BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE OCEAN VIEW!!!!!!!
NO SUN BEATING IN ON PATIO IN THE SUMMER TIME!!!!

Beautiful, professionally decorated with new furnishings, cabinet's redone. Supplied with everything that you probably have in your own home (Bring your tooth brush).

The amenities are many that you would expect to find in a Five Star Resort. Beginning with a fine dining restaurant, heated pools with a lazy river and water slide, Jacuzzi, exercise gym, free high speed internet, Netflix, all pot, pans, spices, coffee pot, towels, linens, and books. Underground parking, mini-mart, championship golf course and much more. Our condo is on the fifth floor of the Rubi building PHASE 1, with both bedrooms and living room leading out to a large balcony looking directly at the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The balcony is situated in a manner that it is shaded from the afternoon sun in the summer time.

You will be pampered with daily maid service.

This is a no smoking unit.

At least one person must be 25 years or older.
Guests can no longer book directly through LP and receive the approved discounted Owner Rates. LP will charge 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 10 days prior to check in. Cancellation fee is $150 if canceling more than 10 days prior to check in and the full amount after that. If it is a HOLIDAY and you cancel the amount is none refundable. PASSPORTS or PASSORT cards ARE required for ANYONE OVER 15 years of age.

WARNING: If you find another condo for less for the same type of unit, i.e., 2BR vs. 2 BR, please be aware that you might be renting from a what is called a 'rogue' renter which not permitted at the resort, but it does happen far to often.

The resort sets the rates for all rental pool owners and we can't discount them. The rogue renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, and they are checking more now than ever before, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted...not a nice way to spend your vacation, always looking over your shoulder. So, if you find something for less as in the above example, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it by calling the resort, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling. Our unit is Rubi 503. If it's not in the rental pool, we recommend you keeping looking.

Enough said...sorry this has become an issue, but we owners are trying to maintain the 4 star quality of the resort and we can't do that effectively when rogue renters are renting poor quality units, then their guests complain, which in turn hurts our 4 star ratings.

We have been traveling to Rocky Point for quite sometime now. This was by far our most enjoyable stay here. I can't say enough good things about the property! the beds are so comfortable, the best view out of the whole resort, fully stocked kitchen, the amazing communication from Danielle, the list goes on and on.... We will definitely look to stay here again!

We go to Rocky Point often! This was the 1st time staying in this condo and it definitely won’t be our last! The communication with the owner was fast and friendly! The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed! Thank you for such a beautiful location to enjoy family and friends!!

This room gives a great spot on the resort. The sun is never beating you up, the noise stays toward the end of the property so this is as far away as it can get, which is perfect when you’re going down for a nap or to bed. Cute Decor, clean rooms, all the cookware you need.

We really enjoyed this 2BR, 2BA condo - it is well-appointed, spacious and has a great view of the ocean and the property...perfect while sipping coffee or having a glass of wine! The beds were really comfortable and the furniture very nice. Everything needed to cook is in the kitchen, updated and very well organized. In addition, the owner is tremendously responsive and helpful! We will definitely come back!

We love coming here. This year our daughter got sick and had to stay in the hospital for several days which delayed our scheduled stay. The owners gratuitously extended our stay at no cost. That is service at its best!!!

Amazing straight ocean view! Very clean, and very nicely decorated. We loved this unit. Since it’s in Rubi building we were super close to the front desk, restaurant, gym, pools etc. We would 100% stay in this unit again. The owner was very quick to answer my questions before arrival.

Week stay during Spring Break, the condo had all we needed for the week. The fan in the Master Bedroom was not working and the dishwashers top rack needs some maintenance. The view was amazing! Good location, 5th floor of the main building. Had an issue with bar staff (charges) at the pool bar but reported it directly to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

One of family got sick and couldn’t come with us. Christie was so helpful and help me rearrange reservation. Thank you Christie, greatly appreciate everything you did for us. We always have a great time when we stay at Las Palomas resort. We come once a year but this was the first time in this particular condo. The rooms are so spacious and having a king size bed in each room is great! You have everything you need in the full kitchen and there's a smart tv with access to Netflix in the living room. Each bedroom has a tv, but I didn't use them, I think they are also smart TVs. Anyway, it was a great stay and I hope to rent this condo again sometime!

Beautiful location on phase 1, spent a lot of time on balcony, hearing the waves and wind. Always hate leaving, but know I’ll be back again for sure!!! Love the wooden signs in the kitchen / living room makes you feel like on a beach paradise for sure!!! Thanks guy will reach out again!!

Had a fantastic visit in this unit. The photos did it justice - bright, modern decor and great views. The property is clean and every employee helpful and friendly. Did run into some delays at check in due to housekeeping running behind, but not a major heartbreak. Won't hesitate to book this unit again in the future!

It was a short trip for the first time to Rocky Point but not the last! The property location is fantastic with ocean and pool views from both rooms and a nicely furnished patio. The house was well furnished and the beds we’re comfortable! We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a condo to rent.
