About this house rental
Come and make great memories in this amazing lake view mountain getaway. With room for up to 14 guests till May 2022.Any bookings with stay dates after May 1st 2022 will be 10 guests max. This spacious, 3,800 square foot residence exudes Tahoe charm with a massive great room that boasts an inviting stacked stone fireplace, a 70 inch TV and large windows to capture the serene views of tall pines whispering in the wind and a beautiful backdrop of the Lake. There’s also two different levels for entertaining to give your group some relaxing space. The main floor offers a large private hot tub and massive deck with a large bbq, dining table for 6, sofa seating for 7 with a fire pit for entertaining while enjoying the great outdoors of Tahoe. The other entertainment room features a new 12 foot Shuffleboard table that everyone will love. The home has two kitchens for convenience when cooking for those large gatherings and for those who love their Java, there's a premium espresso/coffee maker in the main kitchen! Conveniently located in the desirable Zephyr Heights neighborhood, this property is ideally situated within minutes to the summertime activities of Zephyr Cove Resort or the winter fun at Heavenly Mountain Resort. Combined with fabulous dining, casino gaming, shopping and entertainment, your Lake Tahoe vacation will be one to remember!

The property was in need of some definate updating. Lots of room for family and friends but was dissapointed in the upkeep of the rental. When we arrrived the entire deck was full of green pollen and needed to be cleaned off. When we called them they did come quickly and did the best to resolve. But, it should have never been that way!

The home was in a beautiful spot not too far from restaurants and bars, we loved the deck and plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen. The home got extremely hot during the day (especially the top floor) and very few windows opened which made it hard to take advantage of the cool air at night. There were two small fans but they barely worked and was not enough to cover all of the bedrooms. One other challenge was the grade of the driveway in either direction was so steep that we scraped the bottom of cars coming in and out.

We had 8 people in our group and everyone was able to get their own bed (easily could have fit another 2-4 + couches). Huge property with a huge deck, a great view of the mountains/lake off the deck, and within 5-10 minute drive of the marina for boat rentals and Safeway for grocery shopping

Every year we rent a cabin through different vacation rental agencies and this is the first time we had a bad experience. All weekend we felt we were being watched by the owner’s friend neighbor. Therefore, making us feel uncomfortable. Also, the cabin was not fully equipped and the quiet time was 9:00pm. Other cabins we have stayed the quiet time has been 10:00 pm.

Great option for an all-adult visit with great gathering spaces as well as space to spread out with multiple kitchen and living areas. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful views. The hosts were super responsive to questions during our stay and provided clear instructions prior to our arrival. The steep driveway and restricted parking area will take a bit of maneuvering if your party has four vehicles. Would stay here again.

We had 10 people stay at this rental and it was incredibly comfortable - the multiple floors and open floor plan was awesome for accommodating us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and bars. The huge porch was our favorite part; grilling and hanging out on the patio with an incredible view; what else could you ask for!? Highly recommend booking this property for a large group. The property management company was very responsive and helpful.

Had a big group of guys stay at this property for memorial weekend and we couldn’t have chosen a better house. First of all the rental company is fantastic -they were extremely helpful and kind (specifically Tami). The house was clean, fully stocked, and such a great space for entertaining a large group. Everyone had there own bed, lots of room for activities and the hot tub was an amazing touch. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the lake, casinos, heavily, and beaches.

This is an excellent place for a large group. There are many beds and sleeping places and the house has large common areas. Hot tub is really nice and spacious as well. Location is great less than 10 minutes from South Lake and less than 15 from Heavenly so it’s a perfect place to stay for a ski trip as well. Hope to be back one day!

Wonderful place for a big group

I couldn't even clean because there was no broom or functioning vacuum. The one there is missing a wheel and just kicks stuff out the back. The view is very limited with lots of trees in the way. Overall our large family group enjoyed the house and new hot tub. Pulling out of the driveway can be a challenge as it is on a blind turn. Some of the rugs are curling making a tripping hazard. Many nice TVs and fully stocked kitchen. Second kitchen downstairs nice for the kids. No outdoor play area other than large deck.

There were only two couples that stayed in this house so it was really spacious. It was clean and plenty of space for a larger group. There were a few things I wanted to mention so that the home owner would know and could hopefully improve and some are for safety reason. The master bedroom has a large rug in the room and the corners are curled and create a tripping hazard when entering the room. In the master bathroom the toilet is loose and although it doesn’t leak it sounded as though it wasn’t connected to the floor when sitting down. We could not get either ice maker to work. We could night find an iron anywhere in the house. The outside chairs for the dinner table were not enough. Only 4 for an 8 seater table. Lastly I don’t think the house had WiFi, I could find it and just assumed all homes of that size and expense offer WiFi. The only other thing was that there was no air conditioning and that was my fault for not checking it just happened to be a hot summer week when we stayed. Thank you

Inside the living room flows great into the dining room, allowing all 12 of us to be comfortable as we chatted. It was a 5 min drive to Safeway, which was great to grab groceries.
We wished we could have gotten the check in information via email instead of going to a different physical location to get the information, since it was a code needed for the electric keypad for the door and not keys. After a long day of travel, that is something that would save time.
All in all, amazing space, awesome view of Lake Tahoe, and perfect for a large group who plans on dining in a bit during the vacation.
