Great price close to lifts

Property management team was great
4.0 / 10.0
We picked this property since it was next to the Center village lifts. I would have given 4-5 ratings if quality of customer service was useful. Looks like call center is somewhere remote who doesn't have any sense of customer on demand situation. Warming: portable electric oven could be safety concern. It was very small and not user friendly either. Other than these concerns we had good stay.

Cozy accommodations with adequate living and kitchen space for a short-term stay. Great location! Walking distance to the American Eagle lift and Center Village.

We LOVED the outside views!!! They were absolutely breathtaking!!! They looked like something on a postcard…unbelievable!!! However the studio was disappointing! Lots of things were broken or not working. It was much smaller than it looked online. One of the beds was just a mattress on the floor. The bed that folded down from the wall was broken, so we couldn’t fold it down. It was way overpriced for what we got.

Perfect Location Horrible Sleep
Loved how close to everything this place was. Beautiful view. The floor probably would've been more comfortable than the mattress. Hard as wood. No AC in the unit which was uncomfortable as it was a very warm night. Probably wouldn't stay in this particular unit again, given the lack of sleep.

Great location
The location was great. The place was small but efficient. The only issues we had were the bed was creaky and we tried contacting the property manager several times with no response.

Cozy and convenient
Well designed studio condo was more comfortable than a hotel room. Loved the Mountain View’s and so convenient to be in Center Village.

If you like banging pipes and squeaking beds, you'll love this place
The room was clean and the convenience of where it is located was great. Unfortunately, we got almost no sleep because of issues with pipes banging throughout the night and experiencing the squeakiest mattress I have ever heard for my entire life.

Comfortable Stay
Nice lodging with a ton of amenities. Felt like a detective finding the other bed in the closet. Good water pressure and temperature

Nice room - some good practical, personal touches!
Well equipped room. Lovely view (except for the snow piled up outside the window - would be nice to find some way of removing it on a regular basis).
Nicely laid out kitchen bathroom space, especially in such a small area.
Initially confusing entrances and exits, especially to access the parking garage from outside.
The hair dryer did not function.
Clip holding the base of the Murphy bed is broken.
Not enough pillows.

MLK Weekend Ski Trip
The apartment was great for my 18 year-old son and I for a weekend stay. As advertised, it is a lock-out condo with limited space, but the double bed and Murphy bed provided sleeping space for each of us. The location in Center Village made it easy to walk to the American Eagle or American Flyer lifts. The condo does not have a full kitchen, just a dorm-size fridge, microwave, sink, and some counter space, but it was sufficient for us to make breakfast, sandwiches for lunch and to heat up some snacks. We spent most of our time out on the mountain, but when we were back in the condo it was comfortable enough for both of us. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend it others.

spacious studio right near the lifts
I was skiing by myself and didn't need amenities. But I was really happy with the size of the unit. Bed was comfortable and everything was really clean. I did find that the baseboard heat wasn't powerful enough to deal with the -10 temps overnight, so they brought me a space heater which worked great. I'd request that before arrival next time.

Cozy Copper Retreat
The location was fabulous. All the kitchen appliances were easy to us and in good order. Hair dryer was broken though. I forgot to let someone know. We didnt really need one but someone may.

Convenient and updated condo in Copper Center
Very cute and conveniently located condo in central Copper Mountain, easy walking distance to anything on Copper. Minimal kitchen but as advertised and just what we needed. Only thing was that mattress was pretty hard. Otherwise we loved it!

Great place to stay in Copper!
Great place! Perfect location!

Poor use of space, cheap or non-existent amenities. Bathroom sink in kitchen not acceptable etc.
Twin bed sheet on queen bed. Couldn’t stay covered. Expected a king bed. No electrical outlets by bed where needed. Small TV adequate but not up to par with competition. No laundry detergent as advertised. We purchased our own. No way to cook in kitchen but pots and pans in drawer. What for? Poor lighting everywhere, especially in miniature bathroom . Have to move when on toilet to close door. Expected IKON Pass discount which we generally receive at IKON Pass connected properties. Anyway would not recommend

Uncomfortable
The price and location were good. The beds were way too firm. Extremely uncomfortable. We left early because we couldn’t sleep another night on those mattresses. The pillows were awful. The place is crammed. There is no space in the kitchen/bath area to put your toiletries or food, let alone try to cook on the cooktop or toaster over provided-no counter space. The toilet and shower room is a tight fit and very dark. The general arrangement of furniture was uncomfortable as well. Just poor space management. It was clean enough, although a deep cleaning is needed. If you are accustomed to a very, very firm bed and just plan to crash there for a short stay, I suppose it’s fine. We will never stay here again.
I know that’s harsh, but it’s honest. We did have a good experience in booking the place and found the property management company to be very responsive. The issues with the place were beyond what be fixed by a phone call.

Great Location
Great location but a truly complicated check-in process. All together it was a nice unit but don't plan on doing any cooking because the space is really not made for it at all.

The location was ideal, but the beds were really hard and uncomfortable.
The location was ideal, but I expected more of the apartment. The bedding didn’t look fresh, the carpets were worn and the beds were really hard. The description listed the apartment as being larger with a fireplace, but there was not a fireplace. Also, they ran out of spots in the garage and the directions to the alternate garage were really confusing. The support staff available by phone was helpful in providing directions though. Lastly, the power went out right after we arrived and stayed out for several hours so we had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs with cell phones lighting the way—not ideal.

noisy neighbors
This is a nice place. The walls are a bit thin. A noisy group of young ladies next door partied until late in the night. Nicely appointed studio. Get your keys and wait to unload until you get in the garage. Luggage carts exist, but can be hard to find.

Very nice for two, tight for four
If you aren’t familiar with Copper Mountain, finding and getting unloaded into this place is tricky. The instructions are fine to get you in the door, but be careful how much luggage you bring. The Murphy bed is way more comfortable than the four poster. The kitchenette was a nice surprise. Very noisy guests on either side.

Perfect Getaway!
This condo was immaculate. Picking up the keys was a breeze, the location can't be beat. You are right in the center of all the action. I want to come back during ski season.

Nice room, but open door policy?
Some stranger opened the door at 11 pm and walked into room. Seriously? Glad I was there or I bet my stuff wouldn't have been, on the other hand it sucks to be scared awake by a stranger walking in your room. May want to upgrade the key cards Vacasa.
