Whether you like fishing, swimming, or walking along the shore, you will love this location. Please note that there is no dock available.
Master bedroom has a King bed.
2nd and 3rd Bedrooms have Queen size beds.
4th Bedroom has 2 Trundle Twin size Beds, perfect for kids or guests.
The great room opens to a large deck that spans the back of the house, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is private and wooded, and only 50 feet from the water's edge. You might even spot some wildlife so bring your camera for wildlife pictures!
The carport and the circular concrete driveway provide plenty of parking space for your vehicles.
The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center is just two homes away from this one and has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, shuffleboard, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.
The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
