Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use.

This 2 story home features an inverted floor plan with large decks - enjoy wonderful beach views from the second row. Location is everything with this property, as beach access is directly across from the street; restaurants, the playground, candy store, and ice cream are just a short walk away.

The home features a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master suite sits on the second floor and features a king bed, tiled walk-in shower with double vanity and 40" smart TV. A second bedroom located on the floor has twin bunk beds for the kids to spend vacation together.

The kitchen located on the top floor is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4. The dining room table is flanked by benches which seat 8-10 people comfortably. Adjacent to the kitchen is nicely decorated living area with 60" LED TV.

The first-floor features three bedrooms and a second family room with 60" TV. The bedrooms consist of 1 king, and 2 queens, each with a private bath, deck access, and a 40" TV. There is a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space on the first floor living room.

Perhaps the best features of this home are the large decks off of the front of the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the top floor or just sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. To beat the heat, enjoy your vacation on the lower deck reading a book or just catch up on some sleep with the oversize sofa.

A large private pool and hot tub are located inside the backyard fence for the ultimate vacation. Beginning fall of 2016 request to have the pool heated for an additional charge. An outside shower with hot and cold water is adjacent the hot tub. The Tiki bar located in the pool area and is the ultimate hang out.

The house was exactly as described and the lay out was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the pool and hot tub more than we would have if it hadn’t rained all week. But how lucky we were to have those amenities. Great views from the decks and the pool area was really nice. Having an elevator was great for loading and unloading. The two sitting areas came in handy for watching different tv programs or playing different games. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Great property! Family of 9 stayed for a week. Plenty of room especially with the 2 living rooms. Great outdoor space with tons of toys for the kids. Had an issue with the downstairs ac unit. Shae was quick to help and had someone out the next day and all was good.

This house is lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked. We always take a whisk…no one ever has one. This house had 3. We went to the beach daily, but the pool was the afternoon destination. The towels were plentiful and of nice quality. The elevator was a real plus for the grandparents. Shae was easy to reach and was very helpful! We had people from 12 to 75 and we all loved the house.

This VRBO was exactly what we needed. With every bedroom having either an en suite or a full bath right off the door, this VRBO perfectly fit the needs of our family. Located directly across from the beach, we spent every morning with a cup of coffee in hand on the top deck. The home is well setup with all the amenities needed...and more! The backyard is well laid out with a refreshing pool, tiki bar, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Communication with the owners was top notch! We'll certainly be back.

The home is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The furnishings, decor, and appliances are up to date. We were a group of eight and there was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor decks were the perfect places to watch a thunderstorm or listen to the waves crashing. Between the heated pool, jacuzzi, and the beach across the road the kids were never bored. Within a short walk there is a quant coffee shop, playground, and basketball court. Shea was very accommodating. We had a concern and he came out the same day to resolve it.

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable beds. Shae was very responsive to all questions and needs during our stay. Very nice yard w/ pool, Tiki Bar, hot tub. Annual April Beach trip with 4 couples. Walk the beach, eat, drink, laugh , play games and have fun.

The property was great for our family vacation! We enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub! In addition, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals! The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions. The location was a plus too - close to grocery store and restaurants.

The house is gorgeous and the layout was perfect for our family getaway. The elevator was a game changer for my parents with knee/back issues and the private pool was the perfect hang out spot! Located directly across from a beach access, this house just made everything easy. The owner was super nice and wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again and again!

We had a great week! Owner was helpful with checking in and instructions for the elevator. Spectrum had trouble in the area midweek and the owner let us know the status and when to expect it to come on again (important to the teens, lol). We’d definitely come back again!

The property was perfect - the fenced in yard and pool were fantastic for kids. The location was great - the side street was steps away and walking to the coffee shop - the playground - under the bridge was great. The porches had a great beach view and you were just steps away. Shea was there for any questions you had - a great host.

We traveled to Holden Beach as Hurricane Ian was moving thru North Carolina. The property manager was wonderful to work with. He alerted us of what was going on and provided us with guidance on the steps to take. Then God made this an extremely memorable weekend with our adult children and grandchild!! The weather was picture perfect after the storm and the location and accommodations at the property were perfect for us!!

Excellent home for our family vacation. Great location. Ocean views from the front deck. Beautiful sunsets from the back deck! Walk to park and splash pad. Also can Walk to restaurants! Great pool with plenty of shade from umbrellas. Hot Tub was great too!

This house is wonderful! Very clean with lots of room, everyone has their own space. It is also well stocked - pool toys, beach chairs and many other outdoor needed accessories, just perfect. We had a question for Shae regarding the TV, he called us within 5 minutes after we emailed him and he politely answered our question. We just loved this house and we will be back!

The house and pool was great. (Hot tub had a part ordered, it wasn’t hot.) Everything that was listed and Much Much more. Loved the fact that towels were provided. Kitchen was stocked above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend this house and Shae.

The house met all our needs (6 adults & 5 children ages 3-7). The pool area was super and the beach access was right across the street. The balconies were excellent for relaxing. Shea was very responsive to a few questions we had during our stay. We would definitely put this home on our "return" list.

This property is absolutely everything you could want in a beach house. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our group of 14 to spread out and the backyard and pool area is the perfect way to finish the day after an afternoon on the beach. The home is directly across from the beach access so it was easy to get out to the water. We could easily walk to restaurants and the playground area. There was a plumbing issue that Shae found out about right before we arrived on Saturday and he had a plumber out there before we arrived. He called us to let us know what was going on and he worked diligently to get it fixed on a weekend. He truly went out of his way to make sure the issue was taken care of 100% to our satisfaction. There are plenty of great beach houses on Holden Beach but you just can't beat the kind of personal service we received.

This home has it ALL. The views, the pool, plenty of places to relax alone or gather together. We couldn't have picked a better spot for a family vacation. And the kitchen was FULL of everything you need! Even several crockpots! Shae is an excellent and responsive host and knows how to create a wonderful retreat! Don't miss this one!

This is such a great house for a family beach gathering! Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen. Good indoor areas to gather for meals and game or movie nights. Very convenient to the beach and a quick walk to a playground and splash pad. The pool area is very well done. Beautifully landscaped and thoughtful areas of shade for when it's time to get out of the sun. Shae was a very helpful and responsive host. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came down for a ladies trip/mom’s weekend away. The house was wonderful. It was clean, had what we needed and provided us with space to relax and unwind. The pool is wonderful (especially heated) and the beach is just a short walk across the street. The owners were very responsive to our questions and helpful with check-in/check-out. Would stay here again.

We love this house in Holden Beach. It is so relaxing. There's beautiful views and lots of nice places in walking distance like the playground and fish market. We especially love the pool and spent a lot of time just hanging out there. We have been going to this same house for vacation for the last 4 years now so we must think its awesome!
