This condo 220 is the first condo on the side from a direct oceanfront. Huge ocean view.
We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore. The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes.
Days at the Beach
There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

25 Miles to Savannah, Ga,(Sav) ; Hilton Head Airport (HHH) 6 miles from complex
Hilton Head Island has their own airport 3 miles from my condo. Call letter for Hilton Head Island Airport is(HHH). Also Savannah , GA a 40 minute drive has an airport. The call letter are (SAV) , Three hour drive is Jacksonville , FA has an airport .
Gated Parking with covered under Building Parking
Under the building and surround building parking. Free with parking pass . This area is gated and you will need a device to enter. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking.

EVERYTHING about this stay was perfect! Not one hiccup!! The condo is absolutely stunning! The location is perfect! Clean and so beautifully decorated! The host is beyond gracious and helpful! You will NOT be disappointed!

Honestly, this unit seemed new which of course made for a very pleasant stay. It had a great view and easy access to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't use them, bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella were available. The host was very communicative and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to this particular unit soon.

Staying in this condo, which was a very well thought out, clean, updated, and super cozy, with nice View to the ocean, was an overall excellent experience to stay in. My wife and I were very pleased and would come again! Thank you Cheryl for this great property and your excellent service!

Property was beautifully updated and decorated. We wish that we knew ahead of time that the unit next door was to be completely gutted and re-done. We arrived Sunday and the next 3 of 5 days of spring school vacation week you couldn’t be in your condo between 8:30-5:00 because of construction/destruction next door. Poor timing on the management for not doing this in the off season. We paid more for this unit for 6 days during vacation week than an end unit for 7 days the next week. I feel bad for anyone renting near this unit because it is noisy and very messy and you can’t use your balcony. VRBO should be updated with construction time for renters.

Clean, quiet one bedroom condo perfect for two people or a small family. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to make our own meals. Great location near Coligny Beach but a bit away from the crowds. Easy walk to Coligny shops and grocery store, restaurants and beach.

What’s not to like! Great location for access to beach and walking distance to dining, food and shopping. Rent a bike or bring yours (although 2 are available to use, just have to find them amongst all the others) - well worth it for riding on the beach and trails. Nice little condo with a good view. Would rent again for sure. Maybe longer next time :)

Overall , a good place to stay with ocean view and easy access. Accessing regular TV was difficult. May want to upgrade the bikes. They are old and rickety and therefore somewhat dangerous. Overall, a strong recommendation.

Small condo met our needs for a quick spur of the moment NYE weekend getaway. Condo was clean, had everything we needed (we didn’t cook so not sure about kitchen supplies) and location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Just a short walk to the beach which was nice!

Property was just as described. Definitely one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Bed was soft and comfortable. Bedroom had pleanty of space on either side of bed which is a plus at Seaside. It was not fancy by any means but cleanliness comes before fancy for us and that is why we give it 5 stars. We will definitely stay here again.

We unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to illness. I did not expect a refund due to such short notice but I was glad that our cleaning fee was refunded since no cleaning was necessary. I can’t say anything about the property but communicating with the owner was fine.

Popular getaway. Easy access to ocean/beach and island activities. Hilton Head may be the most groomed resort you will ever visit. Beach was immaculate. Beautiful sunrises. Entering the resort the first day was a little confusing but was give precise directions. Just follow them and all will go well.

We had a very pleasant stay, I received all the instructions needed ahead of time from Charlene, plus restaurants recommendations. We loved the apartment, we had everything we needed for our short vacation. The location is great, right on the beach, with a nice access, and very close to Coligny Plaza. The 2 bikes are very nice and the trail's access is right across the street.

Beautiful condo with very nice ocean views. Christine was very gracious even when I called her late at night because I had lost my emails with the instructions for entry. Lots of added touches like beach chairs and bikes. It made for a lovely few days in Hilton Head!

We had an excellent stay. The unit was just as described and the key pad on the door made accessing the room very easy. Location next to the beach was amazing and so easy to ride the bikes to Coligny Plaza was convenient.

30 years ago, my family vacationed in Hilton Head, SC. My husband and I just returned for a wonderful 4 days. Charlene's condo is amazing! It is immaculate. We were able to comfortably cook when we wanted (especially breakfast.) Go out to many of the excellent nearby restaurants for lunch. Then enjoy cocktails on the wonderful balcony. The balcony has terrific views of the beach!! The condo parking was really convenient. If you need to use an elevator, it is right there! We never had a wait. The pool looked lovely but we preferred to walk to the nearby beach. When we had a question, Charlene was very quick to get back to us!!

Small functional condo. Excellent location and great view of the ocean. Clean. Quiet. Could have used another dish cloth and drying cloth. Also we couldn't find the cord for the kettle but these are very minor things. Bikes that were provided were older but good for riding the bike paths so that saved us on renting bikes. If you're looking for a condo mainly for sleeping, breakfast and the occassional meal, this is perfect.
