Welcome to our Beautiful Bella Sirena condo.

Our condo is located in the popular E building with great views of the Ocean from our 6th floor balcony! The balcony view is amazing at night! Bella Sirena offers great amenities including 24-Hour on site security, gated entry, infinity pools, three hot tubs, poolside palapa bar and day grill (seasonal), tennis court, putting green and outdoor grills. Enjoy a relaxing massage on the beach!

The condo has been recently updated with all new granite counters, new fixtures, new beverage refrig
2 bedrooms with king sized beds in the master room and in the guest room.
The living room has a new electric fireplace with Cantera Stone and a dark wood mantle! Focal point of the room.
Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances , granite countertops and updated tile backsplash with under cabinet LED lighting.

Tile flooring throughout, and the balcony offers great views of the beach by day and city lights by night. You will spend hours enjoying these views.

Amenities include : Direct TV , Smart TV's, Wifi Internet and home phone to dial free to the US!

This is a non-smoking condo and All renters will be checked to verify they are 25 years or older.
There is an add'l $60 fee which is for taxes/cleaning fee.

We have stayed in Rocky Point several times and it was clear that the owner of this property genuinely cares and takes great care of it. The room was clean and well stocked with the basics needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Exceptional communication leading up to and during the stay, we would definitely recommend!

This was our first time driving down to Rocky Point from Phoenix and we really enjoyed our stay! The resort was nice and the unit itself was excellent! It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was so easy to communicate with as well! 10/10!

Best 2B/2B condo at Bella Sirena. From the view to the amenities, this condo has it all. It was perfect for the four of us and Stan is just a text away if you need anything. If available, book this condo, you won't regret it!

We stay at Bella Sirena at least 2 to 3 times a year and have stayed in this condo multiple times. The host is excellent and very responsive. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for an awesome vacation.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was just as described in the listing and was clean, up to date, and came with all the necessities you could need for a wonderful beach vacation. The property itself was beautiful—well maintained and plenty of space for various activities. Check-in process was easy and Stan was very communicative throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location, what a wonderful way to make great memories, this Condo has Beautiful views and we all felt right at home! Surprised to find that Both king size beds were very comfortable, can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoy this resort and knew we wanted to visit again. This unit was not one we stayed in before, but would do so again, as everything was perfect and the Owner contacted prior to arrival and made sure we had directions, instructions, etc. Owner was very responsive when I used the incorrect wifi password. Check in off site was easy and convenient on the way into the resort. Drinking water was provided, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a laundry basket. You'll want to bring beach towels. Owner allowed us to use reserved parking which made it convenient to unload/load car. Unit is gorgeous, comfy, cools quickly, hot shower, beautiful balcony view, we slept well. Everything in working order!

This was such a great vacation. Amazing property. Amazing views. Stan was an amazing host and replied quickly to any questions I had. I stayed with my parents and my kids (6yrs and 12yrs old) and they all had a great time. The resort is amazing. Great pools and it wasn’t to crowded. The beach, so beautiful!!! The only thing that I would change is having to pick up the key in town. It wasn’t a long drive or anything but would be nice to not have to make that extra stop. But even with that, I would definitely come back to this condo! Thank you Stan!

We were two couples visiting for a long weekend. The place was even better than expected. It has great views, comfy, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of common space. The balcony is huge and looks over the the water and property. Easy to get downtown or to the closer bars and restaurants from here.

We loved staying here. The only drawback was the late checkout fee and the lack of resort restaurants. There were only two and the menus were similar especially breakfast. The pool was packed and finding a seat at the pool was like musical chairs overall it was great and I would stay here again.

Building E has the best ocean views. The balcony is very large with a shaded table for 6. Condo is beautifully decorated and so well equipped with all things kitchen. The limited food service on site was a negative. Quality and consistency also lacking. Menu overpriced. Pools and grounds fabulous.

The condo & resort didn’t disappoint! We’ve stayed at many places in Rocky Point and this is the most beautiful. Love all the grassy areas and various pools. Our condo was so clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful large patio with amazing ocean views. Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in Bella Sirena! Super comfortable king size beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and perfect layout for 2 adult couples. Stan was the easiest/best property owner we've ever dealt with, had great communication, provided perfect instructions....will definetly be staying here again!
