Overview:

Relax, Renew and Refresh in this renovated and freshly upgraded 6th floor beachfront condo at the conveniently located Boardwalk Condominiums in Gulf Shores, AL. Take in unforgettable Gulf views from the balcony watching sunrises and sunsets, changing tides and waves coming ashore.

Enjoy Unit 687, a quiet 1,150 sq. ft. corner unit, which has the benefit of extra windows in the living room and kitchen, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full-baths, a fully-equipped kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms feature a king in the master, a queen in the middle bedroom, and a queen with twin bunk beds in the front bedroom. It features crown molding throughout, beautiful teakwood furniture, tasteful coastal décor, surround sound, ceiling fans in every room along with a wall mounted LCD tv with dish tv channels. There are 4 air purifiers in the unit for fresh air circulation.

to take advantage of as well as up to 2 parking passes & Complimentary Wi-Fi.

Kitchen - Feel at home in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautifully trimmed mahogany cabinets containing ample stemware, dishware and cooking utensils and pots/pans. Elegantly matching granite counter tops have conveniently placed outlets, a coffee maker, toaster, Keurig (bring your pods) and a quality set of cooking knives. The kitchen is also complimented by an icemaker in the refrigerator, a large pantry, and a dishwasher.

Dining/ Living - Dine on the beautiful teakwood table and chairs with seating for 6 or at the counter which comfortably fits 4 bar stools. Lounge on the sofa or settle back in the oversized chair in the living room while you curl up with a movie, take in the ocean views, or gather for a game night.

Bedroom/Bath - Retreat into a master bedroom that features a king size bed, large closet, nightstands and chest of drawers. There is a wall mounted LCD HD SmartTV, a full private bath, and private entrance to the balcony. Guests can enjoy two other bedrooms, which are privately set apart by the entry hallway, where each have queen size beds and the front bedroom also has twin bunk beds, dressers, nightstands, full closets with hangers and extra blankets and pillows, wall mounted LCD HD SmartTVs, alarm clocks with USB ports and shoe racks and luggage racks. Bathrooms are equipped with a double towel rack, a curved shower rod for extra space, a hair dryer and storage under the vanity where extra towels are also provided.

Exterior:
Property: Boardwalk has 10 stories with a total of 70 units with direct Gulf front facing balconies. There are 2 elevators and ample carts for transferring your items as well as a covered area for loading/unloading. There is free parking for guests’ (2) cars whether on-property or in an overflow lot directly across the street. There is a bi-annual safety check of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. The over-sized pool is beach side and provides a sundeck with plenty of seating, lounge chairs and a walkway to the beach.

Location: Located near, but not in, the hustle-n-bustle of Gulf Shores activities, you have convenient access to numerous restaurants, shops, family activities such as mini-golf, dolphin cruises and a waterpark. Additional special outings are available to book such as a round of golf, a fishing trip or sunset cruises. This quaint beach town comes alive with the Shrimp Festival, Blue Angels Events, Hot Air Balloon Festival and live music from a dozen+ outdoor venues such as Lulu’s, the Hangout, at the Wharf and Flora-Bama.

One of the few places that description is spot on. Well stocked condo with extras. Beds were comfortable, furniture clean and not wore out. A/C in perfect working condition, I would recommend this place to everyone. The restaurant Sea & Suds in the front was an added bonus, perfect to go grab a drink & look out over the beach, has a nice deck & great food.

Room was nice location was good the short beach was a huge plus. Definitely need to get a bathroom on the pool level was very challenging at times to get back to your room with kids fo the bathroom from the pool Jodi was very prompt in getting back to me about door code. Only downfall was the balcony smokers below us made it tough sometimes to enjoy the balcony. But overall a great stay

The property was so clean and within walking distance to a store, several restaurants, anything you could need. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. The condo provided lots of floats and beach toys for the kids. The kitchen came equipped with spices and so many things for cooking which was great for breakfast

The condo could have been cleaner. It is dated and we expected that. Right on the beach, restaurant on site. That was handy. Very limited walkability to bars and restaurants other than the Sea and Suds that is on site. Be prepared to wait to get into the place. The property managers were great.

First time staying in a condo in Gulf Shores. Always rented houses, this did not disappoint. The Boardwalk Condos were perfect for our family. Beautiful condo with everything we needed and more. The pool to the beach and the perfect location. The condo was comfy, beautifully decorated and just as it was advertised. We would definitely try a condo again. This one we would try to get everytime! 5 stars!!

We were first timers to the Gulf so everything was a first for us. The condo was clean and we had a great view of the gulf. Was really nice having the Sea and Suds restaurant on site and was a good location to walk to other restaurants, stores and places to site see. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, seasonings, overstock/left over stuff from prior guest for sharing, beach supplies and other stuff that made our stay great. I would recommend this property to anyone and the property manager Jodie was great from start to finish she changed the date of our visit cause I had a scheduling issue and answered questions I had before we came and after we arrived. We will definitely try and stay here again when we come back.

Great condo. Was 9/10 on clean. Was very well stocked with needs for several days. Modern look. Sea N Suds restaurant makes this even a better location. Will definitely be back. Remotes needed batteries was only real problem we had but that’s not a bad thing. Thanks for a great stay!

This stay was absolutely amazing! Great location with the ability to walk to several dining spots(the hangout, sea n suds, etc.) it was so spacious and fit 6 of us easily(3 adults and 3 kids{11yo, 10yo, 6yo}) the hall closet with all the beach toys was a huge hit with the kids. We are already looking to book this spot again in the future!

We stayed in the condo for a month on our first trip to Gulf Shores. The condo is exactly as pictured and I was pleased to find it clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need and is labeled to help keep it tidy. The balcony was where we spent many hours so it was nice to have the Adirondack chairs and a table. To take our beach walks all we had to do was head down the elevator, past the heated pool, and start our journey. The beaches here are beautiful, some of the best I’ve seen. Jodi, the property manager, was great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a soccer tournament in Foley and decided to stay at the beach since we were so close. The location was perfect to get back and forth. For a rental, the condo was stocked with more than usual basic items, which was so nice. Everything was so organized and clean and we really enjoyed our time. There were lots of kids toys for the beach! Having the Sea n’ Suds restaurant just below the building was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again. We ended up bringing a few family members so we had 4 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. Thank you!

The condo was perfect for 7 adults. Had everything we needed and the location was just wonderful! The sunrise and sunsets were absolutely stunning. Parking was a minor issue at times but it was also a very busy weekend being the 4th of July. If I ever come back this way, I would stay in the same condo.
