About this house rental

This beautiful 4000+ square foot home is the perfect gathering place for your family reunion, corporate getaway or group meeting. The spectacular entry opens to an amazing living room with ample seating for your group. Adjacent to the living room is the very large dining room and kitchen. The dining room seats 14 while the kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need with the exception of food. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bath. A Guest half bathroom is located down the hall from the living room. The home also has a fantastic game room.

This “Vacation Home” is equipped for you to be on vacation. No need to bring your bed linens, towels or paper products. This house comes completely equipped.

The LIVING ROOM has two sofas, a love seat and chair from which your group may enjoy the 75 inch flat screen TV. If needed, one of the sofas is a queen sleeper. Enjoy the fireplace on those chilly evenings.

The large DINING ROOM with two tables and bar seating at the end of the kitchen island. Fourteen comfortable upholstered chairs provide ample seating for your entire group.

The KITCHEN, which has more than 50 square feet of counter space, is completely equipped with:

FRONT DECK has a propane BBQ and propane is provided

The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen size bed and 42 inch Flat screen TV. The large walk in closet provides ample room for your belongings. The extra-large bathroom has an unbelievable 4 foot by 7.5 foot shower that has 12 shower heads.

BEDROOMS 2 and 3 are both equipped with queen size beds, 42 inch flat screen TV’s and private bathrooms.

BEDROOM 4 “The Bunk Room” is equipped with two sets of bunks. Each having full size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. Another 42 inch flat screen provides entertainment. This bedroom also has a private bath.

We had a great family gathering at the house. It was spacious with lots of room for the cousins to hang out. They enjoyed fishing at the catch and release lake too. We had an issue with the plumbing at the house but Chris was very responsive and was there the next morning at 6am working outside on the issue. We would stay here again. o

My family and friends liked the spacious of the house, especially the game room and large dining table. Every room had a comfortable bed. The ladies appreciated that each bedroom had a bathroom. Our wine weekend was a success. We can’t wait to do it again.

This is our second time renting the house . It is beautiful. Lots of space . Large open areas for hanging out yet having your own space. The beds are super comfy! Definitely will continue to come back!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway with friends. The layout of the house is great-- it has a large space to gather for meals and playing games, but also bedrooms that are spread out for privacy & quiet. Chris was excellent with communication and check in. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole house was very clean. We appreciated the easy check-in, helpful notes and instructions throughout the house, and how quickly Chris responded to a question we had about using the fireplace. Everyone in our party really enjoyed this lovely home, and we were thankful to be able to use it!

The cabin is the perfect size for 3-4 small families. There was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom (plus an extra bath!). The downstairs has a nice layout of living room/ kitchen/dining room perfect to hang out in. The game room was a fun bonus and perfect for both kids and adults. The cabin is in a great location only about 20 minutes from the snow - we even got a little snow on one of the nights we stayed and the kids built a snowman on the porch. Chris was fast and responsive to the couple questions asked. Two things to note for families with children (especially under 3) - there is an upstairs catwalk connecting the rooms together and the railing has horizontal slats making it easy for kids to climb up. The other is there is no access to a washer or dryer. We had wet clothes from the snow and had to be a little creative with the drying. However, there is a laundromat only a couple minutes away if needed. We can't wait to come back!

We all like the home, very nice and beautiful house. Good management for communication and help but the only problem was house cleaning. Every body pay over $200 for cleaning but unfortunately cleaning crew always take advantage. The BBQ, kitchen stove, kitchen windows and windows’ screen, vacuum cleaner, fire place were dirty and in bad condition. Please be more serious with cleaning crew.

Beautiful and spacious home that allowed our family of 15 to have a memorable trip. The kids and adults both enjoyed the game room. The kitchen and dining tables accommodated our large group comfortably. Overall we enjoyed this home and would definitely recommend it for large groups. We would stay here again without a doubt!

The house is great! Easily sleeps 9 people comfortably. The property manager was easily accessible and allowed us to have a late checkout. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Apparently, the renters before us were messy and the cleaning service did not spend the extra time that it needed to get it clean again. Bathroom walls were dirty, pans and kitchen utensils still had old food on them, etc. But overall a nice place to stay. Our grandkids especially liked playing tennis and ping pong at the clubhouse.

The house was very dirty when we arrived. The kitchen was full of dust and there were barely any pots and pans to use. The few that were available were so dirty and greasy we spent first few hours just to clean kitchen. There was no soap left for dishwasher. The game room was so cold...heater was not properly working. Bath tub was dirty no one wanted to even take shower there. The carpets were so old and had stains all over. This house is in serious need of maintenance. Not worth money I paid for 2 nights.

We have rented other properties in Pine Mountain Club before but none have been as perfect a fit for our family as this one. The amount of space was more than we needed for 10 people and the amenities were superb. The description of the property was exactly what you received. Spot on! Chris, the caretaker of the home, was awesome as well. When we encountered a problem with a rogue smoke detector it was fixed within the hour. We appreciated the extra service. I am sure we will rent this property again.

We rented for Thanksgiving and were pleased with the spacious kitchen and the large dining table. After making some adjustments for cooking at altitude, our dinner came together nicely. The kitchen is well-stocked. The house is large and offers ample space to be together but with space enough for everyone to be comfortable. Getting to and from the property from the LA area was easy even with the increased Thanksgiving traffic.

Third trip with close friends to this property, and it continues to be a favorite! Lots of space, well furnished and beds were comfortable. We were so happy to find a cabin in this area that could accommodate our large group! All communication with the manager went very well, and we really appreciated being able to reach him when we discovered the internet connection wasn't working upon arrival. He got right on it and notified the service provider who had the problem fixed by the morning. The cabin was spacious, very clean, and we really appreciated having five bathrooms. The reason for giving four stars instead of five is that there were several items that are in need of repair. There were two doors that could not be used because the locks were broken. There were a few bedroom windows that had shades that could not be raised or that were temporary shades. And, as other reviewers have noted, there were some carpet stains here and there. Also, right outside the game room, there's a bare dirt area with a lot of weeds... As another reviewer mentioned, there's not much outside seating, and the chairs outside are just folding chairs that aren't very comfortable. This dirt area could be converted to a lovely patio with an awning perhaps. Back to great things about the cabin! The beds were comfortable, the sheets were soft and the bath towels were lovely. All the little signs around the cabin helped us know what was expected of us. The kitchen was spacious, had everything we needed plus lots of cabinets that were empty so that we could put away our groceries. The only thing we couldn't find that would have been nice is a garlic press. We truly appreciated all the helpful maps, lists, and printed documents that were left for us so we could find our way around the town and leave the cabin in good order. If I knew somebody wanting to visit Pine Mountain Club and had a large group, I would definitely recommend this cabin!
