We enjoyed the amenities and organization of this suite. Windows and skylights give light and make it feel like a tree house. Perfect for exploring the Conservancy preserves. Being inside was as satisfying and relaxing as being outside.

Also, need to mention that I left a few items in a dresser drawer and did not know until the owner sent a text with a picture asking if the items looked familiar to me? They ended up being mine and I asked if she wouldn't mind sending them to me and I would reimburse shipping costs? She had them sent out that day! ☆☆☆☆☆

The property and owners were great! Check in instructions were very clear, the suite was incredibly clean, and had all the necessities we could need! Location was close to the shore where we could walk to see the sunset and a quick drive to bigger parks (Sleeping Bear Dunes). Great stay, thanks!

This studio was perfect for our golf getaway. It had everything we needed. You have lakefront access to Arcadia Lake and private association access to a gazebo on the beach to watch the sunset on Lake Michigan. You’re less than 10 minutes from Arcadia Bluffs and South courses, 40 minutes from Manistee, and an hour from Traverse City.

Perfect base for our up north vacay.

I couldn't be more pleased with the property and the hosts. The property is located perfectly to access Arcadia Lake (dock on lake behind house) and just a short walk across the road the public Lake Michigan beach can be accessed. Walking to the south down Starke Road the private homeowners beach can be accessed. The property was very clean and well maintained. Also, it was well equipped with everything you need - microwave, stove, cable TV, A/C, comfortable queen bed, shower, towels & linens, etc. Just the right size with plenty of room for 2 people. The hosts, LuAnn & Sig, were wonderful. They were very friendly - I saw them a lot during my stay and they definitely made me feel right at home. The area is very quiet as well. Nice deck that overlooks Arcadia Lake. I wanted to try the place out for a week this summer to see if I would like staying longer in the future - I'll definitely be back. Chad Small, Dallas, TX

This place is definitely a hidden gem. I almost don’t want to review it coz I don’t want people to know about this awesome property. I wanted to keep it a secret but won’t be fair. It’s a perfect location if you want tranquility and private beach access to Lake Michigan (5 minute walk) You have your own entrance To your suite in a private neighborhood with access to a private beach. Yes, you don’t have to worry about Loud music, getting hit by frisbees, people waking over you while you’re laying down like on a public beach. They have a boat access so my partner paddle board from their backyard - Arcadia Lake that opens up to Lake Michigan. Everyday I bike from their property and walk to the beach. Place is very clean, bathroom is spotless with more than enough thick white towels, beach towels and a beach blanket, comfy bed, spacious suite with a balcony. You have everything you need, even coffee for the coffee maker. They even have a grill for guests only. Better than a hotel. Quick response from hosts less than an hour esp when I requested to check in earlier & was able to check in early. We Had the chance to meet them. They are very accommodating welcoming hosts. Even let me borrow one of their lifevests. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Great location with Lake Arcadia on one side of the street and Lake Michigan on the other. The house is on a private dirt road that is an absolute gem! Nature is everywhere. Taking a short walk to Lake Michigan we encountered deer, squirrels, chipmunks and birds. The apartment itself was very clean and far better than we expected! We are hoping to stay again soon!

If you want to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the Lake Michigan coast, look no further! This cozy rental is perfectly situated on a quiet private drive and includes access to an association gazebo on the beach. It is the perfect northern Michigan retreat!

We stayed here for a wedding that we were attending. It was a beautiful suite above a garage with plenty of amenities for a couple like ourselves. As avid beach goers and boaters, we thoroughly enjoyed being so close to two beautiful lakes.

We have stayed here twice. Very nice studio for weekend getaways. Well maintained and supplied. Owners are very quick to communicate and very pleasant.

Perfect nest for tow adults. The apartment is well organized, clean and maintained. The owners are kind and helpful. The location is between the scenic harbor and backed by Lake Michigan, just over the dunes. Nice walking areas and incredible sunsets. Perfect place to recharge your batteries and rediscover romance.

This suite is as described. Sig and LuAnn have not missed a thing in making this unit as comfortable as possible. With the bed slid back, it is quite spacious. It is extremely clean. Kitchen space is comfortable for cooking meals. We are a 50+ couple and found this unit extremely comfortable for a 9 day stay. The property is on a small peninsula with Lake Arcadia on one side and Lake Michigan on the other. The beach on Lake Michigan is accessible via a 2 min car drive or a 10 minute walk. The owners home is very close to this unit, but they give you access to the entire property and they make themselves very scarce for your privacy. That said, they are readily available and very friendly if you need anything . Beach is very nice. We greatly enjoyed our stay - THANK YOU LuAnn and Sig.
