Our spacious three bedroom beachfront retreats offer up to 1,627 square feet of fully furnished living space, perfect for a long vacation on Anna Maria Island. Each suite offers two to three bathrooms, washer and dryer and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private deck or balcony.
Our vacation rental interiors are professionally and artistically decorated with the perfect combination of warmth and luxury. Each suite features marble in the kitchen and bathrooms, polished pine flooring throughout, luxurious fabrics and a separate dining area. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances makes for effortless entertaining.

Our second year here. Perfect for 3 generation reunion! Both units were spotless and the view was amazing. So easy to move between beach and pool. 2 new paddle boards! Pool area also very clean and many toys for kids. Matt and Rhoda were helpful and so kind whenever we needed anything!

Great experience on beautiful AMI for our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). The view is unbeatable in unit 8 with windows on all sides and ocean breezes flowing in. The accommodations were perfect for us, the pool and hot tub were warm on a chilly week. Beach toys and other recreational things were provided. Location is perfect. Minor interior things could be addressed- chair cushions on dining table were very warn and flaking, master bed rail was broken, master sliding door screen was off track and we could not repair. again, minor things, front staff were extremely attentive and responsive to any needs. Great place and we would stay again!

We have been to Mainsail a few times and obviously love it. The accomodation on the beach is perfect. The staff are very friendly and accommodate any requests if possible. My only slightly negative comment would be, I would like the pool and deck area to be tidied up and reset at end of each day. And in our unit the kitchen chairs and table could be replaced.also chairs on deck are heavy and too big for area. Great place as we keep coming back but feel it needs some investment.

The condo is VERY nice. However, the kitchen has the bare minimum for dishes, we found it difficult to cook meals. The kitchen chairs are shedding and left pieces all over our clothes and floor. Our family enjoyed our week there. I would recommend stocking games, we brought cards and yatzee luckily. There were puzzles but my kids don't have the patience for one.

Stayed for 5 days. Four adults, a boy, and two babies. Stunning view, great location. Loved the convenience of staying in a condo with plenty of space, a nice balcony, great pool and a gorgeous beach right there. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria, such a nice “old Florida” place. Mainsail was a wonderful place. It was a multi-million dollar view from corner unit #8, on the top floor. Everything was as described and shown inside. The dining chairs were a bit worn but, we had two small kids with us so we didn’t worry about getting something on a pristine chair. The best part of the Inn was the wonderful people working there! Rhoda, Matt and John were all so kind and welcoming. You could tell that they wanted you to have a perfect stay. The beach is soft white sand and right outside of your door. We used the complementary kayaks and paddle boards which was nice. There were umbrellas and chairs as well. I definitely recommend Mainsail and Anna Maria!

This was our 2nd time staying at Mainsail in the same unit. It just as wonderful as last year — clean, comfortable, and all the amenities. We love the short distance to the beach and having the chairs provided. The only negative would be parking — when we arrived our reserved space was occupied & it was after hours with no staff present. We ate at Beach Bistro and loved it!!!

We had a wonderful time in unit 8C. The view was incredible! We were very comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The beds were comfortable. We also loved using the kayak and lounge chairs. The AC can sound like a wind tunnel at times but we got used to it and didn’t have to run it too often at night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We found the Mainsail to be just as lovely as was represented in the pictures! We were pleasantly surprised to have two wonderful concierges/managers to seek information from. They were most kind and helpful! The pool was just lovely as was the beach!!! We had lots of fun exploring Anna Maria. The parking spot we were assigned for the week was convenient. The trolley was fun as well. Our condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of kitchen appliances for us to make a few meals at home! Loved the balcony for sunsets!

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. Lovely to wake up to blue sky and waves outside your window. All the staff we met during our stay were very friendly and helpful incl buying a teapot for us. Met lots of nice people at the pool too. Would have liked there to be more cups and plates etc for use and maybe for comfortable chairs on the balcony.Great to have kayaks bikes and SUPs available for use. Pool furniture was very comfortable and BBQ clean.

This property has unbelievable views. A few of the highlights for us were:180 degree ocean view, immediately accessible beach, heated pool and hot tub, amenities like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids are readily accessible, they have kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards available (we did not take advantage of this due to cool weather, but would have if warmer). The layout of the unit we stayed in was perfect for us. Access is keycode - which was nice to not have to worry about a key or card. Staff was extremely friendly. The whole place was very clean. We had everything we needed to cook inside the unit as far as utensils, pans, bowls, silverware, glasses, and dishes. They also provide plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent - more than enough for family of 5 for 5 days. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant located near by smells AMAZING and is quiet and upscale. It is a short bike or car ride to shops and restaurants - a bit of a walk if you don't mind. We were in Unit 8 (3 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor).

After 11 years of renting homes for our Thanksgiving trip to AMI with family we elected to choose a Mainsail Beach Inn condo this year. We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious accommodation and the "bed and Breakfast" feel of the Inn. It was nicely furnished and provided an excellent view of the beach from the south end of Holmes Beach to Bean Point. The on-site management (Property Manager Matthew and his colleagues John and Rhoda) could not have been welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. We shall return!

Wonderful place overlooking the gulf of Mexico. Unit 8 is magnificent. On site manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had an amazing stay. A couple of points that may/should be reviewed : 1- a regular cleaning service for the rooms. 2- the policy to charge for more than one car if you rent a 3bdr unit.

This property is amazing. Pictures doing do it justice. Beautiful views, so close to the water made it easy with little ones to go back and forth. It was the roomiest condo we have rented. I would definitely rent again, as its my favorite place we have stayed yet. The staff John and Matt were so friendly and accomodating. Can't recommned enough.

Traveled with family for Fall Break. We loved the accomodations- the rooms were lovely and the view immaculate. The staff were helpful with any small requests and we really appreciated all the sand toys, lounge chairs, etc as we came via plane. Location is easy walk to restaurants and shops (approx 1 mile) though we used a good cart to get around the island. The only complaint would be kitchen provisions- basic plates, pots and pans are available, but you’ll have to run the dishwasher frequently if you have a large group. Also- no spices/olive oils/even salt and pepper. Nevertheless we enjoyed the inn, and I’ll definitely book here again.

Amazing Property!
This was an awesome property! I have absolutely no complaints at all. Once booked I received communication from the property and received quick response when asked questions. The check-in process was seamless. The staff at the complex were unbelievably nice and helpful. They took the time to learn my name, personalizing the complete experience. The condo offered many extra amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, noodles, and other beach toys. Parking is very tight. Checkout was very easy without a long list of things to do before leaving. Highly recommend this property and unit!

The furniture in our unit was not comfortable at all and the lack of screen doors on the balcony was an annoyance as well. The management company had to lock up the beach chairs due to other people taking the chairs. Chairs could only be unlocked after 9am which was another challenge as we wanted to get to the beach earlier in the day. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. The pool and hot tub are great as well.

Mainsail is a great location and very nice unit. I wish the deck off of our unit was a little larger. It was only about 3' wide, preventing us from laying out on the deck. The pool did not appear to be heated and the hot tub was not hot.

Our only ask would be to add to the kitchen for families who want to cook. There are not enough pots, pans, cookie sheets or baking dishes for a family vacation. The coffee cups are also a little small. The chairs at the dining room table are peeling—cushions need to be replaced. And the TVs are not smart TVs. Love this place and this until—we will be back, but for the cost to stay there a week, we are used to a better equipped property in other places.
