Um hotel CasaLô, um lugar acolhedor, charmoso e bem localizado. Ótimo custo-beneficio! Voltaria de novo com certeza!

Atendimento e a atenção dos funcionários é excepcional. É linda e aconchegante a área comum, possui um paisagismo que cuidou de preservar as árvores nativas na construção do hotel. O café da manhã é delicioso com grande variedade de alimentos e servido na varanda de cada quarto toda manhã. Bem íntimo, acolhedor. Chuveiro do quarto excelente

Gostamos praticamente de tudo. São pequenos detalhes como o cabideiro de toalha do banheiro que estava desparafusado. Alguns pratos da louça de porcelana vieram trincados e, por fim, na área externa pequenos pontos na parede e na piscina precisavam de pintura pq desgataram com o uso, a maresia e a umidade. Manutenções básicas para o hotel ficar perfeito.

A piscina é EXCELENTE, eles disponibilizam toalhas para uso externo. Acomodação boa (com exceção da caixinha de fósforo). Prestem atenção ao escolherem o quarto para não pegar caixinha de fósforo. As demais acomodações são excelentes. A recepção é muito solícita e educada. Limpeza excelente. O café da manhã é satisfatório.

A pousada é composta por "caixinha de fósforo", quarto sala e duplex. Os quartos "caixinha de fósforo" estavam com cheiro de mofo. Porém, o gerente resolveu rápido e, no dia seguinte, já vimos os quartos sendo reparados. O café da manhã é confuso. Temos que planejar a hora de acordar pois o café é com hora marcada. O recolhimento do café é inconveniente, pega a gente em momentos inapropriados para atender à porta. Escolher o café com muita antecedência não é muito legal, não sei qual será minha fome no dia seguinte. O gerente sempre com cara de quem comeu e não gostou. Ao contrário de TODOS os outros funcionários, o gerente demonstra falta de trato com o hóspede.

Eine grüne Oase um zertrampelten Nationalpark

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Pool eignet sich zum Schwimmen. An der Rezeption sprach man teilweise sogar Englisch. Ruhig. Grosses Appartement. Sauber.

Internet mässig. Teuer. Late-check-out nicht möglich. Sollte aber bei diesem Preis einfach drinliegen. Küche karg ausgerüstet.

Conforto e natureza

Hotel super aconchegante com instalações excelentes, em que a arquitetura preservou a natureza. Apartamento muito confortável, amplo e limpo. Localização tmabém muito boa, perto de tudo. Equipe ótima, café da manhã muito bom. A piscina é um espetáculo a parte!!! Adoramos tudo.

Very nice and pleasant!

The property is in a great location 8 to 10 min walk to the principal road. The breakfast is served in/by the room, which is cozy and very private. There’s a table and chairs just outside each room so you can enjoy the breakfast with your crowd while close to nature. The hotel is also super green, with lots of trees, plants and bird flying around. Finally, The staff is super attentive and nice.

The ar conditioning is not enough to make the room cold, so it’s always somewhat warm (which is okay). The bed mattress is over a wood frame that makes quite some noise.

O café da manhã e a piscina são bons. A localização é boa e em uma rua tranquila, apesar de não estar próxima às principais da vila.

Há 5 quartos nos fundos da pousada que são pequenos para quem deseja passar mais dias na pousada. Foi o nosso caso, que ficamos 8 dias em um quarto pequeno. Não havia local para abrir as malas. Tivemos que abrir no chão do quarto.

Excepcional. Buena relación precio-calidad

Posada con mucho estilo, decoración rústica y cuidada, todo muy bien mantenido y muy agradable a la vista. Rodeada de vegetación exuberante y mucho verde, tiene un gran diseño paisajístico. Me encantó la piscina y el entorno exterior, con lindos espacios para el relax. Óptima temperatura de la piscina, de día y de noche. Excelente limpieza. El colchón y ropa de cama son muy cómodos. Un detalle algo inconvenientes en referencia a la cama y es que queda pegada a la pared, por lo cual una de las personas no puede salir fácilmente, ni tiene mesa de noche para apoyar un vaso con agua, etc. Desayuno: lo sirven en la terraza de la habitación. El dia anterior hay que completar un formulario con lo que deseas pedir y la hora preferida. Tienen algunas limitantes en lo que puedes pedir. Buen café. Personalmente, ese sistema no me gusta. Una de las veces se olvidaron de traer leche, por lo cual debí tomar café negro, ya que para llegar a la recepcion hay que bajar escaleras y atravesar todo el alojamiento.Y ninguna de las dos veces trajeron sal para agregar a los huevos revueltos, por lo cual el sabor no era el esperado. Los dos días que estuvimos, llegó a la hora pedida, pero prefiero el sistema tradicional de desayuno, sin tanta planificación, pudiendo despertarme sin horario cuando estoy de vacaciones. Me resulta más cómodo poder ver las opciones y elegir según lo que me apetece ese día, pudiendo repetir alguna cosa que me haya gustado, lo cual en este sistema, claramente no es posible.

No me gustó que la cama esté pegada a la pared, al tener que pasar por arriba de la otra persona para salir y no tener mesa de noche, donde apoyar un vaso con agua.

A comfortable oasis in Jeri!

The hotel was beautiful, and very well maintained. Quiet, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Transport to and from the hotel was easy, and the location is very good.

The setup for breakfast was a little unconventional. You need to order the day before, and select a time for when you want to receive your breakfast. Generally, this is okay, but sometimes your mood changes or you don't want to eat at the time you originally specified. With this setup, they leave your breakfast outside your door regardless if you're there or not. There are also a number of cats on the property which are cute, but they are accustomed to begging for food. If the hotel wants to keep the cats around, please take care of the cats yourselves. Feed them properly so they don't come to guests to beg for food.

Amazing hotel in Jeri

In the morning, an amazing brazilian breakfast is served in the room. The pool area is fantastic. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. To the left of the hotel, across the street, there is a great small convenient store. The hotel also found for us an amazing guide (Mauro) with buggy for three days to get to know the area that we strongly reccomend.

Jeri's center is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the main beach is between 10 and 15 min walking. While we really liked being in a quiet location, the walk to the main beach can be a bit long under the hot sun for children and older adults. We were a party of four and had a one-bedroom apartment and a suite. The suite was a bit small for 2 guests.

Nice Pousada

Pool is very nice. Good breakfast. Verdant with a tropical feel. Staff are friendly and helpful. wifi was good and reliable.

Room was on the small side. Breakfast ordering system was a bit inconsistent but no major problems. The cheaper downstairs rooms have a communal vibe.

Amazing Hotel

The property is uniquely beautiful (everything from the landscaping to the room interiors). The details are well-thought out. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool and outdoor areas are comfortable and relaxing. The staff are awesome! (very nice and very helpful).
