About this house rental
This property is located minutes away from the adventures and attractions that Niagara Falls ' Ontario Canada. has to offer, a spacious three bedroom (plus 2 additonal separate sleeping areas) and two and a half bath that engages eight people easily, The fourth sleeping area is downstairs with a pull out sofa bed and fouton, private washroom with shower and kitchenette as well as a 43" smart TV . A private fifth sleeping room with attached bathroom is at the entrance way with a twin bed but can be a bit cooler in the winter . A wonderful wrap around deck is absolutely fantastic for people watching ! The path in front of the home leads right up to the old casino and across the driveway from the train station, bus station and Go Train. The large bedrooms have queen beds as well as a pull out single bed and the smaller bedroom has two double beds and the home sleeps 8 comfortably. Two bedrooms provide Netflix options that are included as well as WiFi and cable throughout the home and third bedroom has DVD. We do have a work space available if you need to squeeze in some work time into your day. Look outside the kitchen window and you can admire a beautiful walking path and many travelers and locals walking their path leads to the Old Casino and turn around the corner and you are in downtown Niagara Falls, take a bike ride or short drive along the Niagara River and visit the quaint town of Niagara On the Lake for some wine tasting tours or just a scenic view of beauty that Niagara Falls has to offer WE ACCEPT ALL PETS REGARDLESS OF SIZE as they are part of the family and we welcome them! . Loved staying here for our Niagra Falls vacation. Lots of small personal touches for both us and our dogs. Great location for transportation to all the attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Niagara. Thanks for helping to make our vacation great!!!

The house was well equipped. The craft area was a great idea! House had tons of space.
Outside could have used a spring cleanup, so many spider webs. Did not enjoy the plastic mattress cover because sheets did not stay on. Made a pot of coffee and there was mold that came out.

This was the best VRBO we have visited. The house was well organized and had everything we needed. Location was great, close enough that we could walk to the falls and most attractions. Also close to the bus and train stations. Host was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our adult family vacation: plenty of space for 6 adults, full kitchen, living room, 2 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, plenty of towels and extra linens for all of us. One block from the bus to see all the sights. Which was a huge bonus for getting around without worry. We also rented bikes with the house.

The property was as described to accommodate everyone. 3 bedrooms upstairs and the area downstairs long with 2 full bedrooms and a half bath. Fresh linens, the little extras along with the wine and snacks - our hosts thought of everything! Thank you for a wonderful weekend get away!

We had a really great time here it was my son’s birthday and we had to come up for business so we were able to give him some privacy with his own space in the basement and keep our kids upstairs with us.

Great location! Walking distance to a car show on Tuesday nights. Walking (albeit a little far for a toddler) distance to the falls. Short drive to Niagara on the lake and over a dozen wineries! Good activities and games for the little ones at the house. Just across from a playground if you have children.

Very Accommodating!
There was 8 of us in my group. The house was spacious and accommodating for all of us.
Their porch is great if you just want to relax with your group with some cocktails. Sleeping arrangements were easy to navigate. Jamie the host was easy to communicate with. The welcome present and note was a great added touch!
Overall this rental was great will definitely look into booking again if I need to stay in Niagara Falls again.

Perfect place for Niagra get away
My family and pooch spent a few night using this perfect little house as home base to see all that the area had to offer. Easy walk to restaurants. Close to falls without feeling line you were living in all the craziness down there!

Great Stay in Niagara
The property was great for our family of four and most importantly our two dogs. It was convenient to the local area and attractions. Also, the property manager did a great job with the logistics and had coffee and snacks available, which is a first for us out of many VRBO stays. The inside was a bit run down and the shower drain need some cleaning as it backed up from hair, which was a tad off-putting but manageable. Overall, it would be a good place to stay with a large crowd and pets!

Perfect location, child/pet friendly
We had a lovely visit we are a couple in our 40s au pair in 20s, 1 teen and 2 tweens. We all had our own space in the house. Location was perfect healthy walking distance from everything. Parking convenient food and toiletries all available and extremely helpful and scrumptious. We Felt welcome. Arrived early and the house was ready. Wonderful family vacation.

Great location and excellent amenities
We had a great time at this property. Jaime and Neil got special treats and activities for the kids. They even got a little toy for our pet. Everything in Niagara Falls is very close from here. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic hosts
Jaime and Neil take great care to provide their guests with "home comforts" that go above and beyond any host. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with many snacks (packaged sweets) and breakfast items (oatmeal, cereal). They welcome guests with a choice bottle of local wine among other items. Although there is the standard binder with information on the rental and things in the area, the house is also generously labeled throughout with tips on how to use certain things, what the beds will feel like, where to find extra blankets, etc. All in all, it's easy to tell they have put a lot of thought into being great hosts and making your stay, for however long, as comfortable as possible.

Very space us and nice we all enjoyed the place well stocked for breakfast good choices. had a dog bed and treats for the dog and nice beds. what was very notable was every thing was labeled to say what it was for or what was inside. I enjoyed the bottle of wine.

Great stay in Niagara Falls
Well located in an older neighbourhood and very clean property with owners who genuinely care about their guests' experience. Nice to be close but not too close to the fun at the Falls and on Clifton Hill. Lots of space, excellent tv/wifi and comfortable bedding. Check out cruise night on Queen just a short walk away - an unexpected family favourite.

Excellent experience
We stayed 1 night only but wished we could of stayed longer. Jaime and Neil were excellent (non contact) hosts. Greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolates, dog treat for my dog and a “welcome enjoy your stay” sign. The house was exactly like the pictures and super clean. I would recommend this stay and would return whenever possible.

Amazing place
Really beautiful house. Hosts were amazing ,very responsive and helpful when needed. Check-in was seamless. My friends and I were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolate. Very close to the main strip. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Jaime and Neil!

Excellent stay
Very clean, well maintained home, good location, with all necessary precautions for COVID in place. This is one of the few holiday homes that is pet friendly, so I was very happy to have my pet with me.

Great weekend getaway
Spent the weekend with in laws and our dog. We were welcomed to the home with a great basket of chocolates and wine for the humans and a bone for our pup. The house was clean and inviting. Just what we wanted after the drive. The Olympic trail to the "tourist" areas was great for the dog walks and for getting down to the falls. We're already talking about our next trip up when we can spend more time and explore more. The location and hospitality we experienced with this home makes us want to come back to revisit Niagara Falls.

Vacation home rental
As we drove up to this home, we knew we had made a great decision. The owners of this home made sure that our vacation rental experience was completely a wonderful experience. The home was located near everything. A walking path was just a few feet from the door and you could walk to all the attractions. This was the best vacation we have ever taken and this vacation home was a large part of our outstanding experience. Thanks for being such thoughtful host.

Location, Location, Location...
We arrived to a very spacious, beautiful home that was perfect for our stay. It was decorated so well. It was a block from the wego bus line that took us all around town for a small fee that was well worth it. The info book had lots of things to do and instructions for leaving. The owner also emailed me to let me know about a car show and street party up on Queen street which was impressive. Also, there was a park with playground within walking distance. The yard and porch was a great place to gather. We would highly recommend the place as I guarantee it will not disappoint.

Perfect for our family
We did not know or plan much before visiting Niagara Falls. We chose this home because it looked like a good fit for us, and we’re glad that we were right! Jaime and Neil thought of everything from snacks/breakfast to labels on light switches/remotes/cabinets to a craft area for kids, and we very much appreciated their thoughtfulness. The home is also right beside a playground, which was perfect for our son. Had I planned a little better, I would have definitely purchased one of the Niagara Falls Adventure Passes, because we did many of the included activities and the pass also includes bus passes (and the home is right next to the bus line). Parking can be expensive near the Falls, so I would have done this ahead of time had I done more research, and I recommend looking into it for anyone staying at this home. Walking is also an option (my husband and our oldest son walked our dog there one day), but our 7 year old tires easily! Overall, we were so pleased. It provided easy access to both the falls and the lake area, and we loved it everything about it.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this house. The home is set up by Jaime and Neil to be very welcoming, so we all felt at home as soon as we arrived. My nieces were excited by all the fun areas and activities made available to them. Even my dog felt at home and we took advantage of the walking path being so close. I have stayed at many homes around the world and I have to say that this one was set up to meet all our needs (and ones we had not even thought of). I will definitely recommend this house to my friends and would stay here again. Thanks so much!
