Between fall and winter time….very few people in the village so quiet and felt like we owned the entire property 😊

I had to clean feces off the toilet seat. Used towels were piled on the bathroom floor. The Vacasa phone agent could not tell me where the parking garage was ( it is under a different building). The agent said I had to register the car for parking, but did not know where to regester. She called later to say the parking pass might be in the condo, which it was. None of the 3 hot tubs worked properly the first half of the week. 2 of them worked the second half of the week.

Great location! Good amenities for a ski trip. Ski locker, gas fireplace, parking, hot tub all nice!!

The condo is beautiful - updated appliances, nice furniture, plenty of toiletries, towels and blankets and a well stocked kitchen with tools, dishes, coffee maker, etc.
The mattress in the bedroom was awful. Terribly uncomfortable and the pillows remind me of the pillow they give you on an airplane. Very disappointing to not get a good nights sleep after a long day on the mountain.

We had a slight issue with the pull out bed which was remedied by an inflatable mattress. This was dealt with easily and effectively and the rest of the experience was perfect. In particular the location is super convenient.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time in Colorado. We are so glad we stayed at the Silvermill Lodge. Easy to find location, easy check in and out, great parking garage. Quiet outdoor area with great hot tubs. I loved the fireplace in the living room. Kitchen was spacious. Balcony had a pretty view.

Nice place with great amenities. Comfortable and perfect location for skiing. Check out instructions ask to turn down the thermostat and make sure all lights are off. On our visit the refrigerator was also turned off and we did not realize this until the next morning after our check in when some of our food items thawed in the freezer and some dairy products were no good. Just check the fridge to make sure it’s on. The inside thermostat was off. Still a great place. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This is a simple condo with adequate space and accommodation for two adults or maybe two adults and a kid who doesn’t mind a sofa bed. There are not any accessible amenities aside from the ski lockers. Everything else is closed. Also if you are Covid concerned find another building because most people don’t wear masks when hanging out in the common area.

The good: The condo is located a short distance from the gondola and in the middle of shops, restaurants, etc. Condo was adequately furnished with decent amenities.
The bad: When we arrived, 6 hours after acceptable check-in time, the condo was filthy. It had not been cleaned since the prior guests. Bedding, towels, dishes, etc. were completely unusable and disgusting to say the least (I'll spare you the details). After literally 25 calls attempting to reach customer service, someone finally took my call. The customer care agent was friendly but had virtually no solution for our situation. After deciding to clean the condo ourselves, we were still charged a cleaning fee upon check-out. Unacceptable. I was also promised a follow-up call from a supervisor which never happened.
Would not recommend this management company. Will not use again.

The property was fairly clean and spacious for one bedroom apartment. I wish there were more utensils, so I did not have to wash the dishes every minute, even though there was a dishwasher. It was pointless to turn on the dishwasher for couple of spoons. One thing that bothered me the most was the price you charged for the properties for the 0 to nothing amenities. The whole village was using one pool , only if you were able to figure out the website and make the reservation 48 hours in advance. Saunas were closed including the hot tubes. The 🎱 table wasn’t available as well. Even the fire -pit wasn’t working. Very boring! I do understand the whole situation with COVID-19, but we shouldn’t be charged the whole bottle if you are offering a half empty glass. Unfortunately after coming to Keystone for the past 10 years, we have to find another town.

The condo was great, although. Slightly warm and I don’t think the AC was working. We just left the windows open and used the fans and it felt comfortable. Due to Covid the hot tubs are not open and the pool is by reservation only. We were told reservations open 48 hrs ahead of time and typically book up in ~15 seconds. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of keystone resort compared to busy and over crowded breckenridge.

close to the slopes
we stayed here to be in walking distance from the slops, it was very convenient. try to bring your own food/groceries. the restaurants nearby are overpriced and have awful service.

Easy check in! Nice hot tub, ski lockers, fireplace. Well stocked kitchen. Love the fondue dinner at top of mountain! 30 minutes to Breckinridge as well.

Very nice location at River Run area of Keystone. Great hot tub, nice well stocked kitchen, loved the underground parking. Enjoyed our stay. A bit warm at night but just opened the window!

Good but not great
The home was good but not great. The pullout sofa bed was of very poor quality and the mattress cover and blankets for the sofa bed had blood stains and there were small amounts of food or something dried and stuck on the blanket. The cabinets had some small cracks in a couple cabinet doors. The main room is nicely decorated and comfortable. It is in a great location. Silvermill Lodge ok but appears to be not well maintained relative to the other lodges in the Village. Only one elevator was working and is super slow. We had to take the stairs in our ski boots etc which was inconvenient.

Great place. Incredibly convenient
This place is wonderful for 2 to 3 people. A friend and I stayed for two nights and could not beat the convenience of being at the base of the mountain with stores, restaurants, rentals, tickets, coffee all within two minutes. Keystone mountain is a lot of fun. This place makes a great base camp. Highly recommend

I brought my two teenage sons for the weekend and this place was the perfect size and location! Cozy, clean, and close to everything! I’d stay here again!

Good condo in River Run Village!
Booked though Gondola Resorts, Inc. (www.gondolaresorts.com) and received great service from both Vacasa and the reservations company.

Excellent Place!
This is a great place for a stay in the Keystone area and excellent access to A-Basin. Vacasa was amazing in their support and responsiveness. The pilot light went out on the fireplace, and the same day Vacasa has it fixed before I was back from the slopes. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.
FYI - It can get a bit warm in the unit, but all you have to do is open the windows and set the thermostat low so the heat won’t come on. Totally just a culture thing in some of the buildings of Colorado. I’m a Texas guy and love my cool air at night. And the Rockies have plenty of cool air :)
Vacasa - Awesome job in being so accommodating and helpful. Looking forward to another future stay!

Nice place, great access to slopes
Pros: Clean, Easy Check in/Check out, great access to gondola and shops, good selection of kitchen wares.
Cons: Thermostat issue? Even with it set at 56, it remained hot in room. Slept with windows cracked.
Still recommended!!!

Good Location
The condo was in a great location, but nothing special. The sink leaked and the mgmt group tried to help, but it was unclear who to call and who was doing what. The welcome directions were straight forward.

Great location, but too small for an extended stay
This very pleasant one-bedroom condo was very convenient to the slopes; however, since we stayed a full month, it was a bit small for the two of us. Its greatest limitation was the lack of closet space and way too small chest of drawers. All appliances worked well, but the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. We had great difficulty with the emailed directions provided by Vacasa regarding entry to the garage and lockbox, but this was clarified by text messaging from the local Vacasa representative.
If you plan to go anywhere else during your stay, you need to time your departure to avoid the incoming traffic to the free River Run parking lot. The garage parking for the condo was fine, but you have to fight the incoming traffic for Keystone in the morning if you want to go out to Dillon, Silverthorne or Breckenridge. Also don't try to drive out when the lifts close (or even earlier than that on Sundays) to avoid the traffic leaving Keystone and/or returning to Denver.

Fantastic Location!
We loved the proximity to the elevator, hot tubs and of course the gondola! I stayed with my husband and two young daughters and we had everything we needed.

Perfect Location
Perfect location, extremely clean, very well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom! My only issue was the mattress on the sofa bed is really bad even for a kid to sleep on. However, I would highly recommend and would stay there again. (I would just bring my own air mattress for my son)
