We enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina beach villas. The grounds were lovely, very cleaned and maintained. The villa itself was very disappointing. We paid a lot of money and there was a terrible roach problem. I messaged the owners twice and only received a generic response. They never apologized, offered a solution or showed any evidence of compassion. It was quite surprising. I will definitely stay again, but never this villa or any owned by these owners.

My third stay at this resort. The cleaniness of the resort is amazing!! Down to the grout on the sidewalks!! We actually saw a man cleaning and sealing in the round about. Love, love the quiet pool, and live music was so special while watching the sunset!

This condo was perfect for a family. Lots of items available for the beach/pool. This condo had a nice view of the pool and partial view of the ocean. Definitely looking forward to booking another stay!

This property has all the amenities of a luxury resort but the convenience of a well equipped private condo, including some beach and pool toys for our grandson. If you have toddlers, there is a nice shallow pool great for wading and playing. If you prefer a sandy beach, it is just a two minute walk. There is even a heated lap pool that is have designated quiet area, which is a great place to read, have a drink or lounge in the sunshine. The property is clean and meticulously maintained. There a few shops that you can walk to about a kilometre away, but you will need a car if you want to get groceries or visit Honolulu. Overall, we had an excellent visit here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more quiet and less crowded vacation.

We have stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villa location many times. This unit is fantastic, well located and the Owners were very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. My family and I highly suggest staying here. Everything about the beach villa is top notch and makes for a wonderful vacation!

We very much enjoyed the accommodations that this villa offered. The kitchen is a chef’s dream of high-end appliances, the beds are so comfy you don’t want to get out of them, it felt like being at home but in the middle of paradise with a view to go ga ga over. Everything we could have possibly needed for the pool or beach or barbecuing was at our disposal. Even the grills on the property were the Wolf brand, my husband was very impressed, he’s a retired chef. We have been gone from Hawaii for 9 years and flew home for my nephew’s wedding from the east coast. This was a year in the planning and I wanted my family to feel spoiled and like we were on a luxury vacation so we were not disappointed. We did not want to leave. 7 days was not a long enough stay. We will definitely be back. Mahalo!

There were options for all preferences—quiet pool and hot tub, family friendly areas, ocean accessible, great snorkeling, nearby restaurants and shops. Be sure to hit Eggs N Things! Easy drive to Honolulu and North shore. Do not miss Kualoa Ranch. Our stay was amazing. Facility was accessible, clean and friendly.

The resort is really nice. I loved the quiet pool option which is right outside this unit. Unit is well supplied and comfortable. Check out the deck box before renting/buying any toys. We loved having the wagon for hauling stuff too and from the car/beach. Owners are very responsive when I reached out to check in early. It’s close to Costco and target for groceries. We definitely struggled with figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo efficiently and the resort charges a lot if you lose a room key or parking pass. All of these things are just minor things and we really enjoyed our stay!

Jae and Roth’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 parents and kids aged 4 and 6). The Ko ‘Olina beach villas have a beautiful pool (complete with outdoor hot tubs, lots of shallow swimming, a zero entry toddler beach, and a poolside bar for drinks/snacks) that opens up onto a perfect lagoon. It was honestly a little slice of paradise. The unit was equipped with everything we needed included a cart for hauling items to the beach, sand toys, snorkels, and flippers of every size from toddler to adult male! We couldn’t have asked for more. The area is lovely with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay. The condo was just as described and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The pools were amazing! Kids loved the sand beach part of the pool. They had lots of beach stuff - chairs, cooler, sand toys, snorkels, beach towels - everything you need for a trip to the lagoon. Easy walk to Marriott and Aulani. Right across the street from the golf course. We will be back!

Great for a family stay, including everything you would need for the beach. The unit is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Secure grounds and access. Have stayed in 4 different units in this building over the years. All of them including this one have been great. This one is slightly smaller than the rest but still fine for a family of 4-6. There was no dryer so we just hang dried our beach towels that we washed. Needs more kitchen silverware so we just did dishes more. Also would be nice if it had a wagon to bring stuff to the beach.

Great condo with a good location. Close enough to Pearl Harbor and easy access to North Shore. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything including a rice cooker which is a must! The washer and dryer were a bit loud and the light in the guest shower was out, other than that it was a perfect condo.
