of stairs down, then stairs down to the nearest road, then downhill walk on roads to the beach. A workout! But makes for a nice view.
WiFi in 3-A is very weak, often useless. But very dog friendly place.

We’ve always had great experiences with Vacasa but this one was a bit disappointing. When we looked at rooms we choose this room because it showed two sit down chairs vs table and chairs. But we ended up with the dinette so we didn’t have anywhere comfortable to sit unless we laid on the bed. Also the toilet was sticking when flushed, we had to manually move the flush each time so it would fill. I did report that the first day. Other than those we were happy with the location and view it was as stated. Thank you for providing quality places we will continue to use you.

The unit we stayed in was ok. The bed was a little firm and the pictures online for inside the unit needs to be updated. The pics shows 2 comfortable chairs at the foot of the bed with a table, but the room has 2 wooden stools and a table. Besides those, the view was great from the balcony access to the beach was great. What made this property a plus for us was the communication and help we received from Vacasa and the onsite person Bridgett, they were outstanding.
Thank you

Reviews are subjective but this property is run down! The bed wasn’t just hard, it is loud! The fireplace does have a pilot that keeps the unit warm and there is no screen on the sliding door. It is the end unit so there is an exterior light on the building that draws bugs and two gas fireplace vents on the patio that smell terribly when in use. I would never eat in this room but the view is amazing. The entire property needs a maintenance man. I tripped while walking down the steps to the beach because the hand rail is not connected to the anchors. For the price we paid with a last minute reservation the view was the saving grace.

This location is great IF you want to be able to overlook the beach in Lincoln City, OR. However the place is a bit run down. It needs major cleaning inside and out. Steam cleaning of the walkways and stairwells would really help.
The interiors (we saw two) need major mopping and flooring repair, The beds were very good and the TV worked great. Oh, the water pressure on the third floor needs boosting.

Nice modest property. Good for a short stay. Loved the beach view. A little dated, but not bad for the price.

Seahorse 3-A
I loved everything about Seahorse place! Room was very cute -- little, but very comfortable! Fireplace is entertaining and useful -- gives pleasant warmth, gray laminate, private tiny balcony with gorgeous view!!! A lot of coffee and towels, stylish table and chairs, beautiful prints on the walls!!!! Short walk to the beach ( much-much longer back)))). Will be back for sure!

Exactly as described.
Perfect location with short walk to beach. Room was clean and comfortable. It’s not the ritz, mini fridge and microwave could use replaced, but they work. Room could use paint, but overall perfect. Loved the gas fireplace and view of the paceman. Great get a way, we will be back.

Efficient place to stay
We’ve stayed here before, and we’re glad to stay again. It’s a quick walk to the beach. The pace was neat and tidy. Looked like the bathroom was renovated and it was veer clean.

Excellent Location
I loved the view from 3A Seahorse room and the privacy for the patio area. It was pretty much unmatched. The only complaints I have are the fact that the bed was super firm, felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The mattress had very little give, also the door wasn’t all that secure. It looks like at one point or another, it was kicked in by someone. So when it was windy during my last stay, the wind was whistling through the front door and rattling it throughout the night. Aside from that, it was a great stay!

Process was easy. Description was fair. Pictures are way off! The room looked nothing like the pictures. Could really use some sprucing up. All the baseboards need to be replaced. Fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced. All the holes from prior curtain or towel rods should be spackled over and painted. Sliding door needs a screen so you can hear the ocean without letting in moths. It just needs some TLC.Thank God for the view!

Hot water & fireplace out, no fan in bath, fridge freezes beverages great view but not convenient for dogs with so many stairs

The view is amazing. Not an easy walk to the beach. The freezer was frozen and froze everything we put in it. We had to defrost it on the deck. The bed and pillows aren’t comfortable. The bed is very firm. The toilet never worked completely properly. The maintenance guys were nice and tried to fix it but it still didn’t work properly by the time we left. The shower pressure is weak and the shower head makes noise. The pictures on the listing of the bed in the room and the chairs and tables weren’t accurate. The view is amazing. The location is good if you plan to drive up and down the coast. You get what you pay for. This place is no frills and in need of a serious refresh.

This stay ticked all the boxes… great price, location, and a stunning ocean view from the balcony.

Beautiful view, hot as hades at first
When we arrived Friday afternoon, the fireplace was on and felt like it had been on for a long time. The floor, walls, and furniture were uncomfortably hot to the touch. We opened up the door to air it out for awhile and get it back to temperate. We later realized the timer on the fireplace didn’t work and it would stay on indefinitely. After that we enjoyed our stay and loved that view.
