Nice roomy apartment in Georgetown

Nice clean apartment. High level with very good views. Good clean floor. Modern, somewhat novel interior decorating. Split system AC each room. Fairly convenient location (but we used Grab cars for transport almost always) Bathrooms clean, well maintained, adequate space. Included towels, shampoo, body soap. Also hot & cold water purifier (dispenser).

300 myr deposit for damage - i was not made aware of during booking process, but minor inconvenience only. Wifi not working on check-in and every morning of our 3 day stay but management were responsive via WhatsApp. No conventional wardrobe, but hanging frame, not much of an issue.

It was an awesome stay. Hope it's perfect in my next stay!

The instructions for check-in were quite clear, just needed a bit of clarification. The fridge was available for use. If the owner can prepare some soda drinks in the fridge then it will help to chill on a hot sunny day, just make it chargeable with a price list pasted on the fridge door.

1) The wooden divider could be covered up (in the room's side) with a thin layer of silk curtain or something, because it's not convenient when the ladies were changing given someone seated in the living hall. 2) Please add-on an adjustable shower hook for one of the bathrooms or otherwise it's difficult for the guests to have an enjoyable shower with the shower head remaining stagnant. 3) Ensure number of parking lots are published in the description of the homestay, like 1 or 2 lots. I ended up paying more than RM60 after 2 nights' stay since we drove 2 cars.

Not suitable for senior with weak leg as beds are very low and uncomfortable.

Location is conveniently and short ride to tourist attraction places. A lots of food nearby.

Apartment need to improve on their hygiene and maintenance of furniture and fitting.

Overall, the location is very accessible to many touristy area and eateries. I highly recommend.

Overall the stay was very pleasant, like the queen/king beds in each room and there were sufficient pillows & towels

The neon lights the living should have a separate switch, it can be irritating to the eyes when you switch the living room lights and the neon lights light up too. In both units we stay, both had the same problem. In the 2-bedroom apartment, there is no bedside light and no remote controller to off the lights when you are on the bed. Worse case, the light switch is outside the bedroom. Care should be taken to have bedroom lights inside the bedroom and NOT outside the bedroom

Good value and comfortable stay in Penang.

Comfortable for a family group of four with private rooms and good common areas. Kitchen and laundry were convenient too breakfast and snacks etc. Decent pool and gym area for relaxing after a day in the Penang heat with good view from infinity pool. The building appears to have quite a few vacation rentals so pool was busy at the end of the day but not a problem. Nice to have bakery and convenience store in the same building.

The apartment could use some paint touch up here and there and some of the furniture was worn. One sofa appeared to be missing its legs! Some of the common areas in the building were also well worn but nothing bad enough to detract from our stay. A bit outside Georgetown Center but not an issue with Grab

Property is extremely clean and comfortable with amazing views. Love the furnishing. Owners of the property are also very friendly and helpful in assisting any issues/questions we have.

bathroom in master bedroom could use brighter lighting. beds might be a bit hard for some but overall is ok.

The ambiance, surrounding, location is so near to the city centre. The facilities provided is completed, suitable for family vacation.

The bedsheets are quite rough,same goes to the bath tower provided, its rough and the colours already dull, maybe its time to change to the new one. My sister who slept in master bedroom having itching whole body the next morning due to bed bugs,she noticed it from the bite mark on her arm, luckily my bed in the 2nd bedroom dont have it😅.
