Accommodation was excellent.
Accommodation was excellent. Lots of natural light. Off road parking was good because it is a busy road. Location very good for local supermarket and town centre.

Very spacious and comfy.
Very spacious and comfy.
Everything you need to make basic meals.
Little tight on things like loo rolls but hey you can't have everything.
If I had to complain about something it would have to be that it's quite a noisy road.
If you live in the city you probably won't notice it.
Overall, spot on

A very clean and well appointed flat with good sized rooms and adequate kitchen facilities. Good heating/hot water and a comfortable bed added to the homely feel of the place and good off street parking was, for us, a must.
At our pace of walking it took 20 minutes to reach the theatres and nearer half an hour to reach the main shops but, at a good pace, those times could be halved. Would certainly recommend this place and, from the comments in the book, many people make return visits as we may well do in the future.

We really enjoyed our week in Eastbourne the flat was warm, cosy and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our week in Eastbourne the flat was warm, cosy and comfortable. Excellent bus service on the doorstep. We travelled by bus to Brighton and Hastings and only used the car twice during the week. Would recommend but maybe not for young children as there is no garden and an ungated driveway on to a busy road
