Clean and comfortable. Two problems were that: 1. The double bed needs a new mattress as it dips to the right quite badly. 2. The winter duvet cover was too warm and there was no alternative duvet. Hope you don't mind us mentioning this, as it would make someone else's stay more comfortable.

Quiet location but handy for Keswick (10 min walk along various scenic routes). Numerous walks available from the doorstep, and for further afield access by car to A66 quick and easy. Property well equipped (plenty of plates, pans etc) and pleasant. Keswick office very helpful and responsive when sorting problems (eg faults with dishwasher). May well go again.
