About this house rental
Exceptional 5,200 sq ft. country estate in the White Mountain’s Torreon Country Club. The home is situated on a wooded acre lot, perched above the fairway of the first hole of the Cabin golf course. Enjoy unobstructed views of this picturesque hole from tee to green, a fairway lake, bridge and babbling brook with open space across the fairway. At an ideal 6,500 foot elevation, Torreon averages a summer high temperature that is 20 degrees cooler than the Valley.
The home is designed to take full advantage of the surrounding natural beauty with a great room that features a 28 ‘ tall wall of windows . You will enjoy the outdoor living area with its dining table, couch and wood burning fireplace. Extensive cedar decking surrounds the home and the recessed spa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stars.
Designed for spacious comfort with five oversized bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the home can comfortably sleep 12 in four master beds, and a large bunkroom that sleeps six. Whether a small family getaway or large reunion, you’ll feel right at home.
The house is all you’d expect from a top notch estate with hand scraped walnut hardwood floors, alder doors and cedar ceilings. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with state of the art appliances, a large dining island and granite countertops. The master bath features a soaking tub, gas fireplace and three head steam shower. There are seven large flat screen televisions, three fireplaces, four refrigerators and wireless internet.
The upstairs game room is a great place to hang out with a pool table and large flat screen TV. The BBQ master will appreciate the option of the gas grill, charcoal grill/smoker and sear burner located right off the kitchen in the outdoor living area.
There is no shortage of fun possibilities with all of the family activities within walking distance of the house. The common areas, restaurants and bars are available to guests. The golf club facilities and pool are available to Torreon members only.
The house offers a cool getaway in the summertime with a lot of fun filled family activities. In the winter months, skiing at Sunrise is less than an hour away and often times there is enough snow to sled on the golf course right in front of the house.

This home was absolutely perfect for our ever growing family! We loved the pool room (everyone learned how to play) and had a blast creating a scavenger hunt for the Kids. Guys played golf and girls had a fun afternoon of wine tasting near by. Games at night with the family on the covered patio, and lots of family "cooking". The owners were super friendly and very accommodating. We are already thinking of a trip back up when the snow begins to fall. So beautiful up there! Thank you for a wonderful week in the pines!

I recommend that future renters understand Torreon Country Club's policies. They are becoming increasingly strict about allowing renters to use the facilities, which was a huge disappointment for our family.

Was perfect for our family! Our kids and grandkids loved it! The hot tub was especially nice. There was a park so close. Would stay again for sure!

Our family has stayed here three times without disappointment. The location is perfect! Beautiful scenery, quiet neighborhood, all the amenities you need in the cabin, and wonderful hosts. Lord willing, we will be back a fourth time next year!

We stayed here a couple of years ago during fall and the place was absolutely beautiful! Beautiful view, beautiful home. We all said this place would be beautiful when it snowed!
So thats what we did couple of years later we came back to the same house...AGAIN ..SAME HOUSE.
Same couches, same carpet, same bed comforter, Same dinning table/chairs, Same non working tv. Its just such a disappointment that this house is sooo beautiful but so outdated and $550 a night minimum 3 nights is not cheap.
This is our second time doing a family trip meaning we had kiddos as little as 2 years old.
Throughout the week after coming back one toddler developed some sort of a virus/ but no strep, just high fever and an unexplained illness and another developed mono?
These kids were rolling on the carpet, playing on the couch, sleeping mouth open on the sheets.
Its just a huge disappointment i guess going in the first time you just fall in love with how big and beautiful the house is but in reality its just an illusion.

The house was spotless, rooms were spacious, views stunning, great kitchen for us to congregate and the perfect location for the golfers in our family. This trip, in this lovely home, has been and will be a tradition for our family.

Seriously, we were all blown away by just how nice this place is! We’ve stayed at a few places that were pretty close to what we expected, but never one that was even better than we could hope! It was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
There were some small issues that came up (random things like to break at inopportune moments) but Paul was easy to contact and went out of his way to fix it without impeding our vacation. I completely recommend this house and these hosts! If you are on the fence- THIS is the place to stay.
We visited in the summer but I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the fall/winter :)
Oh and if you want to rent a boat while there- contact WMErentals dot.com. Jeffrey was easy to work with and his prices were awesome. Go to Fool Hollow lake for the day

This home is absolutely stunning. The feeling of being “up North” while staying in a home that takes your breath away is a fantastic combination. The beds are comfortable, the game room amazing, the family room and kitchen is welcoming and the patio is unbeatable. Thank you for opening this up to us to rent. We felt spoiled

It was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful neighborhood! Awesome large park within a really short walk and spectacular views of the 1st tee of torreon pines cabin course, with a nice deck to relax!

4 adult families, each able to have our own bedroom & bathroom. Big dining room table for 8. We enjoyed meals & board games there. Nice hot tub outside to enjoy. Beautiful view from 2 story a-frame lookout.

We so enjoyed our stay at the fabulous cabin in Torreon. It exceeded my expections in every way…clean, well stocked, roomy yet cozy, and even more beautiful than the pictures! Kathy (owner) was great with instructions and communication. I would love to stay here again in the future!

The trip started out on a down note. The house hadn’t been cleaned. I reached out to the owners and the remedied the situation later that day. Things happen but the fact they took action right away is why I still gave them a great rating.

This home won't disappoint. Everyone was impressed with the tall window view and spaciousness upon arrival. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for our adult children and 2 grandsons and each couple appreciated a private bathroom off their bedrooms. My husband loved watching the golfers on the fareway below. We appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood for several walks. We enjoyed the covered, cozy deck and fireplace one rainy evening. The owners were attentive and responsive to a couple minor issues we reported. We've rented several homes in Torreon, but this was by far the most beautiful and spacious! We'd definitely love to stay in this home again.

Beautiful Home
The wall of windows is stunning when you enter the home. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas and the great room. The kids had fun catching sunfish and the park. Already looking forward to next summer.
