We loved our stay. Problems: 1) Shower floors slippery. One adult guest fell. He had a laceration on his arm & a concussion. 2) Tubs need a grab bar. One adult guest needed help to get out of tub. 3) One downstairs BR had broken leg on dresser and couch. 4) A man came to door saying he was the repairman. He didn't seem to fix anything. He had 1 screwdriver with him. Please notify guests if you have sent a repair man and his name. We would stay there again with overall good rating.

We are a group of friends and family spent the holidays in Santa Clara. We had pleasant stay with this property. The community is really good. we were not to explore all the water park because of the weather. We would like to stay in summer to explore more on the water activities. we did used the hot swimming pool and kids enjoyed it.

We love staying here. Enough room for everyone to be together and still have their own space. So much to do right outside your door! We loved it!

Great house, great location
We stayed at this property from July 15 to July 22. We had 8 adults and 10 kids. The house was very spacious and we never felt crowded. My wife commented on how well appointed the kitchen was. The kids had a great time playing at the two pools that were located very near the property. In the evening, after it cooled down a little, the large grassy area behind the house was great for games and activities for adults and kids. Jerry was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Needs some cleaning/repairs
Great location in this community, a nice grass field right outside the backyard to run around and play games on. And very close to the pool, although the better pool in the complex with slides and lazy river is a 3 minute walk the other direction. Host was very attentive to our questions via text and check in/out was very simple/easy. We were however very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. It appeared the maids cleaned this in ten minutes, right before we got there. Towels were hanging up in the backyard drying still, a plastic cup that said Uncle Alan was left on top of the fridge from the previous guests, all 3 garbage cans outside were full and overflowing and we checked in on Thursday, and overall just not cleaned very well. Food stains on some dishes, hand prints on the tv, crumbs in large proportions were noticed on the floor by the bed, some of the garbage cans had candy/garbage stuck to the bottom and there was no sack in them. Multiple dents and chips in the walls/baseboards, something that could easily be touched up with spackle and paint. A good deep clean, some touch-up work, and a better regular cleaning service would make this a great location. We've stayed at this community several times and this was by far a step down to what we're used to here.

Lots of space right next to the smaller pool. Huge back yard. Quality furnishings
Even the garage was super clean. Really should have a third trash bin. They were full when we arrived (we put one of our bigger kids on them to tromp the trash down to make more space) and were full again as we ended our 8 day stay. Hope to stay in this place again in 2024.

Absolutely wonderful in every single way!
Our family stayed for a week together with ages between 8 months and 59 years old and EVERYONE had a wonderful time. With 3 floors of living space, everyone had their own area, yet plenty of room on the main floor for a gathering place. The beds were comfortable and we all felt like our home away from home was inviting.
Our place was very clean, with minimal knick knacks (which we appreciate). Comfortable seating in the living room for the entire family. Lots of wonderful meals at the large table. Everyone LOVED the location--extra parking next to the home. Two washers and two driers! A back yard to play, and the swimming pool and hot tub a stones throw away! Even though it was the week after Christmas, we went swimming multiple times every day! It was cold, but the water was warm and with the quick walk to the pool, it was easy to do.
Our favorite activity was just 6 minutes away--Snow Canyon and we went multiple times to explore. The colors are so beautiful and exploring was accessible to all ages.
Jerry was VERY friendly and responded immediately to any question or request (even supplying a high chair)! He was extremely accommodating and just made the experience even more lovely. If we're in the area again, we know where we're staying.

Family gathering
We loved the layout of the house, plenty of parking, and the proximity to the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of room for playing games, and eating together. Our grandchildren loved the bunk room. The house actually was bigger than it looked online.
We enjoyed walking early in the morning around the neighborhood and soaking in the sunshine, clean air and beautiful red rocks. We'd love to come back sometime!

Great location and plenty of room.
We have stayed in other units in this complex but enjoyed the large shared grass area just behind the house. The great proximity to the pool is also a plus. Worked out perfect for our family get together.

We have family in SLC and Southern California and we chose to have Christmas in St. George. The house is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures, the beds were great, ample pillows, high quality sheets, towels etc. Condition of the property 7/10:The home is frequently used, so there is more wear and tear on furniture, walls, appliances etc than if you were staying at your own home. That said, everything worked and there were tons of helpful utensils and appliances for feeding a group.Amenities 5/10:The home itself has little in the way of amenities. Some older bikes, and some pool equipment. We noticed a lot of other homes had things like ping pong tables, corn hole set ups, video game systems, backyard games, etc Community Pool 7/10:We went in December and the hot tubs were not heated, and this home doesn't have it's own - which ended up really sucking because the kids really wanted to go but walking to the pool and sitting in tepid water was something none of the adults wanted to do. Location 10/10:It's in a vacation rental development, so expect noisy neighbors. The people in front of our home had a terrace hot tub and were blaring vulgar music (not just distasteful, but straight up killin hoes and b!tches and F-this/F-that every other word.) Which made the front facing deck impossible to use, so again, some yard games for the back would have been great. The backyard is a giant community lawn which makes it ideal for playing games and spreading out. There is a Harmons and Cafe Rio within walking distance, and the house itself is about a 10 min drive from St George. So it was great to be close but feel like you're not in the middle of it..Beautiful setting!Check in/out 10/10Process was super easy, the staff was great to work with.Overall I give it a 10/10 With 5 head of families going the cost per night was less than a mid tier hotel but you got to have your own home. Beds/couches/tv's all worked great and so did the showers/towels appliances - so being the guy tasked with finding a spot to host everyone it was a great place for a great price. Suggestions would be:Get a double oven of some kind, either 2 full size stacked or a range that has a double oven set up.Swap out your drinking fountain for one that has a bottle filler, because the fridge water comes out slower than an 80 yr old man w/prostate issues Get a few things for the house for people to do, ping pong, corn hole, etc.

Fantastic family getaway!
We loved our stay here! Communication was quick and easy with our host. The house was perfect! It was very clean, well appointed, and lovely. The gas firepit, deck, and patio were well used, and we loved being right by the pool. It was very accessible to the pickleball courts, park, Snow Canyon - with hiking and mountain biking, grocery store, and downtown St. George. We will definitely stay here again!

Great vacay villa!
This was a perfect place for us and our extended family. We had every age and each person thrived! It was great that each bedroom had a dedicated bathroom (though two are not en suites). The little kids enjoyed the splash pad and the teens had fun at the pool. Also with a patio, living room, large balcony and a family room, there was plenty of space to spread out and feel like we weren’t on top of each other. Nice to have a neighborhood feel. Harmon’s was just up the road and is a great upscale grocery! I recommend vacationing here with friends or family!

Just about perfect for our group
Very adequate for six couples, but our group was seven couples. We greatly appreciated several usable bicycles -- the first time we have had any usable bicycles in several similar rental experiences in St. George. The layout of the property was such that our group enjoyed our experience more than several preceding experiences.

Great house!
We had a wonderful time in this house. It has all the extra things to make it feel like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen, bikes, balls, pickle ball equipment, pool toys etc. The favorite part of this house is the large grassy area behind the house that we used to play lawn games, let the kids run around and hang out to enjoy the great weather we had. We used the nice grill and made s’mores on the fire one night as well. We would definitely stay here again! When we booked this house a year ago we didn’t know we would have to be quarantined and stuck inside most of the time, but I’m grateful we picked this one where we had ample space and the ability to go outside with lawn space to hang out and be able to still be socially distanced from others! Highly recommend!

This is a great property for family gatherings, sports teams, or a group of friends looking to get away. Great location backing to an open grassy space and neighborhood pool/club house. Communication with the owner was excellent and very responsive (the best I've experienced!). Thanks again Jerry!

Over and Above
We loved this house! Clean, well decorated home with every amenity you could ever need. The beds were comfortable, AC set at a great temperature, plenty of bathrooms with nice showers, fully stocked kitchen, steps away from the pool...I could go on and on. The garage door opener wasn’t hanging on its hook, so I texted the property manager. Had a text back within minutes, and he helped me find it. We were so impressed. We will definitely be back! What a wonderful vacation.

Great rental
This is our third stay at this location so obviously we like it. It’s well stocked, has up to date furniture and bedding, 2 washers and dryers, and a great double bed bunk room for all of our teen grandsons. There were 16 of us and we never felt crowded. Wonderful vacation home close to the pool and small water park included for the younger set. We also enjoy the large grassy area right outside our patio door. We would definitely recommend this home!
