Our little Tropical Vacation Paradise!

Combining the whitest beaches of Florida with the bright, exotic Emerald Green waters of the Caribbean...all within steps of our condo. Greet the sunrise with an early morning walk, or a fresh juice and bagel from Camille's right next door. Enjoy your evening coffee or happy hour on the private balcony!

The condo itself is located in the Caribbean Dunes complex, which is situated in the family oriented Crystal Beach, a beautiful area of Destin. If you look on a map, you will see the area sits between the main area of Destin and Miramar Beach.

The neighborhood is very quaint, with cottage-style homes, and no high-rises. Our complex has a large swimming pool, hot tub and several barbecue grills available for our guests since outdoor grilling isn't allowed on the balconies due to fire codes.

We are lucky to have one of the best views on our complex - A beautiful straight-on view of the Gulf from the balcony, and living area. We are on the 2nd floor, end/corner unit, with beach access 100 yards away from the door. No need to pack the car up to then battle the traffic and parking at the beach.

We are non-smoking, and comes comfortably furnished, and have a well equipped kitchen that includes all of your major appliances and necessities you might need, in addition to a washer/dryer combo located right in the unit. The living room and bedroom have flat screen TV's.
The unit can sleep a family of 4 comfortably, with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, and 2 bunk beds in the hallway. Bed linens, kitchen and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not.

**Our condo association via Caribbean Dunes has implemented a complete NO smoking policy, which now even includes our individual outdoor patio's. This unfortunately also includes cigars.

Located adjacent during the summer months is a great local spot that rents out bicycles, kayak's and paddle boards. And just one mile away is Destin Commons, a host to many shopping stores, movie's, family dining, and grocery shopping. Silver Sands Premium Outlets in Miramar is a little down the road, great stores also!

For fun family activities, the Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, the Track and other mini golf courses are also close by. The popular Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin is also fun for the family. There are so many options to choose from.

We love our little taste of paradise, and hope to share it with you too!

This was our second time staying here and at this point, my family and I do not want to stay anywhere else when visiting Destin. Anything you could want or ask for in terms of amenities, they have covered. The location is perfect! Communication was exceptional as always!! I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars!

This place was just like what the owner described. It was not far from the beach and little ocean view like the pictures show. Camille’s next door has some delicious breakfast food too! We will definitely be choosing this place when we come back to Destin.

This was our second time staying at this condo and it definitely will not be our last! We have been so lucky to stumble upon this hidden gem of a property and the owner and her daughter. I mainly communicate with the daughter and she is always available and quickly answers any questions we have before and during our stay. This condo has a beautiful view of the gulf from the back porch. One of our favorite restaurants, Camille’s, is literally right next door with great seafood and sushi. We will continue to rent this condo every time we come to Destin!

Martina’s property was super cute and just what we needed for an extended weekend in Destin! The unit was clean, the AC worked amazing in the hot Destin heat! The bed was very comfortable. The unit is steps away from the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. There were plenty of stores/restaurants nearby. Martina was very responsive and pleasant to deal with! 10/10 recommend this property!

The condo was a great place to stay. Roomy and well equipped We were there for 3 nights in early June. Beautiful turquoise gulf water could be viewed across the beach road from the 2nd floor deck. The owner is very easy to contact and communicate with!

It was our first time in Destin and this was the perfect place to stay. The location was the best, right across from the beach with a water view but still quiet enough to enjoy coffee on the balcony. Close to restaurants and shops, too. The condo was cute, the floors were updated and easy to keep clean (sand!), and met all of our needs. My kids loved the bunk beds. Martina and Monika were easy to work with and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Property was simply perfect for us! Corner 2nd floor condo has privacy & perfect view of the ocean across the street! Location is everything, and we loved every minute of our stay! The owners were incredible to communicate with and helped with any questions! They made us feel like family in their home, and not just another renter! We absolutely loved the condo! It had every amenity we could possibly need away from home. The condo was centrally located, right down the hwy from Destin Commons, and next to this great restaurant named Camille’s. It’s within steps of the beach, and has wonderful views from the balcony. In fact you have great views of the water from any area of living/kitchen area. Mrs. Martina and Monica were great hosts. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a great time! The property's bathroom has been upgraded since the pictures were taken. It was very nicely done! The view from the balcony is awesome! I love the close beach access and restaurant next door. It's also close to various shopping centers. This is a great condo for a small family when visiting Destin.

This cute little condo is perfect for a couple or small family. Crystal Beach is a wonderful beach community where you can take walks, ride bikes or golf cart to the beach or just hang out. Absolutely close to everything!! Great little restaurant right next door. The condo is quite comfortable and has most everything you need. Ms. Martina was fabulous to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back.

Awesome property! We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in to see the entire unit had been updated. The pictures posted of the unit does not do it justice! My husband and I enjoyed the ocean view..this condo may be the only condo on the property that actually has an ocean view. We love Crystal beach area due to it being very family friendly and overall quiet. Camilles restaurant is literally right next door which is super convenient! We called in to go orders of sushi when we wanted to stay in. The property owner and her daughter were sweet and always available. The pool and hot tub are simple. It was nice to take a dip after being on the beach all day. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the BEST experiences we have had, renting on Vrbo! Everything in the condo was exceptional! I honestly felt like I was at home! There was more than enough room for us! The condo was very well stocked, immaculate, and to top it all off, the view from the balcony was amazing. There is literally a cafe right next door, which was both convenient and yummy!! The host was nothing short of amazing!! She was always available if we needed ANYTHING during our stay. She was so welcoming, which definitely made us love the place even more!! We are definitely planning to stay here again!!!

This is a great location, just across from the beach from the access, short walk to the beach, showers at the beach location access so you can clean off the sand off of you. a nice, clean and quiet condo. The host is quick to respond to any questions that we had, a perfect stay for our anniversary.
