About this villa rental
Bring nothing but a smile and you will be fine in Paradise. Totally stocked with nice kitchen ware, great linens, beach chairs, bikes, beach toys and the list goes on and on. Outside furniture galore as well as a gas grill . Very important because you won't want to be inside until after dark ! There is also two large beach canopies that you may use as well as a cooler. Nice televisions in two of the bedrooms. Internet access and free long distance.

Lets keep this simple, it truly was a slice of paradise! The place was perfect in every which way! From kitchen supplies, to sleeping arrangements, to being so close to the beach, i couldn't ask for a better place. The menories made here will last a lifetime!

Grandson had an asthma issue the whole time. He’s highly allergic to dogs. This may be why ? My dog has hair, so he’s not allergic to her, just fur dogs. All in all a great visit.

This was a great vacation spot. Fully stocked house, great location and easy to get around. Close to Publix and Starbucks was close too. We were able to come up for lunch and head back down to the beach for the rest of the day. We found a couple of great restaurants. We will stay here again.

Great location right on the beach! Gorgeous view able to see the sunrise while sitting on the huge deck with plenty of seating. Nice stairs going to the beach. 2nd year staying here we enjoy the location so much. Close to everything!

Our stay was pleasurable. The sunrises were magnificent. We actually got outstanding photographs of the moon. Grocery shopping was easy as 2 places available in the area. The house was beautifully decorated, so comfortable and well stocked with all things necessary for everyday living. The deck was lovely. The beach was so accessible, clean, friendly. If you are a pool person that also was available.

Paradise is an appropriate name for the property. One can sit on the deck and listen to the waves crash ashore and feel the sunshine on your face. You don't even have to go onto the beach to have a connection with the ocean.

Second time staying here and love the location, the house and the community. Was disappointed to see what the hurricane did to the dunes, but the deck is still great! 50' from tent to fridge is hard to beat. Would love to stay here again.

From the moment we stepped foot in the rental it was absolutely perfect. We loved the double sliding doors overlooking the ocean. The community was beautiful and well maintained. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed including beach towels.The beach is wide and not overcrowded. We highly recommend this property and want to come back soon!

Wonderful house right on the beach. The last step to the beach is a bit high. Have to pull yourself back up from t h e beach sand. The lights in the house are really dim. I opened the shades during the day and had plenty of light just at night it needs more lighting. Love the deck! Plenty of seating. Fantastic area with several great restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and amenities of the house were great. The weather wasn’t the best this week so we weren’t able to access the back deck like we would have liked to but obviously no one has any control over the weather. House was stocked well. There were a number of missing lightbulbs and the loft area could really use a dresser but other than that it was a perfect location for two families.

This is our second year staying at Sea Dunes. The property had major damage from hurricane Ian. The owner got repairs done quickly including access to the beach. Our stay end of March was wonderful.

Great location and building. Larger than we expected and very well furnished and outfitted. We only used a small portion of what was available. The raised outside deck was delightful to sit and read on. What a great view!!!!

Cannot beat the location and view! Kitchen supplies were awesome with nothing left to need. Had lots of friends over for BBQing with lots of room to maneuver. We hope to return again next year. Spent lots of time on the patio deck looking at the ocean up close and personal.

Paradise on NSB
This little piece of paradise exceeded our expectations from the moment we pulled in until we checked out. It was clean, open, comfortable, well cared for, beautifully decorated and nothing beats the location. Best spot on NSB. It was also a pleasure communicating with the host! I hesitate to share this review, because I’d like to keep this beauty a secret. LOL! We had a wonderful week and look forward to our next stay!! Thank you so much!!

Great location, right on the beach, tremendous view of the ocean and sunrise. Fully equipped with almost everything we needed. We will definitely do it again.
Only issue was no TV in one bedroom and the TV in loft was not working. Other than that,.... it was absolutely wonderful.

Spectacular ocean views & beach access!
Perfect location for our family vacation! The view of the ocean was phenomenal, the beach was great for playing, and we were conveniently located to restaurants and sightseeing activities. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our week!

Another great visit
Hands down this is our favorite place to stay on the beach. The memories our family makes here each year is priceless. Three generations stay together here (my parents and my children) and the house suites everyone’s needs perfectly.

Excellent choice for families and pets!
Very well equipped inside as well as updated furnishings and decor. Truly a home away from home. Pet friendly is awesome!! Would suggest adequate outdoor lighting, only had 1 dim light. Bikes and canopy need updated for this price point but I would assume it's a struggle to maintain with sand and surf rusting chains and screws. Beds are so comfy towels are in excellent shape. Master and loft have poor lighting. Very roomy indoors and out! Huge indoor dining area plenty of outdoors seating all in great shape. All beach equipment, towels and toys are readily available. Our teenagers never ran out of things to do! We look forward to coming back! Bring bug spray for evenings. Dogs not allowed on beach so we went to local dog beach for exercise. She loved every second of the beachfront location and had plenty of deck room to roam. Publix less than 1 mile away. Beach was very pleasant, not over crowded or a party zone.

Winter respite
It was the perfect spot for my family. Two couples and a small dog. The beach is right out the door and the landscaping in the community is exceptional. The landscaping has the dunes built up with beautiful plant life that do their job in protecting the property. A great place to come and let all your cares float away.

Perfect Location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room, easy access with parking, great access to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Plus, less people populating the beach. Also we’re able to see a couple rocket launches from Spacex. So happy, we’ll return next year.

Great January stay
We spent a great January at Sea Dunes. We've stayed at a number of locations in Florida, and this was the best; a great view of the beach, a clean house with all the amenities and wonderful restaurants close by. It was terrific.

House has everything you need.
This house is perfect. It is FULLY stocked with everything you need, just bring your clothes. Beach chairs, tents, bicycles, etc. are all there, no need to bring any of it. We have found our new place in NSB, and we have been coming for 40 years.

Staycation
We are local from the Orlando area and know NSB very well. We just wanted a large enough house right on the beach for a week away with our family. This house provided exactly what we were looking for. The location was awesome, right on the beach which was key with two young toddlers. The large deck was a huge plus, we hung out there every morning and evening and the kids had a great time playing on it. The living area and kitchen were nice and spacious and the 6 adults and 2 kids we had in our group fit perfectly with tons of room to spare. The house is also fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels, you name it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for the prompt communication and awesome accommodations!

Family staycation
Our family had a fabulous stay at Janice’s place over the week of 4th of July. Plenty of space, all the necessities like towels and kitchen goods and even beach toys and chairs and umbrellas. We hope to return for another visit again!

We stayed in A-2 for two weeks. The view from the outside deck and seating area was perfect. Being directly on the beach, it was just a quick few feet out the gate and down the stairs to get to the sand and sea. Vehicles aren't allowed on this part of the beach, so it seemed much more secluded than areas less than a mile north. Overall, the property was clean and most things we needed were already available from kitchenware to linens to all sorts of beach toys. We never saw anyone else in the community pool, and the unit next to us only had people staying in it a handful of nights so it seemed like we had the place to ourselves.The TV was a little difficult to figure out with two identical remote controls (Spectrum in the provider) for powering on the TV and the cable box, but we eventually managed it.From time to time, service people would enter the property from the front gate unannounced to spray for pests or tend to the landscaping. All fine unless you have the blinds open in your bedroom and you're not expecting someone to be looking back at you from outside.Would definitely stay here again!
