About this house rental

This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house sits just 1/2 block off the prom and about a block to the aquarium. You can walk around town and down to the beach. No worries about taking the car or packing the kids up. On days when the weather isn't very nice there is a Foosball Table down stairs and Wi-Fi internet to keep the family entertained. Large Sectional couch in living room for the family to enjoy time together, original hardwood floors throughout the living room. 4 bedrooms are upstairs and additional sleeping downstairs (bunks - perfect for kids) With 3 levels to this house, there is plenty of room for the entire group and you don't feel crowded. Great house, lots of space for everyone, can't beat the great location.

We stayed at this gem of a beach house with another family... totaling 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from age 11-16. The house was very comfortable for all - and loved how the kids had their own separate area downstairs. Location was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our group. Its walking distance to the Prom and so convenient to grocery and other shopping. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. A++ for great communication with management team and for them working with special accommodation for our senior Mom and daughter with a broken foot.

This was the perfect place for a late summer getaway with grandkids - convenient to Seaside beaches, arcades, shops, restaurants. House was spacious with lots of beds to choose from, and bunkbeds & games in basement for kids to wind down after a day at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with a large center island to sit around.

Stayed here with another family and the house fit 7 of us great, with room for more. Perfect location and fantastic kitchen. Great selection of beach amenities (boogie boards, toys, chairs, kite) and only half a block to the beach!

Perfect property for families! Nice enough to feel like you’re on vacation, but not pristine, cold, and fragile that you had to tell your kids to be careful every 5 minutes :) The ventilation from the basement to the main floor made noise a challenge for us while we tried to get kids to sleep while playing cards but otherwise- not a bad thing to say! Great property and perfectly stocked kitchen! Would stay again!

Great beach house with all the charm of an bungalow style beach house. Plenty of room to spread out and the beach is 1 block away. Can walk anywhere in Seaside so park the car! Everything is fully stocked and ready to enjoy.

This home has all that a family could ask for! Rooms are comfortable, spacious family room and kitchen and perfect basement for kids to play, relax and sleep! Kitchen has all the amenities and tools you’ll need. Excellent location - beach isn’t far away and shops are just down the street! You won’t be disappointed!

The beautiful remodeled kitchen was wonderful. The furniture was comfortable. I wish they had redone the stairs. They are a bit tricky for older people and toddlers. The beds are super comfortable. Overall it was a good rental.

The house layout was perfect for a multi-family group with 3 king and 1 queen bedroom upstairs and 5 single beds downstairs for the teenage kids!! It is located 1 block from the beach and a short walk to the promenade. It had everything we needed in the kitchen! The electrical outlets don't hold the plug in and we could only locate 1 outlet in each bedroom so bring an extension cord! It is a cool older house (1916) so it could use some deep cleaning, but overall it was a great experience and we will rent there again!! Thank you Lisa and Sharon!

We came, we kited, we dug in the sand, and fed fish to the seals…this comfortable house is perfectly located for our family—8 adults, 4 kiddos (ages. 3.5, 2.5, 1.5 and 10 months) The kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and/or hanging out in and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely book again!

This was a nice house with lots of space and a great location. It could use a deep clean, as there were quite a few dust bunnies and some bathroom mold. Overall we were satisfied and would stay again.

The house is pretty great and desperately needs to be deep cleaned. Its so dirty. The linens were GROSS. Pillows were stinky and mattresses were old and stained. Our stay was good but a main topic of conversation was our desire for the house to be deep cleaned.

With such close access to the beach and to the heart of the town of Seaside there was so much to see and do. Even on a cold wet stormy day this home offers so much to make time with the family cozy and warm.

Older property but a real beach feel. Driveway was challenging for full size SUV. back yard not inviting. Kitchen is well equipment but didn't have all that was listed. for example, no plastics wrap. not a bit deal, but should not list it if it's not there. Weak water pressure, but adequate. Tiny bathrooms and one in the basement so I wouldn't want more than the 4 people we had trying to share those bathrooms. Over all was a nice weekend.
