Cute Cottage , Clean . Great area. Easy to communicate with Host. Definitely will return

Loved this charming 2 bedroom cottage. Clean, well appointed. Easy check in.
Does not have a kitchen, only a mini fridge and a microwave but it was fine for our needs. Very safe neighborhood. Walkable to downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely backyard. My only suggestion would be solar lights or some type of lighting near steps to backyard as there is no outdoor light and very dark. Really nice spot and I definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great experience. We had some traveling issues, and the host were willing to work with us, which was greatly appreciated. The house is cute and located close to downtown. The beds are comfortable and most wineries are within 10 minute drive.

The cottage was beautiful and very comfortable for our 3 night stay with 4 adults. It proved to be a great location for exploring the Lodi vineyards and enjoying some great food from local restaurants. My daughter loved the fact that there was a giant Sequoiah in the back yard! This was so much better than renting hotel rooms - it gave us a place to spend time together.

I did not need a kitchen so it was perfect for my 3 night stay. I walked down the street to all the restaurants for meals. Great food & Cottage stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Vintner’s Cottage One. Beds were comfy, proximity to downtown and Vineyards fantastic. It’s a lovely neighborhood. Parking can be tough later in the evening, but not a big issue. It really could use a kitchen sink! I’d love TVs in the bedroom.
I recommend it and would return!

The location of the property was great. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The property was very clean but the only thing I would recommend is that they install a kitchen sink.

We enjoyed the property it was super cute, and we enjoyed the fact that it didn't have a kitchen cause we were eating out every day anyways.

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary. It was a good choice for a couple with two bedrooms, a bath and shared outdoor space in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Lodi. The hosts were responsive and had gifted us with a bottle of their excellent red wine and also cookies to dunk in our coffee (or tea). The refrigerator was small but just right for a weekend getaway and the microwave perfect for quick breakfasts at the cottage. Comfy bed too. I would definitely stay here again.

So comfortable, clean and just a nice place to stay! We loved that we could walk to all the delicious restaurants that Lodi has to offer. Checkin/check out was a breeze. Thank you

The cottage appears to be sectioned off of a bigger building and the layout is really nice. Tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. I was concerned with the traffic noise given the cottage is at the corner of two streets, however the bedrooms face the backyard and it was really quiet. Complimentary water and wine was a nice touch and the Keurig machine was well stocked. Even had Milano cookies! Cottage was very clean and plenty of towels were available in the linen closet. If you’re looking for a nice place to enjoy quaint little Lodi, walking distance to Downtown and central location to all the local wineries this is the place!!!

Great place to stay!!
This is a great property - walking distance to restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, a spa a 3 minute walk up the street - all the fun stuff you can do in Lodi. A little noisy as Pine seems to be the speedway at night, but otherwise, it was perfect. We will be back!

Perfect Place
We were in town for a wedding weekend at Wine & Roses. The house was a 5 minute drive to the venue and maybe 2 turns. It was a short walk to restaurants and bars downtown. The place was clean, roomy, and had all the necessities. The coffee was great with plenty of cream and sugar and the sweetest Madelines and cookies! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Excellent location
Even though the property advertised “no kitchen,” It was unusual not having water access only in the bathroom.

Perfect place, owners really care
A little cottage, very close to downtown, in residential neighborhood. No kitchen, but everything else is absolutely perfect Quaint but incredibly comfortable, a throw back in time, with all the updates needed.
The next time we come this will be the place.

Lodi Wine trip
Cute and clean little cottage. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nicely updated, plenty of seating in living room. No problem finding a parking space on street in front of house. It was an easy walk to downtown Lodi and several coffee shops and restaurants.

I arrived in Lodi after being in LA for a few days for work. It was a very easy drive from the Sacramento International Airport. After a much needed lunch at El Pazcifico Mexican Grill & Cantina in downtown, I headed just a couple blocks to check-in to Vintner's Cottage. This place did not disappoint. The only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer to enjoy a glass of wine in the backyard and walk into Downtown Lodi. After taking only a few steps off of the sidewalk in front of this charming cottage, turn left to enjoy a sighting of the iconic LODI sign just on the edge of the shopping and dining district.I did quite a bit of research of other properties in the area to accommodate my needs and this house was perfect. I didn't need a kitchen, so the Keurig, mini-fridge and microwave were perfect. My brother and I were visiting one another so the two-bedrooms were perfect and allowed for us to have our own spaces. Beds were very comfortable and allowed for much needed sleep after several busy days in the city and traveling. I also appreciated the well-appointed bathroom and walk-in shower.Could easily accommodate two couples, a group of friends or just someone looking for a little R&R by themselves. Slight road noise since it is at an intersection, but with the bedrooms not being road frontage, it was hardly noticeable.I did hear the train once or twice, but only in the distance and it never was bothersome.Linda and Mike were wonderful hosts and responded to all my pre-stay questions promptly. Will definitely consider this property for future visits!

PERFECT
This place was perfect for our stay. VERY clean and cute. The beds were comfortable and linens soft. No kitchen, but it did not matter much with the coffee machine, microwave and min fridge - and, wine was nice touch. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the location in heart of Lodi. We will stay here again!
