2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths with Sofa Sleeper (Sleeps 6). We have all NEW furniture, bedding, carpet & tile. This condo is VERY CLEAN!
This waterfront 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo has a spectacular main channel lake view that goes on for miles and miles! This complex is located in the Heart of Osage Beach and is close to all the activities the lake has to offer. We are located by water on the 21 MM. (Close to Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Shorty Pants, & Red Head Yacht Club and the Upcoming MARGARITAVILLE!
This unit is new to the market since being TOTALLY REMODELED with all new furnishings!
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a Master Bath (double sinks) attached. It also has a TV/cable. The Second Bedroom has a King size bed with TV/cable. The sofa also makes into a Queen size bed. There is also a common shared bathroom in the hallway. This condo has new vinyl laminate in the kitchen and ceramic tile in the bathrooms with new carpet in the living room and bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need if you are cooking. The deck is larger than most and is COVERED & SCREENED. Since it faces the North, you don't get that HOT sun shining on you in the afternoon....AND has a view that goes on for miles. Enjoy sitting there in the morning drinking your coffee or an evening while enjoying your favorite drink and watch all the boats go by.
***NOTE: 2023 the condo will be removing the gas grill- We will no longer have a grill or permit any type of grill.
We offer free wifi, all linens, bath towels, bath soaps, hand soaps, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Ledges Condominium Complex is one of the most popular complex's due to the location (Heart of Osage), and the 2 swimming pools and the sandy beach! One of the swimming pools overlooks the main channel has an awesome view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. The 2nd pool is at the entrance to the complex and is across of the sandy beach area. Fishing off the docks is allowed so bring your fishing poles.
We are centrally located to all the entertainment; golf, 110 outlet shopping mall, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, restaurants. We are only 2 miles from the Lake Regional Hospital for any emergency need!
Boat/PWC rental and Boat Launching: Surdyke is right down the road from the condo where you can rental a boat, pwc or just launch your boat.
We have covered boat slips available for $25 per night.
We would love to have you stay at our condo! We take pride in our condo and the cleanliness of it. We hope you enjoy it as must has we have enjoyed getting it prepared for you!

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
