I cannot say enough good things about Jamie or this property!! The home and grounds couldn't be more charming! This property is not your typical rental. With it's carefully curated furnishings and thoughtful touches, it feels like you're staying at the home of a friend. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and the common areas are wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The courtyard is lovely for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Jamie is very attentive. She provided excellent communication and recommendations. Her cleaning staff does a fantastic job as well. 5+ stars!! I look forward to returning again!

Lovely, clean home walking distance to downtown SLO. We took advantage of all of the vintage touches -cooking on the vintage stove and eating on the beautiful patio, watching classic movies on VHS tape and making sure we were kind to rewind.
Easy check-in and Jamie was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful home within walking distance to downtown SLO with lots of restaurants, shops, the creek, the mission . . .Jamie has done a great job of fixing up the home and outside area. I'm always drawn to a home that has a comfortable outside seating/dining area and this one is very comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom and living room are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and has lots of extras. The home is light and airy. Jamie has added many special touches and is easy to work with. We rode our bikes to Avila Beach on the Bob Jones Trail. Fairly easy 20 mile round trip with a few hills. We also enjoyed wineries in Avila, SLO and Paso Robles and well as kicking around the Cal Poly campus. A great long weekend get-away.

Jamie, or host welcomed us when we arrived offering wine, cheese and a warm fireplace lit along with suggestions for dining and shopping in SLO. Her place felt as cozy and comfortable as if we were at home. The location was walking distance to downtown dining and shopping. The location is perfect, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner is a generous and kind person. She would leave us treats periodically. We have stayed here previously and the property was just as comfortable as before.

Very clean 2BR house with a cozy living room and separate dining nook. 'Vintage'-feeling appliances in the kitchen to go with the beautiful and meticulously clean oven and stove top. The built-in desk in the bedroom hall was useful and the bedrooms didn't feel cramped at all. Bathroom is also on the more spacious side, comparable to most bathrooms in older homes. There were two of us for our stay and it felt very roomy and the management communication and engagement was great.

We stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely house. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown, the front porch swing, and court yard. We would love to stay here again. Jamie was a great host, responsive to questions, and was onsite in the back unit during our stay.

Best Vrbo rental ever!
We have rented far and wide and this place felt like home. The owner could not have been more generous and gracious. The rental was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The vintage stove and fast wifi were a plus. My husband works remotely and he was astonished at how fast the wifi was. After just a couple days in the rental, we booked for next year! That says it all! Thanks Jamie!

This was the perfect rental for me. I was visiting SLO on business but wanted a cozy cottage to relax and recharge my batteries. This eclectic little house had a lot to offer. The patio was perfect for morning yoga and coffee. I enjoyed a glass of wine in the warmth of the fireplace in the evening. Jamie, the host, gave me so many wonderful suggestions. I was able to walk downtown for coffee and a little shopping. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get to all of her recommendations. I decided that I will just have to make a return visit. I could tell she is really invested in this community and sincerely wanted myself and my family to enjoy everything about our stay.

Great Location
Quaint and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was wonderful and the location cannot be beat for walking into downtown. It is close to many restaurants and is surprisingly quiet at night. The courtyard was nice to relax in and the owner had many great suggestions for day trips, hikes and things going on in town. We were there for our 40th wedding anniversary and she suggested a restaurant that was amazing. We will be staying here again!

Amazing Stay!
Myself, my Business partner and our wives were passing through and needed a place to lay our heads for two days. We're so glad we chose Jamie's property. A cute two bedroom with all the comforts of home. Meeting Jamie and getting great recommendations for breakfast and dinner really stood out and helped us quickly find and try some of the best spots in town. We truly enjoyed our stay and finished it off with a couple of photos sitting in the porch swing out front to keep those memories! We will be staying here during our next coastal business trip for sure. Thanks again for everything Jamie!

A peaceful urban retreat
This was the perfect house for us to spend a week getting to know San Luis Obispo! There were just 2 of us, so 1 bath was fine. We only prepared breakfasts, but the kitchen is very well-appointed, including condiments and spices. Jamie even had a week’s supply of coffee and tea for us! The space is very peaceful, especially the morning room with a lovely view of the courtyard. The swing on the front porch was like having a front row seat to watch the comings and goings of the friendly (and quiet) neighborhood. We took short drives each day for wine tasting or beach walks, but walked into town every evening for wonderful dinners. Jamie was in her home at the rear of the property for most of our stay, but was never intrusive. But we found her company delightful when we invited her to visit and her recommendations were spot on! She is continuing to update and decorate this special property...we can’t wait to see it on our next stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, the location and it's proximity to downtown SLO was excellent; and the neighborhood was great. We were able to enjoy the house, and the patio area for outdoor dinners; and were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and we enjoyed chatting with her; we would highly recommend this property.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood.
We chose this house because we wanted to visit the Thursday night Farmer's market in SLO. It was a little far for walking but the Uber ride was only about $7. Very comfortable house and supplied with anything you might need.

Awesome VRBO!
Great home, great location, short walk to downtown, clean, and Jamie/the owner was awesome! We have stayed at many Bed& Breakfasts and VRBOs and this was one of our favorites! I wish we could have stayed longer! Really appreciated having a washer and dryer there!

Great Experience
Everything was great about our stay with Jamie. Her house is immaculate, she is very communicative, and even has things to keep kiddos entertained. When we come back to SLO, we will be back here.

Quaint, cozy, cute, private
Jamie's house is set up with love. It is loaded with charm, inside and outside and is perfectly located in downtown SLO, which is only getting better as the neighborhood seams to be constantly refurbishing, renovating and re-landscaping. Jamie obviously enjoys sharing her property and preparing it for her guests. She lives in a unit behind the rental, but we couldn't even tell. She was very sweet and accommodating upon our check-in and even offered a later check-out without our asking.
I'd come back to this house in a heartbeat and feel like I've got a new connection in SLO in Jamie!
