Beautiful guest house
What a nice property! Everything was clean and comfortable. Our host was super responsive and provided many personal touches. We will definitely come again!

Comfort just a short drive outside of Asheville
Comfort just a short drive outside of Asheville. This was an excellent choice for us and should be on VRBO‘s top pick. It was a separate guest house with upstairs downstairs detached from the owners home. Plenty of privacy. House was exceptionally well equipped and had everything anyone could ever need. Comfy king beds! We highly recommend this VRBO if you want to go to Asheville and see all it has to offer. Quick drive to major roads/highways. Hosts are wonderful to work with. A+ rating.

Thanksgiving in the mountains
We had a lovely family gathering for Thanksgiving at The Guesthouse. Plenty of sleeping areas, bathrooms and living room space. Very comfortable, clean and charming. The kitchen had plenty of room to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. Hope to stay again when we return in the spring.

Very spacious
Owners did a great job letting us know when and how we could check in. Plenty of interior space. Convenient starting spot to head out for adventures in any direction. Very quiet location. Took a few days to get used to the low sloping roof in the bedroom. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and shower soap.

Last minute Asheville visit
This was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 teenage boys.
We planned a VERY last minute visit to The Biltmore and we really did not want to stay in a hotel. We booked the evening before our arrival, and we had a very smooth experience with the owners!
This place is about a 15 minute drive from The Biltmore. It was awesome to be able to make our own breakfast and a dinner in the kitchen! Everyone had a place to sleep, warm showers and a cool, air conditioned home, on a VERY HOT day! Very clean home and a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful area
This property was beautiful, spacious, and quiet. It was a short 20 minute drive to and from Asheville (easy to get on/off the 40) and easy access to trails and river near Warren Wilson college. The town has great BBQ and nearby grocery stores. The air conditioning worked well and it was nice to have in a NC July. We had a great stay thank you!!

Basic, clean, but has issues.
I rented this house due to its proximity to my kids in Swannanoa and the price was right. The house is easy to find, convenient to Rt. 70 and in a quiet neighborhood (at least during my stay). It is clean and comfortable. The problem I had was how cold it was. There is a single heat source in the living room that is meant to heat the entire house and it is just not up to the job. I was cold the entire weekend even though I had it cranked up and running the whole time. A guest should not have to wear a parka to watch tv. I can't fault the heater because it was running, but it is not enough to heat this house. Brrrr!!!
