Experience all the comforts of home on the slopes of Sunrise Mountain at this three-bedroom condo, a cozy and welcoming Killington retreat with ski-in/ski-out proximity to the trails, beautiful mountain views, and access to a shared indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna.
An ideal escape for snow sports enthusiasts, this two-level condo is situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood and sits less than 100 feet from the beginner-level Sundog Trail and just below the path of the Sunrise Village Triple chairlift. It's also only one mile from Sunrise Village and the base of Bear Mountain, three miles from the Skyeship Lodge, and five miles from the restaurants and entertainment on Killington Road.
The living space is warm and comfortable, with windows that frame mountain views throughout the home. Leave your skis and hiking boots by the door as you build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace (logs are even provided), curl up on the sofa with a good book, or challenge your kids to a fun-filled board game.
Ski home each afternoon to prepare lunch in the full kitchen, where you'll find a dishwasher and other standard appliances. There is space for six people around the dining room table, as well as an adjacent bistro table for two.
And after a long day of winter or summer fun, the entire family can gather on the sofas to watch a Netflix favorite on the large smart TV. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo can sleep as many as eight guests (four adults). On the main level, you'll find one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofabed in the living room, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kids' room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and another full bathroom.
And whether you spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, or mountain biking, you'll always come home to WiFi and a private washer/dryer to keep you comfortable and connected.
With six mountain peaks, 1,509 skiable acres of terrain, 155 trails, and 22 lifts, Killington is one of the most celebrated winter sports destinations in the United States. Sunrise, in particular, is a wonderful place to escape the crowds and help your kids find their ski legs, but you'll also be close to the Bear Mountain, K1, Snowshed, and Ramshead base areas. This winter wonderland transforms in the summer and autumn, as guests can explore more than 45 miles of mountain biking trails, drop a line in nearby Kent Pond, or tee off at the Killington Golf Course just five miles north.
Enjoy access to Falls Brook Commons, a private sports center facility at Sunrise Mountain Village. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing, relax and enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room. The outdoor hot tub is available for use all year round. The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. There are also three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.

This property was a great place to stay and enjoy the quite Vermont wilderness. We took advantage of the clubhouse pool and hot tub as well as scenic woodland walks through the trails right outside the front door.

We could not open the door upon arrival for over an hour. My friend had the correct code and was on the phone with the management company but they could not properly address the issue why the door would not open. Eventually after much trial and error, the knob (which was loose initially) hardened and so it could finally be turned and opened. It was 11pm at that point and my friend who checked in first was thinking to give up and go to a hotel. This is something that the company should better inform guests about.
Upon entering the home smelled of gas. It turned out that one of the stove knobs was left turned on. Probably an accidental act upon cleaning, nevertheless, very alarming.
We also missed some towels but the gentleman we met on site helped us out and was very helpful and apologetic about the gas issue.
Lastly, the kitchen appliances and the tv are ancient -we could not watch netflix as it kept crushing. The pans were extremely old and worn, no non-stick layer left, it felt unhealthy and difficult to use them - this would cost very little to upgrade.
Everything else was great. The home is pleasant, the location is great and we had a great time overall.

Good location for ski in and ski out without the extra stairs to have to go down a level (this condo front door on parking lot level). Well stocked with essentials.

The property was cozy and clean. We loved building a fire at night after swimming in the heated pool and hot tub. While it's dated decor, it's a beautiful view out every window and plenty of space to spread out. Easy to snow board home and a quick drop off at Bear Mt to access all the slopes.

We enjoy our stay a lot! Just a few minutes to the ski resort, very well equipped comfy apartment and the complex amenities are awesome (pool, sauna, hotutbs, gym)

Overall we were very impressed with the property. The first day the group skiing had a little trouble getting back to the condo (they took a flat trail and had to pole a long way). The next time they were able to figure it out and skied back with ease (from the top take Bear trax to Bear cub to Sundog). We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub at the sports center. Everyone we interacted with were so kind. We had a little problem when we arrived and it was taken care of quickly and with great kindness! I did notice that the sofas are different from the listing pictures. Not a problem for us...but I guess some might care. Everything was clean, most of the essentials were provided and the most important part, skiing, was wonderful from this location!! The winter maintenance and completely filled woodshed made for a comfortable stay as well!

If you want to The VIEW in the morning, this is your place to be . The town home is well maintained all the modern amenities are there ( gas stove hot and cold water coffee maker working fridge and a washer and dryer) . Very comfortable beds. Loved how you can get lost . I didn't have cell reception only when I came inside I was able to use my phone with Wi-Fi. Be prepared to drive everywhere and pitch Black roads and up and down narrow roads but I guess that is the way Vermonttiers functions. Loved our short stay at Sunrise! Thanks.

One of the factors that led me to choose this property was the access to these amenities for the kids and husbands. They were actually all closed. Very disappointed

Nice place

The property is very nice, this is our second time staying in this condo complex (we stayed in West Glade C8 last year). It was very convenient for the Spartan race this year since the hub was moved to the Bear Mountain side.
The space fit three families comfortably and was clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. The only downsides were
1. They did not share the wifi information in advance and it was not posted anywhere. I had to reach out to vacasa to get it, which was stressful since we were trying to track someone running the race.
2. The outdoor hot tub was closed. The description said the indoor pool/hot tub would be closed, along with the sports center, but that the outdoor hot tub is open year round.
3. The instructions on how to get your key were confusing as it said they were in the lockbox, but really the code was to unlock the door - not the lockbox. Took us a while to get in.

Almost everything you Need
The condo was in a great location with easy access to the trails. The size was a perfect fit for our family trip to the mountains. The only thing I would change/add is some updated appliances and cook wear. There was no toaster which was kinda odd so we ended up buying a cheap one along with a coffee pot just for our stay.

Cute Condo. Needs some updates though.
Cute place. Right on Sundog Trail which was awesome! Clean and comfy but it could definitely use some updates. There were some amenities that were missing that I think they should have provided like a toaster and salt and pepper. Towels weren't great either. Those might seem like small details and it may look nitpicky of sorts but it's those types of things that keep people coming back. Overall it was a great stay and I'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a few days. Perfect place to stay for a ski in and out! Had complementary wood for the fireplace and easy access to the slopes! Would highly recommend

Nice Condo right on the slopes.
The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our group. The thermostat, washer, dryer and dishwashers were all brand new which made everything easy to operate. The condo was on the Sunrise village slope which is on the far side of the mountain so we had to plan our way back around closing time of the slope. It was great though and everyone enjoyed their time!!!

Owner did not honor reservation
We booked this unit almost a year in advance and got a call about 2 hours before check in that the owner was not honoring the reservation. Don't reserve with this owner.

Skiing with the kids
The house was so clean and perfect for our 5-day ski vacation. There were a couple upgrades not in the listing pictures so that was a nice surprise. There is a new couch and the pool/hot tub area were so nice that the pictures should reflect this. We brought all of our food but didn’t pack salt/pepper as other houses we have rented had it so we just grabbed some from the lodge. I left them in cups for the next guests. Our kids asked to stay at this house again and we are more than happy too and actually tried again for another week in February but this house was booked. We hope to return in March. All in all, an excellent place to stay. Thank you so very much.

Great Place, Next to Ski Trail
Clean, comfortable place w/lots of room, fireplace, free wood, nice TV, comfortable couches, towels/linens, good shower pressure and best of all, amazing location. Walk out door & a few steps to your left, hop on the ski trail. Also, use of nice sports center w/gym, pool, hot tub (in & out) and decent cafe (cafe only open on weekends). Free snowshoeing that we tried for first time this year. Nice trails in the back of the sports center for hiking or snowshoeing. We really enjoyed this place.

Place was very clean, had everything we needed in it for a few days stay and the location right next to the slopes is amazing. Great Community Center with pool, gym and hot tub. Free Snowshoe rental and nice trails. Skiing location is amazing.

Perfect Vacation
Everything was great. Things have improved after I had made some complaints last year like providing coffee filters. There was even coffee! Go figure. I used my own though. The only complaint is that the dirty laundry from the last guests was left outside the front door in a big laundry bag. It was still there when we left. For some reason too, no number was provided for the maintenance guy in case of trouble. I did have it saved from last year but thankfully didn't have to call him. We loved the unit and would stay there again.

Run down for price
Kitchen was barely equipped with essentials. Appliances were dated and need a serious upgrade. Living room pink sofa bed so stained and disgusting Nobody even the kids did not want to sit on it. Towel bars in bathrooms were not screwed in properly and fell down....repeatedly. Burnt out light bulbs. Skylight shades barely operable. Curtains were falling off the rod; we were afraid to open for fear of breaking the rod. All in all we would not recommend this place and hope the owner sees this and is embarrassed. This place is not worth the price we paid.

Good location and layout
We enjoyed the condo very much but do wish the kitchen was better equipped with updated pot, pans etc. ata minimum. Could be worlds better with very little investment. Also one potholder hidden under the sink almost resulted in a bad situation when we couldn’t find another.
Mattresses were comfortable and overall house was very clean. We had 2 couples and 3 kids under 8 and we all had plenty of space.

Excellent location, clean but dated
Everything in the condo is quite dated, but it is otherwise clean and comfortable. Some reviews mentioned that the beds are old and saggy, but I think they have been replaced since then. We found they were fine. The couches are super old and worn though. Loved the fireplace.
The location is amazing. Quick walk to the Sundog, and getting back for lunch is totally doable. It'll take you just 10-15 minutes to get back to the condo from Killington peak. We were able to go back for lunch with the non-skiing members of our party before heading out for more skiing. Loved it. I'd stay here again.

Excellent place to stay
Everything in the unit is quite dated, but it was otherwise clean and comfortable. Fireplace was wonderful.
Proximity to the slopes is amazing, and we were able to ski back to the condo from Killington peak in 10-15 minutes, which was nice since we could go back at lunchtime to spend some time with the non-skiing members of our party, and then head back out to ski more. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved being right off the trail
The condo was good for our family and we especially loved being right off the trail to Sunrise Lift.
A bit outdated but very comfortable
Only criticism is that the oven was not working and this disrupted our plans for meals considerably. We should have been informed of this in advance so we could have brought appropriate food options.
