30a Beach Properties presents Crown Studio. This 58 Main St Rosemary Beach location offers fabulous gulf, western green and sunset views from a fabulous clean furnished condo. This rare south Main St address is steps to restaurants and the beach. A perfect location for easy family beach access or attending a wedding. All new interiors by local professional designer feature soft natural fabrics and crisp clean bedding in a refreshing beach design! Crown Studio occupies the entire 2nd floor of 58 Main Street. A front balcony overlooks Main Street with views of the Western Green and the Gulf. The rear balcony is a common space and offers an outdoor dining table and a place for your beach gear. The spacious open floor plan provides a luxurious queen sleeping area with fresh linens. The spacious dining area for four and carefully designed living area allows you to comfortably spend time with friends and family. Around the corner in a secluded alcove is another gorgeous queen bed with the finer details considered.

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

Bed 1: King (main room at rear of the floor plan)
Bed 2: Queen (tucked in alcove at front of the floor plan overlooking Main Street, with privacy curtain)

Fully equipped kitchenette features Keurig and drip coffee machines, microwave, larger sized toaster oven, dishwasher, full sink. The mini-fridge produces ice cubes. There is a secondary mini fridge with top freezer in a closet area.

No elevator.
No smoking.
No pets.

Parking is one reserved space directly behind the condo.

The Barbados pool and Coquina Pool (heated) are nearby. Boardwalk 'G' is steps away.

Very clean and perfect size for a couple. Great location and steps away from the beach. Internet went down for a day which had major impact since cell service is spotty. Owner promised $150 credit but I’ve yet to see it. Pricing for unit on web site wasn’t accurate. After adding in all the fees the listed price per day doubled.

Perfect spot for the 2 of us. Comfortable bed, selection of pillows, everything clean and ready for us. The best thing is the location though. Great people watching balcony over Main Street. Everything was walkable. Great restaurants. Walked to our go-to breakfast spot several mornings, The Donut Hole. Enjoyed morning and evening walks around Rosemary Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about the property with two exceptions. 1) Too many stairs. We worked around it, but it was not great. 2) The shower was tiny, and not enjoyable to use.

We absolutely loved the location of this place. It was perfect! My daughters and I had a great time. The check in/out process was very easy and the parking was a nice bonus. We learned the wifi can be spotty during busy times and everything in the bathroom leaked liked crazy but overall it was a great place in an amazing location. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay here so much ! The location is amazing - especially with two young kids. Are walk to the beach was less than 3 minutes and all of the restaurants below were a nice feature once our kids were in bed we would order a meal and sit on the deck and enjoy with some wine - it felt like we were still dining at the restaurants !! The property is very clean and we were comfortable as a family of 4!

My husband and I booked this property for a last minute weekend getaway and it did not disappoint! The location could not have been better. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach - all with an ocean view and a balcony for relaxing. The property was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay here! You feel like you’re right in the action and SO close to the beach. We spend many nights sitting in the balcony just taking it all in. Gorgeous view of the bay, fun nightlife and The green common ground area was great… every night there was events (outdoor movie, live music, kid friendly activities). You could view it all from the balcony. Playa Bowls, directly below, was the best thing ever. Can’t wait to come back!

This studio apartment was perfect for our family of 4! The kids stayed in the area that is secluded with a large curtain and tucked them away from the rest of the apartment when they needed to sleep. The balcony was perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and see the hustle and bustle of the street as well as water views. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable! We loved being so close to all the restaurants and we had east access to the beach and community pools. Rosemary is the most quaint relaxing beach town and this spot was perfect to stay in while exploring the town. Thanks for hosting us!
