The property is in a great location for unending views of the sea....the climb on foot from town or beach is not for the elderly or the unfit ...the property is getting tired in some places , soft furnishings would benefit from a clean eg.the sofa/cushions /rugs in the lounge and the extractor fan in the kitchen was very bad .All bedding was beautiful and looked new and the bedrooms were very clean as were the bathrooms. With groups of people staying either side of us the walls are very thin and one cant help wishing the lovely floorboards in all the properties were carpeted! We love Sheringham and the lovely beach so our stay was still enjoyable.

Great base for nine of us to walk the north Norfolk coast. Layout means you're not in each other's way, but have perfect spaces to eat, plan and chat together. Well equipped kitchen and everything that needed to work did.

Fabulous holiday home, in an amazing location to the beach & amenities. The house provided us with a home from home feel and met our needs perfectly. Just a few minor negative, which were noisy bathroom ventilators through the night (due to weather), creaking bedroom floorboards and easier instructions needed to work the oven, however these little niggles did not spoil our stay. Excellent communation from host. Would stay again and recommend to others Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

It was October and we were blessed with a mix of weather. The house was a good size but still felt cosy, it was warm and comfortable. The location is ideal, at the base of the Beeston Bump and 100 yards down the slope to the sea front. The whole of Sheringham is within walking distance - 10 minute stroll to the high street. An allocated parking space right outside is great and there is street parking very close - although maybe not in peak. The lack of a fully enclosed garden was all that was missing for me. The deck area is lovely but not so practical with a young lively dog but he loved the location with so many walks on the doorstep. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with hi tech appliances (could have done with an idiots guide - how to turn on the oven and washing machine) but we figured it out. Wifi good. All in all a lovely home from home by the sea. We would return and recommend. Top tip - book No. 10 restaurant, we will return to Sheringham just for their food and ambiance! Lovely place to stay with two families as we could have one floor each.

Lovely place to stay with two families as we could have one floor each. Only problems were the showers, they didn't stay up on the brackets but otherwise water temp and pressure was fine. Considering it had to arrive later and depart earlier for extra cleaning we weren't convinced by the standard of cleaniness I. E some dust and hair present. But after we did extra wiping around it was fine. They supplied anti bac hand soap etc and overall we enjoyed our stay. Could do with more parking though. Perfect location with lovely sea view, not far to walk down to the beach or into town.
Perfect location with lovely sea view, not far to walk down to the beach or into town.
Perfect location with lovely sea view, not far to walk down to the beach or into town. The furniture is simple & well thought out with seaside furnishings & great colour pallet. Kitchen is well equipped. Our 4th time here! 1 parking space for a 5 bedroom house but if needed you can buy a parking pass from Cromer Tourist information to use in the car park down the rd & you can usually find a space on the road side near by. First impressions were that it looked lovely & smelt lovely & clean, until we had settled in & I started to notice little details had been missed... The Cleanliness wasn’t as we expected after having to check in at a later time of 5pm for extra cleaning due to COVID-19. The things we/I noticed were a Chocolate splat/hand print on bottom of window ledge in living room with a chocolate covered rubber duck below it on the floor. A Big greasy hand print in the middle of the window in living room. The downstairs toilet had hair around it, dirty toe marks opposite on the wall, dust under the sink & dirty marks behind the light pull on the wall also the radiator directly next to toilet had a few rusty splash marks on it. Flaking paint above windows in most rooms, I sat to have a brew & got a crispy bit of limescale In the bottom of my cup (from the spout) so we bought a cheap one to see us through the week. The showers didn’t drain well & started to fill up a bit. There were bin bags in the bathrooms & kitchen bins but none in the bedroom bins, (also none spare). I cleaned around a bit, for our piece of mind as we came equipped with extra cleaning wipes, bin bags etc. I do have have ocd so this doesn’t help, the others weren’t as bothered as me. We don’t know who to contact about the cleaning/upkeep issues. BUT this has not stopped us booking again for our 5th holiday there next year. Don’t let it put you off!
