#Our apartment will provide you and your family the perfect vacation rental right in the heart of Aventura. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit will comfortably fit a family of eight including children or a group of six adults.
Here is a description of our beautifully decorated, fully furnished in a modern style unit:

-MASTER BEDROOM: Large suite with a king size bed. Comfortable mattress with springs and double pillow top, private bathroom, walk-in closet, 42' Plasma w/ remote control and Cable TV, luggage holder, security safe, table lamps, alarm clock.
-BEDROOM 2: Two twin beds, night stand with table lamp, dresser, luggage holder and closet.
-BEDROOM 3: Two double beds, baby crib (upon request), nightstand with table lamp, chest of drawers, luggage holder and walk-in closet.

KITCHEN:
- Kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances! Washer and Dryer are also available inside apartment. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, cordless electric kettle, large microwave, refrigerator, freezer w/ outside cold water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, SHABBAT HOT PLATE and more...

The Yacht Club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a resort-style large heated pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, two tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.
Its great location provides very easy and convenient access to South Beach, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale area. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more!
Get your work-out on at the Yacht Club Gym, or go for a nice evening stroll in the 3-mile jogging and exercise trail going around the prestigious Turnberry Golf Course, located right outside the residence.

Terms and Agreement:
CLEANING FEE:
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $180.
CONDOMINIUM FEE:
We charge $110 condominium fee which includes the use of the amenities and a decal with barcode for your car which allow you to enter the condominium without having to wait in line.
RENTAL CONTRACT:
When booking your vacation through the VRBO booking located at the top right of the page, you will be prompted to read our cancellation policy and our house rules. Once you have accepted the policies, we will review the reservation specs and make a decision as to accept or reject the rental. Once we have accepted, the first payment of 50% of the cost will be processed. 21 days before the arrival date, you will need to complete the second payment which will be the other 50% of the cost. Upon us receiving your second payment, we will send you a Condominium Registration Form through e-mail and we ask that you send it back at your earliest convenience. This is done in order to comply with the condominium rental policies.
Upon your arrival at our apartment, we ask that you provide us with credit card information so that we can hold it as our security deposit. The credit card will be charged in the case of damage property or serious violations of apartment policy.
CHECK-IN & OUT:
The time of check-in is 4PM and time of check-out is at 11AM. We may be flexible if we do not have another renter coming or leaving in the same day.

This place was worth it the price, I love it. Close to everything and very secure. I love the fact that there was security 24/7. The host was amazing and very helpful.

Our family first vacation together
This property was clean.. everything was amazing.. we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning to drink our coffee and also some nights to eat dinner.. we were very close to all of the things we needed.. South beach was only a 39 minute drive.. I would definitely recommend this place to stay..

We really enjoyed our stay at Mario's Condo. The location of the condo is at the corner of two busy streets, so in the morning you will hear horns honking (a Miami thing) as your wakeup alarm around 8:00 AM. Since I'm kinda an early riser, it didn't bother me much. You can't walk to the beach as there is no walking allowed on the William Lehman Causeway. We decided to Uber to the beach on Collins Blvd. The Condo was very clean and is just as the pictures show. Mario was a pleasure to work with especially since we had a very late check-in. Publix grocery store was close by. Aventura is a very nice area and very safe. Thank you Mario for an excellent experience!

Aventura Yacht Club property is very nice
We really enjoyed our stay at Mario's Condo. The location of the condo is at the corner of two busy streets, so in the morning you will hear horns honking (a Miami thing) as your wakeup alarm around 8:00 AM. Since I'm kinda an early riser, it didn't bother me much. You can't walk to the beach as there is no walking allowed on the William Lehman Causeway. We decided to Uber to the beach on Collins Blvd. The Condo was very clean and is just as the pictures show. Mario was a pleasure to work with especially since we had a very late check-in. Publix grocery store was close by. Aventura is a very nice area and very safe. Thank you Mario for an excellent experience!

This is a nice 3 BR condo. The pre-vacation / check-in process is lengthy but manageable. The condo is right on a corner overlooking a busy intersection, so as other reviews have mentioned, the traffic can be loud. However, the flip side of this is that if you have kids that like cars, you can see some very nice cars while watching traffic.
The condo is somewhat sparsely appointed - it's not lived in, clearly just a repeat rental, so there's nothing homey. It's a hotel with 3 BR and a kitchen. Just the basics are provided. They are very up-front about this, so they still get full stars, but they aren't kidding about the basics.
There really isn't a view to speak of, it's of the roads; the only balcony opens up to that intersection. Getting into the property requires some problem-solving when navigating Florida's U-turn lanes and frontage roads. Publix is nice and close and the grill by the pool is large and easy to grill on. The pool is nice as well as the hot tub. The playground is so tiny it's barely there, and the tennis courts/basketball court were functional although we didn't use them.
The beach is about 10 minutes away, the airport around 35 (as always depending on horrendous Miami traffic). This unit and these properties are convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants.
All in all, we had a good time and the unit is exactly as represented. The owner had great communication and ensured that we had a pack and play, even though I forgot until two days before to ask for it.

Amazing!!!
We had a WONDERFUL stay here. Such a beautiful apartment with all the amenities in a great location. The property owners were extremely attentive and responsive. We had a few issues on our arrival day (delayed flight, navigation issues to the apartment, had to stop several times for our baby on the way) and they were so understanding and communicated with us constantly until our arrival. We also had some issues with wifi and they arrived to fix it extremely promptly.
Our only negative about the place is that it’s on a noisy street and we were woken up several times by loud honking, screaming, loud music from cars, etc.
Highly recommend.

The property was updated and very clean. The unit was exactly as advertised and stocked with everything needed. Mario was very responsive with any questions and communication. Process to check in and out was smooth. We would certainly stay there again.

Our family enjoyed the property. Plenty of room in the condo for our family of 5 including 3 children. The pictures are a true depiction of the condo
If you asked the kids they would say their favorite part was the pool. Although we had nice weather in the 70’s we were so pleased that the pool was heated. We literally spent 2 full days just watching the kids swim.
Location was convenient and close to many restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Hollywood beach and the boardwalk was our favorite and very family friendly.
The only downside is the early mornings were a bit loud with traffic. Floridians must be very impatient with their excessive use of honking their horns during rush hour.

Nice and clean apartment. Good location and the amenities at the condo are nice (gym and pool). Not for noisy families though, neighbors live there and the wall and floors are thin. If you have small kids you have to be aware you might have complains... we loved anyway and Mario is aways avaiable and kind.

Nous avons loué pour la 1ère fois un appartement et l'expérience a été fantastique. Nous connaissons très bien Miami et surtout le quartier d'Aventura. L'appartement est comme décrit sur les photos et le séjour a été parfait.
Petite remarque : un lecteur dvd aurait été le bienvenu pour les enfants.
Nous reviendrons à Miami et reprendrons la même location.

it was clean, had everything you need, beds and linens were fine and Mario, the landlord was pleasant. It was a fair price for the condo and the reason is because it is on the 2nd floor facing the street. But it was not noisy, just no view of anything.

Family Vacation
This location was perfect for us. Near everything our family enjoys...Racetracks (Horse and Dogs) Casinos, Excellent shopping, Great places to eat, Beaches, and the on site Pool was beautiful.
The property was very clean and the photos accurately reflect the present appearance of the apt.
Mario was very helpful in answering any questions that we had...and I must add that the rental process was very professional and ran very smooth.
It was a pleasure to meet both Mario and Marcella at the apt and I can say YES we would recommend to both family and friends.
When we travel to the area again with multiple family members we will always consider this unit first...the floor plan provided privacy for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aventura Yacht club condo. It’s very spacious, clean and well maintained. It’s completely furnished and had everything we needed. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The Yacht Club is conveniently located by the Aventura mall and lots of great restaurants! The area is very safe and quiet. We had a great time and a wonderful vacation!

This was our first time booking via VRBO and we fully enjoyed our stay at Marcela and Mario’s condo. Marcela answered all our questions prior to our arrival. We felt right at home at the spacious and clean condo. The gated community made us feel safe. We fully enjoyed the pool and the tennis court at the Yacht Club. The location was great for visiting Miami or driving to Boca Raton. I would recommend this location for visitors with cars. Also – great shopping and dining at the Aventura Mall that is even within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Miami area next time.

Seven of us stayed in this Aventura condo and we all loved it. It was our first experience in booking a VRBO home and we were very nervous in doing so, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Mario was a very friendly person and the location was excellent. The condo was very comfortable and clean and it had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!
