This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen tv, and dvd player. There is a full bathroom located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The master bedroom features a king bed (brand new as of March 2021), private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen tv, and dvd player. We enjoyed this condo so much! It was super convenient being on the first floor with younger ones. The kids really loved the splash pads and lazy river. Thank you so much for having chairs and a wagon for beach! Also, thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo this week. I would highly recommend this condo if you have kids. Another thing is each pool had a gate around which eases my anxiety with littles. Stewby’s is a must if you want seafood and the chicken is so yummy!

This is our 4th stay at the Waterscape and I cannot say enough about the location of this unit! The spacious floor plan, access to the room without needing an elevator, ease of loading and unloading from the car, and access to the upper pool deck from the sliders was amazing! It had everything we needed!

The only issue we had was at check in the inspector did not approve the cleaning that had been done so we were unable to check in until 1.5 hours later. The property is as advertised. Good location for our family of 9 with 3 under 3 years old, it was nice being close to the toddler pool.

Wonderful trip for the whole family! We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The splash pad area was perfect for the little ones. The lazy river was a bit chilly due to the time of the year but still nice. The trip was just what we needed with snow back home!

So convenient! Loved all the little details like plastic plates and bowls for kids. Great location and the parking deck being right by the condo was great! We came for a Christmas getaway and it was cold but the heated pool and hot tub were great! Lots of beach and pool toys available

We loved this condo! Great location, the condo was beautiful, loved the layout! The property with ask the pools was great and we loved the beach! Also, nice to park almost right outside the door. The host was great to communicate with too! We want to go back!

Overall stay was good
The unit could use a deep cleaning. We typically don't wear shoes in our home. When we arrived at the condo we took our shoes off at the door and walked to the patio, by the time we got to the patio doors our feet were black on the bottom. Baseboards also could use a good cleaning. There was hair stuck to the walls in the shower. Other than that, the location of the unit was great with the outdoor area for the kids to run and play.

Perfect for our family
So there were 4 adults, 5 children from 4 yrs old to 13. With the bunk room, there was plenty of room. Large bathrooms, large kitchen, and plenty of room on the outdoor patio. Patio opened up to the pool area, which was a plus for our kids, so they didn’t have to get on the elevator or take the stairs. Another plus, you could park right outside your unit for easy loading and unloading.
The kiddie pool was right outside our unit, and 2 other pools just past the kiddie pool. Finally a lazy River was just past the last pool. And just past the Lazy River was the Beach. So Convenient! Lastly, they had a tiki bar next to the pool for all types of refreshments.
We all loved the place and would definitely consider a return visit.

Wonderful vacation at Waterscape April 2021
Had an amazing time always something to do. We were on the ground floor short walk from parking garage and all the pools. The booking was easy and communications from the owner/property Mgr and cleaning crew were great and kept us up to date with directions and guide to resort access and other information. We will be back in the future!!

This property exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect and the outside space for the kids was amazing! The owner had everything we needed, including toys for the kids. We’ve stayed at the Waterscape before and prefer this one due to outside space, condo layout and close proximity to the pools.

Perfect holiday getaway
We are a family of 9 and we were looking for something different to do for our family Christmas. We rented this condo and really had a great time. The unit is as described and really had everything we could possibly need. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The grounds are well maintained. The internet worked great and the TV choices were really good. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

We chose Waterscape because of its proximity to the wedding venue we were attending. The property was large and comfortable. The response time of the owner to our check in was very fast and we were situated quickly. We enjoyed the time together and walking the beach.

Perfect Location!
Stayed in this spacious condo in the off season and it was just what we wanted. The ground floor unit allowed us to access the pool and beach without having to go through any common areas. The location is great because the beach wasn't crowded, amd you could walk to several restaurants, yet you could still drive quickly to destin or pencicola for more dinning options!
1 pool was heated for the cooler weather, which my kids loved. My kids also enjoyed the supply of beach toys and wagon, it kept them entertained on the beach for hours.. The condo supplied a good amount of starter supplies amd plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.

Condo itself, while initially appealing to the eye, lacked cleanliness...no TP or extra garbage bags?? Watered down liquid soaps?? Dirty dishes......Floors gritty....hair dryer nonfunctional...vaccumwith no suction.....that and more......we feel we left the condo in better condition than we greeted it.....

A few issues
The bunk bed sheets were not clean, the dishwasher was broken, the drawers in the kitchen had dirt/food in them, and the towels had holes in them. We reached out to the owner and she had new sheets and towels sent to us, but the dishwasher could not be repaired. This was a lot of hand washing for 9 people.
Location was great, but condo needed a few updates. Would probably come back to location, would probably pick a different unit.

AWESOME LOCATION - perfect size for 2 families!
Amazing location with a walk out to many condo pools. Also great access to grassy lawn for kiddos to play catch. We loved our trip at this beautiful condo and hope to return to Waterscapes in the future and stay at Ginny's property again. Very clean and wonderful vacation. Owners very nice and helpful with close parking for luggage & groceries.
