TWO (2) BEDROOM, TWO (2) BATH PRESIDENTIAL SUITE WITH JACUZZI BATHTUB & OCEAN VIEW!
*** If you are looking for a larger/smaller unit (or multiple units), just ask me or check out any of my other units at the same resort listed here under listing numbers: 352347, 352333 & 63189.
* Note: GREAT WEEKS are pre-reserved for your convenience! Enjoy the privilege of playing the spectacular new QUIVIRA GOLF COURSE -- designed by Jack Nicklaus himself -- opened in late 2014 and available ONLY to guests staying at one of the Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo!!!
In most cases, the room number/location will be assigned upon check-in, just like any typical hotel reservation (special requests accepted, but not guaranteed), but you will get an ocean view room.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (Sleeps 8; 2 bedroom/2 bath) is a single story unit with spacious furnished balcony/patio, kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no oven), living room and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It has one king size bed (in the master bedroom), two double beds (in the second bedroom), plus a sofa bed in the living room. Housekeeping can push the two beds together and make them up as one giant king, if you like. The 2,100 square foot Presidential Suite (total including balcony/patio) is three times the size of the Junior Suite! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. It also has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit -- for maximum privacy -- with the living room, dining area and kitchen in the middle.
If you rent directly from the resort, they will charge you extra guest fees for more than 4 guests staying in the suite, but not with my rentals. Bring up to 8 guests at no extra charge. Rent from me and SAVE $$$!
ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN & WIFI OPTION...
The all inclusive meal plan is optional and would be payable directly to the resort after the reservation is officially transferred into your name. They require a minimum purchase of 3 consecutive days, and it must cover all guests staying in the same unit. Their current discounted rates for purchasing the all inclusive for 7 nights and paying prior to your arrival date are roughly $90/night per adult, $75/night for juniors age 12-17 (or seniors 60+), $45/night for kids age 5-11 and free for toddlers age 0-4. Rates may be higher for less than 7 nights and much higher if you wait until check-in to purchase. Even if you choose not to purchase the all inclusive, you can still use your credit card (or room charge) for all of the resort restaurants, bars and room service. In addition, there are lots of great affordable restaurants, bars and nightclubs in downtown Cabo, just a 5 minute cab ride from the resort! WiFi service is included free with the all inclusive option, otherwise it costs $12/day or $6/day paid prior to arrival. WiFi packages cover up to 4 devices connected at a time.
Accommodations include: Central A/C, flat panel HDTV (upgraded in 2013) with satellite reception, and fully appointed kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no oven). The furniture is all made of beautiful Mahogany wood, and the decor is beautifully appointed in stonework with natural earth tones. The suite includes free twice daily maid service. Guests are provided with full access and room charging privileges at four Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo (Rose, Blanco/Los Cabos, Pacifica and Sunset Beach). Pueblo Bonito even provides free Mercedes bus shuttle services between their resorts, so it's only a 15 minute shuttle ride or a 10 minute taxi ride to the perfect location for water sports and swimming in the Sea of Cortez! The resort offers every upscale amenity imaginable, including 24-hour room service, a pillow menu, and much more!!! Free 24/7 golf carts will chauffeur you door-to-door anywhere around Sunset Beach.
You'll have access to miles of private beaches and Sunset Beach's 16,000 square foot European spa & fitness center, as well as all the other amenities and restaurants at the 5-star Sunset Beach Resort & Spa. There is a mini-market and a deli right onsite for stocking your kitchen with food and beverages. For larger food purchases, you are only 10-15 minutes drive from the nearest Costco or City Club (no membership required) big box retailers.
The resort offers a full ($32) or half day ($22) Kids Club (ages 4-11) with arts & crafts, games, pool activities, movies and more -- plus optional 24 hour babysitting services -- so adults can really enjoy themselves in peace and quiet while soaking up the beauty and opulence of this exquisite resort and spa!
Sunset Beach is terraced on a hillside overlooking a pristine stretch of soft sand beach, so the ocean views are breathtaking -- including the most spectacular sunrises & sunsets.
Due to the strong undertow on the Pacific Ocean, there is no swimming allowed in the ocean right on Sunset Beach. However, there are several massive freeform pool areas with swim-up restaurant/bars and spectacular views available -- including the beachfront pool area and the new 'Sky Pool' with an amazing view overlooking the entire resort! The soft, clean sand at Sunset Beach is ideal for long walks or an afternoon game of beach volleyball. The resort even provides free use of cabanas with lounge chairs, both poolside and on the beach!
Sunset Beach is only 10 minutes drive or a free 15 minute Mercedes bus shuttle ride to the calm swimming waters and watersports available at Medano Beach (on the Sea of Cortez) and the adjacent marina -- walking distance from downtown's famous nightclubs: Cabo Wabo, Hard Rock Cafe, The Giggling Marlin, and El Squid Roe! At the Medano Beach sister properties (Rose & Blanco), you can enjoy exclusive access to the private Pueblo Bonito roped-off section on the sand with chaise lounge chairs, cabanas and full waiter service -- and you can even charge your food & drinks to your room back at Sunset Beach!
If you are concerned about the need to cancel your reservation or would like coverage for Covid quarantine expenses, medical treatment or evacuation, lost or delayed luggage, missed flights and more, I recommend affordable vacation rental insurance from Allianz.
Cabo has wonderful weather and it's warm and dry year-round. Plus, it's only about 2-3 hours flying time from many cities around the U.S. So you can spend your vacation time on the beach...NOT on a plane!

Great Holiday Getaway!!
We all had a wonderful time at Pueblo Bonito Sunset! We were a little apprehensive about traveling during Covid, but the resort was very clean and had a plan in place. We felt very safe the whole trip. The property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We have already talked about going back!

Had a great 1st visit to Cabo!
PB Sunset is a beautiful resort away from the craziness of Cabo proper. Amazing sunsets, amazing pools, great cuisine... You must take a cart up and down the hillside property which is a bit of a chore, but the grounds are gorgeous and its all well worth it.

Just ok
Having stayed at this resort several times I see many changes that are good and not so good. The grounds are beautiful, that hasn’t changed. The Market is a great asset to this resort, many options of foods and sports bar to hang out in. Can get loud but still a nice variety foods at fair prices. Housekeeping and waiting for golf cart rides not so much. Many issues there seems to be a lack of staff to keep up day to day. I gave the check in process a poor review as they were way behind in having rooms ready and the 2 step process of checking in and waiting in line yet again to get my actual keys was not so great. It was a nice resort for my two 18 year olds to safely travel within the resort and do whatever they wanted.
Property owner was very responsive to my emails and I was very pleased with that. The resort issues are not his fault, he can old do so much but was helpful in answered get my questions.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort.
Beautiful, breathtaking views is the ocean and the whales. From out vantage point you could see the entire property. If you want exercise you can get it. If not there are convenient elevators and golf carts available every 5 minutes to take you where you want to go.

Best Vacation Ever at Pueblo Bonito Sunset!
What beautiful resort! Great food and service . . . without exception!
Can't imagine going anywhere else in Cabo. Love the atmosphere there more than anywhere else that I have been.
I may hit you up again . . . others in my family are definitely interested.
Thanks again for your hospitality. Great vacation.
Jeff made the transaction very simple. His communication was excellent.
I got everything I asked for and a whole lot more!!!!
Thank you.

Beautiful resort built right into the side of a mountain!! Stunning views!!
We were in building 36 and we walked right out of our villa and onto the beach!! Enjoyed breakfast on the veranda everyday watching the whales in the distance!! We were right at the beautiful rock formation that made for many amazing sunset pictures. We were walking distance to 2 great pools and used the carts to shuttle us to other pools in Pueblo Bonito... never waited more than 5 minutes for a cart. Our unit was spacious and clean... perfect for our family of 8. Jeff Argon was the owner... he was so nice to deal with and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a fantastic stay and definitely plan to return!!

Condo was functional. Needs updating.
Transportation around the property was extremely difficult, delayed and frustrating at times. Drivers were nice but we likely will stay somewhere else next time due to transportation issues.

Family and friends getaway
This was our first time visiting Cabo, the resort was absolutely gorgeous and extremely safe. The Presidential Suite was perfect for two families, we each had our own bedroom and most importantly our own bathrooms. The taxi service from the hotel made it really convenient to go into town when we wanted to and the shuttles to and from Blanco and Rose we’re great too. I would recommend this place to anyone, we will certainly be returning soon!

Marvelous time!!
We had a great vacation! This property is huge but easy to get around with the golf carts. Everything was clean and the staff were great!

Beautiful property. Nice views. Great people
Perfect for the vacationers that don’t want to do a lot outside resort. Not easy getting places, very expensive unless you have a rental. Resort is in a hillside so a lot of uphill and downhill walking. Perfect for the cardio lovers. Good restaurants, nice pools. Make sure to arrange with driver to stop at store if you plan on cooking in unit. 5 days notice needs to be given to the company that is picking you up. Perfect resort for some. Not so perfect for others but a beautiful property. Golf carts take you everywhere if you don’t want to walk.

Amazing resort and condo!
We were attending a wedding and booked through Jeff. He was incredibly prompt and responsive. It was our first time in Cabo and were blown away by the resort. Gorgeous setting, impeccably maintained and wonderful service. The condo was equally impressive. We had a Presidental Suite with gorgeous ocean view. Two huge bedrooms and a massive deck. The condo was beautifully decorated and we loved falling asleep each night to the sound of crashing waves. We look forward to our next stay - hopefully soon!

Beautiful property and pools
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort is beautiful. The views are spectacular. The resort is built in to the cliff side. There are golf carts with drivers that take you to the different pools and restaurants on property. Our suite was very clean and spacious, with a master bedroom with a king size bed and large master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, vanity with double sinks and his and hers closets. Then there was a second bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a large bathroom. The kitchen and family room area were also nice and spacious. There was a pull out sofa in the family room. Lastly, the large patio had a beautiful west facing view for the awesome sunsets and there was a hot tub on the patio big enough for 6 people. Just be prepared for the wind.

Exceeded our expectations in service and comfort!
Thank you to Jeff Agron for his prompt response in booking our vacation at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort in Los Cabos! He answered my emails right away and everything went as planned. I booked online through VRBO, and then received an email confirmation directly from the resort. The Presidential Suite exceeded our expectations! It was clean, spacious, with a huge private terrace with lounge chairs. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are HUGE! Love the showers and the water pressure too! This was our second time at this resort and we love the food, the service and the ocean views! There are so many activities to do, plenty of delicious food options and the service is exceptional! We are definitely going back again for our third time next spring. Our whole family loves Sunset Beach!

Birthday Vacation
The place was beautiful, of course we love going to Cabo! The food at "The Market" was great but the buffet was not that good, very small and not very much to choose from. I also did not like having to sign receipts for the all inclusive plan. You were told not to drink the water yet you were only allowed 2 bottles of water per person. All of us had to go up to the counter to get our water which was a pain since they looked up to see how many were in our suite anyway. The main pool bar closes at 5:30 which was early. There was no entertainment in the evenings. The staff was great! Very friendly and extremely honest! We switched rooms, by choice, and I left a necklace in the safe. The maid returned it to me!! We also left money out for the maid and she did not take it! We had to tell her if we leave money on the counter, it is for you! Guadalupe was amazing! Our room was cleaned by her everyday and she left us the sweetest note on our last day. We had the Presidential Suite and it was perfect! Sadly, you could not go near the water but could walk the beach. Very quite at night. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful getaway
We booked a last minute trip to Cabo. It was a perfect trip, the views from our patio were fantastic! The room was wonderful spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
It is a very large property.
Thank you Jeff

Everything worked out perfectly! The suite was terrific. Slept 4 perfectly. The resort is fairly big, so I would advise asking for a unit close to a pool for anyone who is bringing kids.
The owner was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We went during Spring Break and despite being more expensive than some of the same units offered by others, his responsiveness made the difference in us getting the unit we wanted during this highly demanded week.

My family and I recently stayed at Pueblo Bonita Sunset Beach and rented through Jeff Agron. From my initial contact Jeff was always there and answered the many questions I had. He gave the best recommendations for transportation and dining. Sunset Beach is quite large so there is plenty to do right there. I had two teenagers with me and they enjoyed having some freedom. The room was exactly as pictured, and we even scored a hot tub. The food was excellent although we didn't eat in every establishment there, we ventured out a bit. La Frida is a must. The staff was always courteous and quick to please. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was a great experience at Pueblo Bonito. We stayed in the presidential suite and had plenty of room for my family of 4 and my parents. Jeff was great to work with. He passed on great information, and went beyond to ensure that we had what we needed for the trip. We did the all- inclusive. It was great- everyone was happy and had more than enough to eat!! Everyone can not wait to return to this resort. It was great from age 8-68! We saw whales and enjoyed the entire experience!

Jeff Argon gets 5 stars for great customer service, responsiveness, general tips.
First time to Cabo and happy we found Jeff's ad for PBSB. The room we ended up with was very spacious, a "super" presidential with a huge balcony and hot tub. Kitchens were well-equipped and everything very clean. Staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful.
We were located between the coffee shop and the sky pool. At first I thought it would be better to be closer to the main pool, but our spot was very convenient and there are so many pools where you can also get food and drinks, that our location ended up being great.
Although the resort is gorgeous, I did not give 5 stars because the food was mediocre, beds were not comfortable, and pillows lumpy.
If I go to Cabo again I will contact Jeff!

We really enjoyed our entire stay at Pueblo Bonito with our kids (ages 8 and !!). We ended up doing the all inclusive which was great because the kids could order whatever they wanted whenever they wanted. Very clean, good service and good food. My kids loved riding in the golf carts and it was never a problem to get one come get us. Ordered room service quite a bit and it was always delivered within 45 minutes. Loved the balcony and the hot tub.

We used vrbo to find Jeff Agron with his inventory of units at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. We had not been to Cabo for 20 years but remembered we could have breakfast on the balcony and watch the whales in the morning. We took a one bedroom for the first week and then brought a couple of friends down in a 2 bedroom for the second week. Great rooms, very attentive staff, excellent maids with a sense of humour and the views. We have never been anywhere with true oceanfront from every room except in the Med. We played the new golf course 3x and Diamante 2x with Quivira winning on the experience and toughness scale. We fished twice with an amazing catch of 2 Marlin in one day along with other fish with Phantom Fishing Charters and became regulars at Capt Tonys at the Marina for lunch/dinner. Good value, incredible weather and there are very few reminders of the hurricane.

I stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach with my boyfriend and another couple. To say this place is amazing is a total understatement. The resort itself is breathtaking as it is built into the side of a mountain. Our favorite part was the Sky Pool which offered fantastic views of the sunset and ocean - just WOW. The only bummer is that because the resort is so big it is tough to get from the beach back to your hotel room without riding around on one of the golf carts (which there are many) to take you up and down the mountain. However, there are pools at every condo complex so being close to the beach really is not an issue. Just get ready for a hike if you want to get to the beach (or wait for a golf cart :)).
Renting from Jeff was a breeze as he answered all of my (many) questions during the trip planning process. He also gave us some great tips that only a seasoned Cabo veteran would know. All in all, our experience was wonderful. We would definitely rent from Jeff again.
Thanks Jeff!

It was our first time to Cabo and boy was it gorgeous. Pueblo Bonito Sunset is a very lovely facilitate with customer orientated staff. The pools are beautiful and you can find one that suits your style. I wouldn't recommend this for people w/disability because the hills are steep for walking. Granted they have golf carts that you can get quite quickly to take you to different locations. They offer free shuttle bus to downtown Cabo that run 10 am - 10 pm. Made it easy to get to town with all the restuarants. You can also hail a cab from the main lobby. We would definitely go back.

Loved our presidential suite/2 bedroom at Sunset Beach! Great views of the ocean, sunsets and whales. The suite was perfect, well maintained, great maid service. Jeff was easy to work with and answer all my questions, gave us a great recommendation for private transporation to/from airport, Dannyboy transporation. Made stops to walmart on the way in. Below is what I posted on tripadvisor for more details:
We just returned from SB last night after staying one week! I had consulted tripadvisor before leaving and was wondering what our trip might be like at SB. The positives outway any negatives I have:
-checkin a piece of cake, no lines and they gave us an option to change rooms the next day if we wanted higher up. Great location and we walked to everything, never took the golf carts. Though the golf carts were easy to access.
-great view and saw whales daily, excellent maid service, found quality of sheets/towels great.
-food great, we did the all inclusive for 5 adults. Worth every penny, good choice of alcoholic drinks
-check out went well, they did have a few charges like internet which was included in our all inclusive but they removed the charges right away
-overall wifii was great, my husband had work to do while on the trip and had a few glitches but the internet provider came directly to our room and help clear up the computer glitches, then everything was great.
-loved the pool by blg 27, Ana and Omar were awesome! Great service.
Negatives
- never got into the Sushi restaurant, seemed to be always book.
Lastly, I became very ill the last night we were there due to food poisoning (restaurant downtown)
The next day the front desk directed to the on site clinic and Dr.Juan Luna and the paramedic were outstanding! After IV treatments and lots of meds I am back to normal. They were able to do all of that within 45 min before our driver arrived to take us to the airport. Very impressed! FYI they are open 24 hours and the price was very reasonable!
Also would recommend DannyBoy private transporation, $90 from airport with any needed stops.

The condo and the accommodations are spacious and first-rate! The condo has a full kitchen, so on your way in from the resort be sure to pay your driver to allow you time to stop at either Costco or Wal-Mart for groceries. The bedrooms, deck, and main room were incredibly spacious, and the maid service and staff were excellent. The property features a private hot tub, which we all used every evening.
