Multiple private terraces, a large heated private pool with lushly landscaped grounds and six generously sized suites enhance guest comfort and offer plenty of space for relaxing moments or celebratory events.
Shore House has an elegant coastal design with Designer furnishings throughout. The main living area features an expansive open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen opening up to the dining area and main gathering space. Brand new wood flooring throughout adds warmth and sophistication to this beautiful home. The desirable set up of this home offers not only an open floor plan on the 1st level, but extra large bedroom suites with separate bathrooms which make traveling with a group enjoyable. Picture yourself gathering in the great room while cooking, watching TV or reading a book, then retreating to your own suite for some privacy. Shore House offers guests the convenience of 2 laundry rooms - one on the main floor and the second, located on the 2nd floor across from two bedrooms.
The kitchen has plenty of room for several cooks and is fully stocked with small appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. We have stayed in many houses in AMI for our annual friends trip, and this was by far our favorite! The open living area was open and spacious enough for us to all spend time in the evenings for laughing and games! The rooms were great for our group of all adult couples with so many king beds, and the AC kept the place chilly with HOT temps outside! The house had more amenities than we’ve ever had with enough high quality beach chairs for all of us, coolers, towels, wagons, and even a grill for a hotdog cookout beach break! The location was close to drinks at Ugly Grouper and breakfast at Ginny and Jane E’s. The property manager went above and beyond with communication! We will definitely be back again!

We loved the house, location, neighborhood, proximity to the beach and the awesome pool. We like to cook and the house had absolutely everything we needed, even multiple colanders which we used on pasta night. Steve the manager was on call and very helpful. There was so much space and the house accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 teens extremely well. The owners provided literally everything you could ever possibly want for a great day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, kadima set, frisbees, and a large rolling sand wagon to transport it all. We loved playing ping pong in the garage and were able to store our rented bikes in there. All in all, our group of 3 families had a fabulous week at the Shore House and hope to return!

I could have rated this property as perfect but it fell short in terms of overall cleanliness. Door handles and cabinet handles were dirty. The smaller throw rugs at doorways were disgustingly dirty, several pans were so worn that they were not worthy of using. For the price charged, there were not any extra toilet paper, paper rolls or trash bags. This is the first vrbo that I’ve stayed at that did not provide those little extras. But the location is perfect, wonderful pool and plenty is spacious bedrooms. Have 2 separate laundry rooms was very convenient. Communication and check in process was excellent. With a little extra attention to details, this property could be a gem.

Wonderful 6 bedroom and 5 1/2 bath beach house. All bedrooms nice size rooms with King beds. Easy walk to beach. Well furnished with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and 2 wagons. Nice clean pool although it only gets partial sun throughout the day due to palm trees and house blocking sun. Ping pong table in garage adds another fun thing to do. AMI trolley stop close by is a plus for seeing and getting to rest of island. Certainly would rent again!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The weather was perfect. The beach house is wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach, even for children. The house is spacious and comfortable even for our larger family. It is clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is incredible and fun for all ages. The Red Tide air and fish kill was nasty the first couple of days, but obviously there was nothing that could be done about that. The Wi-Fi and television were spotty the first few days, cutting out randomly, and then non-existent the last couple of days. It was apparently a new system, and the property manager tried to assist. I am sure they will get it worked out. But there were some advantages to not having TV and internet. We would definitely lease this property again! Thanks!!

Property was great! Very clean, lots of extras (games, books, pool toys, beach toys/chairs/wagons). There is construction going on next door, they start around 730a-4ish and it will be sometime until house is finished. Walk to the beach is short and plenty of items supplied which was great!!
Pool is great and was heated (it was not working for 2days, no heat and no circulation). Property manager was responsive with issue and told me the scheduled day the pool company would be there (but still had 1.5days with out pool heat or circulation in the pool, something was wrong with the filter).
Biggest gripe is barely any outside seating, There are 5 outside balconies and there was only one chair on one balcony and nothing on any others. Pool area is huge, but to lounge at pool only 2 loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs (we ended up pulling up chairs from the outdoor table).
House could use some more dining chairs/bench as well. (Island has seating but would've liked for all of us to be able to sit at the table for meals).
House is huge with 6 king rooms, 1 room with two single, pak n play and high chair provided, and 5.5 bathrooms.
We would come back and stay!! House is walking distance to Pine street, but a bit of a walk with small kiddos so we ended up driving for dinner and ice cream.

The house is even better in person! Nicely decorated, loved the layout, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked, master bath tub deep and nice jets if you like to use them. Arrived to find a nice goody bag with info on the area, water and some snacks. Would definitely stay here again. It did snow while we were here so 4 wheel vehicle is a must. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house has plenty of space to accommodate a large group comfortably and we loved the open living room/dining/kitchen combo area. It's proximity to the beach was perfect with the access just a few houses away. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our granddaughter had a soccer showcase so we rented this property and took the entire family. It’s furnished so well inside and out, even down to wagons to transport things to the beach. Everyone had their own rooms and all king beds was icing on the cake. The area is wonderful (January is likely less busy than other months). We felt relaxed and appreciated by merchants. The family is already talking about staying here again next year.

The home was gorgeous. The short walk to the beach was nice. (Even for someone with two very bad knees). There was vey loud construction next door and spoke it’s the manager, Steve he took care of it and they did not come back while we were there. Even the owner took action. I would highly recommend this home, we had 10 people,. All the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was equipped well, they have beach chairs and 2 wagons and ice chest to use, beach towels as well. The pool is very nice I just can’t say enough of this place. We all really loved it and had a very nice time. The management team and owner wear great!

Our extended family spent a wonderful week at this fine house and it was a vacation to remember. The house is perfectly equipped with great pool, large kitchen, and all the beach gear we needed to enjoyed the most beautiful beach just a five minute walk. 6 other families rented houses on Anna Maria and I think ours was the best! Thanks for helping us make great memories, while celebrating my dads 100th birthday.

The house was very airy & spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was perfect and it was easy to access the trolley bus. Pool was excellent too. All perfect for our large family group of 10.

Stayed here with family and we all loved it. Very clean and close to many things. Short walk to beach which was never crowded. Short drive to shops and grocery. Property management stayed in touch but we had no problems. Pool was perfect for a toddler and adults. We would certainly rent again!
