Crawling with ants, air con problems, terrible communication from host- DO NOT RECOMMEND

The wifi was good. It was in a convenient location.

The place was crawling with ants, literally everywhere- my husband was woken up by them crawling in his ear- photos show them in the kitchen area and on the bedroom floor. Check-in instructions were not provided in a timely manner, despite my repeated requests, which left us waiting over an hour to check-in. Check-in instructions were inadequate and the address provided on the booking was not the address that we ended up staying at. The air con turned itself off in the middle of the night and the shower was cold. Washing up from last occupant still out on draining board. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.

Would come back again

Had a pleasant and convenient stay. There were 4 pillows per queen bed which I was surprised upon bcos Evernent usually only give 1 per person. Lots of cutleries and kitchen facilities available. Beautiful view of TS, convenient stores downstairs. Was initially worried abt any toilet, aircon issues upon reading other reviews. But luckily didn't face any of those issues in our apartment.

Light sleepers may find the occasional racing car noises to be disruptive. But it wasn't too bad. You have to contact the host first to ask for the details which may take a while. So u shld contact them early to avoid last minute mishaps.

The properties dont have reception and difficult for outsider like myself to appreciate this kind of 'no sevices,' and direction. Should have meet the owner and brief us the properties

The location is good, its in the middle of the town.

The connection is bad, the wifi doesn't really help much, the Tv keep on buffering, the sofa are like card board.

Location very nice, Car Park very convenient.

1. The Mattress too old, not comfortable. Should change. 2. Pillow too thin need to change or extra one more for each person. 3. Shampoo…. pls use common brand… 4. The house need to renovation, seem a bit old already.

It would have been pleasant if it wasn’t for the smell from the drain. buying air freshener does not mask the smell at a

living room area is spacious. a washing machine is provided by the kitchen area.

the smell from the drain was extremely overpowering and off putting. pillows need to be refreshed as they look old. only one toilet that was in the master bedroom separated from the other room via sliding door. entry to master bedroom is through entry of 2nd room.

The view was nice and the facilities was prepared well.

The access card was not friendly. There were no staffs that showed us where the key was located. Instructions to get into the apartment was not clear enough because customer have to ask then the officer will reply. Should be list down and give the instrunctions during the booking how the steps to get into the apartment easily. Hopefully, in the future there were staffs that helps more customer to get/ access tge apartment easily since me and my family are not from Miri.

Experience was great, can be improved.

Good location, newer area and yet close to center. Sofas and beds are in good condition.

The towels were almost too old... Only the toliet area have obvious damage from moisture, and some sewage smell (air fresheners will do a great job).

complicated checkin. no receiption counter. they only giving the checkin instruction thru Whatsapp ; where to collect the room key. only 1 lot parking given free access at basement. if you were staying in group with two or more car. other car parking will be at your own cost and risk.

Terrible accomodation, Please try to avoid

The location

Everything except the location, the service it's terrible,1. getting the key for the room is like finding treasure , 2. hotel personnel does not pick up the phone , 3. Washroom drain stinks so much that you don't even want to go in there. 4. Dirty facility like hot water cattle dirty, dirty microwave even the hot water stinks.
