Palazzo d'epoca in posizione strategica. Prezzo conveniente
Insonorizzazione non idonea al traffico incessante. Bagni totalmente da rinnovare. Colazione stantìa.

It was great, beautiful house, big kitchen, everything clean. Can't complain about anything. The host is very sympathetic and she helped me with everything I needed and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Would definitely recommend it to everyone :)

Our gracious hostess, Domatillo, was wonderful. She helped with directions to places to visit during our stay and transportation. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The building was an old notory business and built in the 1920s. We had a shared kitchen and 2 baths on our floor. We highly recommend this quaint hotel to others and will definitely stay here again in the future. The elevator is also quite unique.
Nothing.

I got many many informations about genua and the surrounding areas to visit from the flat-owner. She really cares about her hosts which is most appreacciated.
Also the flat is beautiful.
Since my room was on the street side, it was a bit noisy in the night.

A wonderful apartment in original style.
The hostess is so kind! She answers all your questions and helps wherever needed.
Situated only 10 min from Genova PP by train.

This is a wonderful place. If you do not visit this apartment, then you will not recognize Italy and will not feel the Italians, because here you are met by a native Italian. The apartment is really awesome! Large rooms, high ceilings, two shower rooms, . Even the elevator in the entrance captivated us. The owner of the apartment is very friendly, responsible and takes care of her guests. After all, not everywhere you will be treated to tea upon arrival. The area is close to the center and transport is two minutes from the house. Five minutes from the house is one of the stations of the city, from where you can easily go to other parts of Italy. The rest is simply unforgettable, thanks to the apartment and the hostess in which we stayed. I highly recommend. You will be pleasantly surprised.

check-in wasn’t problematic, communication went smooth and well; public transport stations nearby; living room is authentic and quite, nice to spend time with a book; scary old doll in the corridor :)
Though the appartment is situated just 5 min from the railway station and the bus station is just 1-2 min by foot,in order to reach the old town you need either walk 40 min along the huge busy with cars and dusty road or take a 15-20 min bus.
The biggest problem is the NOISE. If you’re not a heavy sleeper the ear pluggs is must have! The cars drive all day and all night long! On weekends you can also have drunk companies arguing just around the corner.
The room size is very small,it’s impossible to stock the essentials near you. It was equiped with ridiculously big wardrobe which occupied half of the room! Except fot that there was a small bench, tiny tiny computer(?)table where the fan is placed so you cannot actually use it as almost no space left. And 2 twin beds put together. There’s no way, just not enought space to separate them, though the room still registeted as „2 single beds”. The room is lightened by the single bulb on the cable hanging from the ceiling. As an additional source of light you’re given a led table lamp (ours wasn’t working, but we received a new one after pretty long discussion).
I saw the other rooms which cost the same money but go by double rooms with 1 bed,not 2 separate. There’re much bigger and have a nice lightening, not the mini led lamp. Unfortunatelly we didn’t assume that our room would be such a big difference for the same money.
The cleanness level is pretty low. The bathrooms are cleaned each day, though both showers remain very moudy which obviously not taken into consideration.
The kitchen is well equiped. But the dishes and other kitchen stuff isn’t so clean as well. Though it’s probably guests fault.
There’s a spacious and beautiful balcony and the patio, but again it’s pretty filthy, the plastic furniture obviously not being cleaned which not encourage you to spend time there, pity.

The host is incredible and responsive, we loved everything about her place and slept well at night. Our room was large and bright during the day. The historic feel to her house is fabulous! The pictures don't do it justice.

A good location, away from the centre but not too far to walk. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and gave great recommendations for things to do and see in and around Genoa. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant and happy stay.

Absolutely gorgeous classic, luxurious, imponent apartment, very comfy and stilish bedrooms and every single utility available: chitchen, two bathrooms, dining room, living room, very spacious terrace. The place is very well positioned for reaching city center easily, either by car, train or public transportation. What made the experience amazing, though, was the host, Domitilla, who was extremely hospitable and available for all needs, cheery and generous (Liguria is not very renowned for its hospitality 😁). I stayed for one entire week with my daughter and the place will certainly remain my future home when in Genoa. Thank you so much & see you soon!

It's basically like living in a museum - all old interiors are kept and it's just very beautiful, it's like a time machine.
Everything you need at the kitchen, good location, nice host and everything is clean.

It was a great stay. The owner is very nice and helpful - I needed some flexibility with the check-in and check-out and I got needed help. I would definitely come back!

The house is a rare find, an excellent example of bygone era architecture and worksmanship. You need to stay there to appreciate it. Facility is very good, terrace is very spacious that spans two levels. Bus stop is just down stairs, and tickets can be purchased in the news stand that's beside it. Train station is a mere 300 meters away.

It was a nice and cosy accommodation. The host is very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for our time in Genova and even for our further trip in Italy!
There is a very big street but the windows are very good so for us it was not a big problem.
