This was a wonderful home. We had 6 adults - my husband and I, two young friends, and then a young couple with a baby. We were in the area attending a weekend.
It was a very well stocked home and the location was perfect for all of us.

Our family had a lovely visit near the river and beautiful small towns. The location is very close to Princeton, NJ. The home was very cozy and full of wonderful art and decor to enjoy. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored even more. Our hosts were very accomodating and welcomed our dog, Nessie. Every little detail was very much appreciated.

The guest house in a perfect location between our events in NJ and PA. The house was immaculate! Judy made us feel right at home and the pitcher of filtered cold water and creamers for coffee and tea in the frig were a welcomed touch. The outside deck was lovely, if only the owner could stop traffic in the area it would be absolutely idyllic :-)
A great place to stay!

Our stay was perfect. We were traveling to Sesame Place with our children and grandson. The accommodations were great and conveniently located to Sesame Place, many restaurants and shops. The house had a wonderful rustic vibe with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy!

My wife and I (and our dog) stayed here for a weekend. Judy met us upon arrival with some short instructions on the house and presented us with a detailed notebook about the house and nearby area. Extremely nice person who loves dogs! House was tucked away in a wooded, hillside area. Back deck looked over the Delaware River with Trenton in the background. Close to New Hope and other wonderful small towns. Take your dog and go there, you won't regret it!!!!!!

Came here with family for a long weekend. The house was clean, warm and well stocked. The deck in particular was amazing - just so relaxing. It was raining / overcast for our entire stay but I was still mesmerized. I can only imagine how nice it is in the summer. Judy is really communicative and accommodating, though we didn't anything from her during the trip. Would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful pplace. Quiet for being as ckise to the main road. The only thing we werent find of was there were dogs on the premises and my one dog doesnt do well with dogs she isnt acclimated with. So we just had to keep our pups close to us most of the time when outside, where typically we prefer to lwt them run or walk off leash besides us when it us safe to do so and we are away and exploring. Comfortable and clean. Highly recommend, especially with the location being so close to everything.

Our family made a last minute decision to head down to Bucks County over New Years weekend and the host, Judy, was incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early to beat the weekend traffic. We had a terrific stay at this wonderful cottage by the river and enjoyed spending time outdoors by the firepit. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Bucks County, we had a great trip!

I stayed at this cozy and fantastic property over the weekend and had an excellent time. It was a foggy and rainy weekend and Judy made sure the house was stocked with plenty of firewood for both the indoor and outdoor fire places! The home is very clean and neat and has wonderful energy. The bedrooms and bed were spacious and comfortable and looking out to the water was very relaxing. I will definitely be booking again! There are so many fun books and board games in the house- we never had to leave!

The location was nice. The trees on the property are beautiful. A beautiful view..
The house was comfortable.
The kitchen could use some more light. It would be nice to have a bathroom downstairs. Other than that, I would stay there again. A lovely home.

The property was perfect for our girls trip. The setting is beautiful and we especially loved sitting on the back patio, enjoying the view and watching the birds. The house was clean, cozy and thoughtfully decorated. Note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs, so not for people with mobility issues. Judy is a gracious host and we’d recommend this home for a relaxing vacation.

Judy was a great host, lovely cottage tucked into woods near the water, wonderful amenities, comfy beds, cozy hornlike feel. We hope to be back the next time we’re in town for reunions!

Enjoyed this home once you embrace the Adirondack cabin life. Age of the home contributes to its charm but also its eccentricities. Well equipped.

A 100 year old house with loads of charm and a tree house setting. Great location with pet friendly accommodations. Only caveat is the rustic steps inside and outside the house which could be hazardous for the very young or elderly.

Comfortable & very clean, Judy provided everything we needed for a relaxing girls' getaway. We loved sitting around the fire pit & the views of the canal & river. Easy drive to Grounds for Sculpture, New Hope, Lambertville & Princeton. We would definitely book this charming, rustic retreat again!

The house was comfortable, and relaxing with amazing river views from the stone terrace. You want to cuddle up and read a book or enjoy nature doing it’s thing. If you enjoy exploring…it’s accessible to everything Bucks County. We walked the canal, toured stone houses and spent time in New Hope, Yardley, Stockton and Princeton. Great restaurants close by, and a special treat was the Garden for Sculpture.
We loved Judy our host, very accommodating, welcoming and responsive.

The house and location are wonderful. The owner made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. This is a beautiful vrbo for all seasons. We stayed in February and all commented that in the spring, summer and fall would be lovely also.

Judy is a very attentive and thoughtful host who responded to everything promptly. The home is warm, cozy and restful and was the perfect place for a small, family, holiday gathering. We enjoyed New Hope and Lambertville and had a wonderful lunch at the Lambertville Station Restaurant. We also enjoyed a walk along the canal and seeing the resident eagles and other birds.

The perfect get away house! The house is very cozy and comfortable surrounded by nature and a spectacular view of the water. We spent the majority of the time sitting around the fire pit reminiscing. The host was very warm and helpful. Everything you could possibly need is there and the beds are very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

This is an amazing property, so calming and relaxing. Very clean & comfortable. Judy is an outstanding hostess. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at this cozy guest house with 2 friends to explore the Bucks County area. It is centrally located to the Lambertville/New Hope area (Paxton Hill Gardens, Washinton’s Crossing Park), Fonthill Castle in Doylestown, and Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton NJ, which is not to be missed. The hostess is a graphic designer, currently focusing on fabric and wallpaper design, and her talents were apparent. Judith was helpful and accommodating when we had to make some changes due to a medical emergency. Restaurant recommendations were excellent. This is a great place to stay whether you want to relax by the fire, take a meditative walk along the canal towpath, or spend your time exploring. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely property along the Delaware Canal and River. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, shopping, and art displays. We are older and not as steady on our feet as we were and we found the uneven outdoor steps, front and back, required caution.

It was all that was advertised. A great location, a beautiful setting, a calm relaxing home

House comfortable but dark (needs more lights). no bathroom on main floor. Stone porch lovely view of canal (but also of highway). Nice to sit on dock by canal. Host friendly, organic eggs in fridge, well equipped. Never was told to strip the bed before we leave hmmm.
